One of a handful of Lowe's that isn't a good place to make a delivery, They have a guy in receiving that unloads the trucks, and he moves like molasses! Poor fella can't walk and chew gum at the same time, muchless run a receiving Dept. He needs to be a door greeter. I'm just being honest! This guy doesn't understand that us truck drivers get paid by the load and not the hour! Dread coming here bc you'll be waiting at least a half day to get unloaded! Every single time, it never fails! This Lowe's could definitely learn from other Lowe's stores like (Greer & Greenville) on how to get a driver unloaded and on his way! Definitely avoid this one if you have a choice. It's not worth your time.

Stores badly managed. No price tags, no one knows the prices. Prices are different than the website.The concrete is stacked 3 pallets high so you can't pull up and load into your truck. The concrete inside is stuck on shelves making hard to grab. But the cashiers look at you like it's not heavy. Done I'll go to Home Depot.

I had the best help at Lowe's in Anderson SC on 28 by-pass. Paula at the service desk was most helpful and friendly. Then there was Joe in the garden center ..very helpful , was like he was a freind. Best experience I have had in Lowe's. Store # 3050

I enjoy me a good Lowe's over HD. It's a more retail/contractor's store for this female. Their garden dept is hands down better.

I went to return a few unused items leftover from a job i finished.These items were paid for with a debit card from my business checking account and i had the receipt. I was told the money was to go back on my debit card in 2-5 working days.I asked if i could just get cash back since i needed to make a purchase for supplies on another job. I was told no by the cashier and 3 managers. I finally reluctantly agreed to the 2-5 day wait to go on debit card but when the cashier processed the refund the register drawer opened and it said to dispense cash. Instead of just handing me rhe cash the cashier called for a manager then another manager then another manager then she called for additionol money for the drawer. So 25 mins after the drawer opened for a cash refund she still had not given me the money.A few mins later she begrudgingly handed me the cash. So i went and got the necessary items for the next job and went to checkout near the register i had just gotten the refund. The same cashier refused to scan my items and directed me to a different register that had now formed a line. She then directed the guy behind me to come to her register for checkout. I was appalled at how rude and unprofessional Abbi was along with the three managers. I have never been treated like this at any other store in my life. And i did nothing to aggregate the situation it was all unprovoked.Shame on you people you should be embarrassed and apologetic for your behavior.

Lowe's is one of my favorite stores. They have everything I need. When I'm bored I come here and look around. It's a clean store that keeps the shelves stocked, great customer service, and clean restrooms.

I would rather go here than Home Depot. Saying that, some employees definitely don't want to work there and it's apparent. Also, quit fluctuating the price on fence panels, corporate!

First, I will never purchase another Cobalt product. The warranty is not worth the time to even read because no one will honor their words. Second, Cobalt products are basically throw away tools and can not withstand the demanding day to day work environment. Lowe's would be better served to simply remove this product line from their inventory.

horrible... i observed jow the loss prevention team case blacks that goes into yhe store. All good ole boys assumed that the black guy was a thief and watched him. No one asked him for service but hoping he would pick up something and run. I was shocked shake my head and left the store. While walking to my car two other good ole boys was waiting and hoping he would run out do they could catch him. How tactful. I will never shop at this republican establishment. Please train your employees better.

I ordered almost $300 worth of items for store pick up, they said items were ready. Notified them I was there for pick up 30 minutes later, went in told them I was there. Told me to go to the garden center. They’re just now getting it ready! It took 3 to get 3 posts and a 3ft x 6ft gate. I should have just did it myself. Those people don’t have a clue of what to do! This is the 3rd time I’ve tried this lowes! No more!!!

Great service,especially the flooring department. The gentleman Mr. Crawford was very knowledgeable about the product I was inquiring about when I came in to get prices to replace damaged flooring. Insurance gave me x amount and he gave me many options to choose from. All employees should be as knowledgeable and as pleasant as he was.

Today, an associate named Leah Compton helped me figure out a creative solution to a project. I was impressed, not just because she stopped everything she was doing 20 minutes before close, but becauese of the kindness and patience of her attitude. Since opening, this store has always stood head and shoulders above both it's competitors and other Lowes stores. Not because of selection or pricing, but because of people like Leah.

