I went to this clean store today to purchase menswear with my hubby. He found what he desired. Everyone we met were very courteous and friendly. Will be back in the future. My cashier Karley was super fast and a people person. She helped set up my rewards account plus explained it. I have been in different Kohl’s in the last year but she was the only one to set this up for me and quickly. Also the store #1261 smelled great!

Susie, Kathy, and Allison went out of their way to locate a junior dress misplaced within the store. Kathy and Susie helped me at the register and were able to see my daughter’s size showing available somewhere in-store. Allison searched through whole store and found it placed in the women’s section by another customer. My daughter and I had a very rough 6.5 hours searching several stores for a perfect dress for her school trip and were very happy with the service at our local Kohls. These 3 lovely ladies went above and beyond and were able to put a smile on my daughter’s face (finally). Thank you!

I filled out the survery on the bottom of the receipt but there wasn’t a specific area for me to give praise to this employee. So I’m taking it to Google. He told another customer that his name was Elijah- at the Anderson, SC Kohl’s location. He helped me after helping this customer. He looked through multiple of the rare beauty items they store in the bottom of the rack after I told him that I was looking for a specific shade of the liquid blush even though I didn’t ask him to because I knew it would be a bother. He offered amazing customer service and he never made me feel annoying and he genuinely made my experience so nice. I thought about not going in that day because of my anxiety but he made my experience so enjoyable. If everyone was as helpful as Elijah I would definitely have less anxiety about going out. The woman that was working with him at the time was also very sweet and helpful! I will definitely be buying my essentials at this Sephora from now on!

Shopping experience was poor today. Crowds were overwhelming for this store. Short on cashiers and never saw any clerk in the store to help while I was shopping. Just an off day I hope.

This used to be my favorite go-to place to shop. I do not know what happened to this location, but their inventory remains low, and there are only a couple of shopping carts. I went to a location in Georgia, and it was wonderful. There was plenty of inventory and new shopping carts. Anderson deserves better.

I went to get the towels they had on sale and found a 12 PC for 3.99. So I was gonna get 2 sets. As I went to pay it rang up 34 and some change I told the cashier what the price said. She called for a price check. I went to show them exactly where I got the set at and take the picture. A lady came back and said "it's not that and we are not selling it for that price". As I got back to the register I made the comment most places hold to the price when it is a whole set up wrong and the other cashier that was walking away very rudely stated "yeah we don't do that here." And kept walking away. I could understand it it were just one thing in the wrong place, however the shelves were full in 2 different locations with the one sign.

One person at checkout. I know the cashier was doing her job pushing credit cards but when you have one register open and a line this needs to be re-thought. I waited a long time to be checked out. When it was my turn my items on counter and cashier had them in her hand. Customer that had just held the line up beeped going out the door. The cashier had my items in hand but instead of checking me out she stopped to help them again. I am sorry but my items were in her hand. 2 items not 20. Lost sale!This needs some attention. I felt like I was at Walmart at Christmas. 🤪

I love Anderson Kohls. I do not recommend their in store pickup. Those instructions are unclear and complicated. It's a shame bc kohl's is otherwise a wonderful department store