Very disappointed in pick up staff. We picked up a Blackstone griddle, she did not offer to get any help for my husband. We tried to load it in truck and dropped it. However, Shantel was extremely nice and helpful. She came out, looked at it and said it was procedure to have help. She made things right but not happy with the pick up desk.

Our family moved to a new house this past weekend. The new house only had room for a stackable, washer and dryer, so we sold our nice side-by-side washer and dryer the morning of our move because we had bought a stackable washer and dryer from Lowe’s, which would be delivered later the same day to the new house. We also ordered a new riding lawnmower for the bigger yard at the new house.The washer and dryer arrived with a watermelon sized dent in it to the point where the drum wouldn’t spin. We had to send it back. The Lowe’s representative I talked to over the phone told us that it would be a month before they could get us another washer and dryer and recommended we just get a refund. I asked what Lowes was going to do to make it right, since we have a family of five and no washer and dryer for a month. She told me that there was nothing she could do and that it wasn’t their fault. It was the fulfillment center’s fault. I ended up having to go somewhere else and find a washer and dryer in stock at an appliance store, which was significantly more expensive, because the one I ordered was damaged.In addition to this, the lawnmower delivery has now been delayed twice, and I have yet to receive it.If you order online from Lowe’s, beware that the product may not come from their store, it may come from a third-party, and they will not stand behind the delivery if that’s the case.

Bought a side-by-side refrigerator from Lowe’s in Anderson, SC on 8/30/22 Got the extended warranty. Worked fine up till June of this year. Issue is with ice maker.When I called, Lowe’s said I was still within manufacturer warranty. Sent me to “WFCC AUTHORIZED SERVICE INC” out of Greer SC.On 6/23 Technician was supposed to come out to look at it. Instead, he called and asked my husband some questions and said he knew exactly what was wrong with it and that he would need to order a part. Said there was no need to come out to look. So he never actually came and looked.I called and expressed my concern for this. Because they were saying we were going to have to wait 1-2 weeks for the part. What if it wasn’t the part needed? They assured me it was. So I put my trust in the process.7/10 (17 days later) technician brought part to my house. He entered my home at 12:28pm and left 12:36pm. That’s 8 mins TOTAL where he put the part on an appliance he never evaluated then stood there to tell me he was done, it’s fixed and cleaned all the ice out and dumped it in my sink….8 mins.7/14 late Friday I noticed it broke again.7/17 Monday morning called them again. Told them how he never looked at it (to begin with) and we waited on a part we didn’t need. They said someone would come out and actually LOOK at it this time.7/19 guy came out to supposedly actually look at it. He pulled in my yard at 10:27am and was walking out at 10:31am. That’s FOUR mins. All he did was clean the ice out again, threw it in my sink and turned around to tell my husband it was a manufacturer issue. I have ADT camera footage documenting this.My husband called me immediately and I turned around to call them immediately.“What does this mean?”“Can it not be fixed?”“Do I need to call Lowe’s to get a new fridge?”The lady I spoke to, Angela, said she couldn’t see anything because he hadn’t entered in his notes yet. She said someone would call me. A few mins later another woman called (I didn’t catch her name). She took the story again and said she was contacting someone higher up and they would call me.…yeah they didn’t. 😩7/20 ice maker messed up again7/21 (today) I called back. Angela answered. Said she remembered me.“Why has no one called me?”“I don’t want the same man coming out”“At this point, no one has still not actually LOOKED at it”She transferred me to Cecilia, a supervisor. She asked me the whole story again (wow I’m tired of telling this story to this company, do they not take notes?). She assured me she’d look into it and call me by 5pm today.Well they didn’t call. So I had to call them back the next day.I called LOWE’S corporate that week to document everything. Never heard anything from them.So the service people end up telling me instead of replacing a part, they are gonna replace another part. Ok that’s gotta work!Wait wait wait for part to come in. They brought it 9 days ago in 8/21 and installed it. Worked great and then last night… it’s doing the same thing again.I paid over a thousand dollars for something that won’t work.
