I visit this ingles often. Huge assortment of produce and fresh vegetables. Hot fresh cooked deli foods. The store is clean. The fresh meat and fish departments have great employees. Friendly helpful. Good prices when you watch what you buy.

They have to improve their substation a little bit more, and one piece of meat for sub is too little for $6.97 it should be thicker subs for the price that we're paying forAnd the service is very poorly they make you standing there for 20 minutes before they serve you and if you're not happy about it they take your sub and make it look very sad. Very low poor service substation and if you're going to sell Subs make them look professional makes the person look good and they make them.. but of course that is just my opinion

Nice clean store. Nice product selections for your shopping experience. Nice deli, food and wing bar. They also have pizza, Asian and an American bar. Store also has a great produce section and bakery.

Person stopped their car and blocking the walk way to go in the store. Person needed to park the car in a parking space don't just stand there and carry on a conversation there's people walking. please think of others and be more considerate. thank you

Went into ingles today to buy a few groceries. Stood at the deli counter and wasn’t even noticed standing or even greeted. Deli manager and two others stood at the end of the counter. And an employee packaging biscuits was told by someone to help me finally. While I was waiting the lady packaging was eating biscuits while packaging them. She finally came over. Turned her earbud off with her gloves she was packaging and eating with. And never bothered changing them while helping me. Very very poor and sad service. Very unsanitary also.

Sunday February 25, 2024, I went to Ingles on hwy 24.To the deli to buy 8 piece family meal that evening around *4ish pm*. The fried chicken was burnt and all the rest of the sides was either dried out or burnt as well.When I asked the guy that was behind the buffet counter could he put out fresh food.He replied its 15 minutes on the chicken thats cooking and there's no other sides available. I told the young man that awful stuff on the buffet should be thrown out NOT sold to the customers. Now keep in mind the Ingles deli don't close down til *7.30pm*

Very clean and nicely placed everyone there is very kind and friendly always someone around to help if you have any questions huge parking lot handicap availability mothers with children availability gas station as well all in all it's a great place to shop

Eh. We ordered some of the hot Chinese or Japanese food from beside the bar. The chicken was hard and a bit dry and the rice about the same. But the store was clean and near the registers smelled good like coco butter

Prices are higher than competing grocery stores, but the food is generally better quality. Customer service is great. My only complaint would be the hot food - I've tried different items and its all just so bad. Not fresh - the taste is bad - dried out - under cooked/over cooked.

Cashiers need some sensitivity training. Prices are so much higher than WalMart. I was unable to find many items I needed. The cashier thoroughly embarrassed me . I called and used the phone tree. I was connected to the manager on duty. She was nice but first told me I'd called the wrong store, then told me the cashier was in training.

Very well maintained store. Clean, stocked and the shopping carts are actually were there supposed to be. Two thumbs up for having the wipes handy. One thing I do not agree with and that pertains to the limit of soft drinks you can purchase. WHY??? I'm mean really why? I say if you want it and you can afford it, buy them. Not only limit 3!!!! Come on Ingles. Other than that, this is a very nice store.

they have some deals, but overall expensive. hot bar employees sometimes act like they are dipped in molasses bc of how slow they move. hot bar also usually looks like its been sitting there for hours and is old.sadly, i only go there for 1 item bc the rest of the items are just not worth it bc of the prices.i miss bi-lo.

Was in Ingels tonight and was checking out. A black young man with dreadlocks was checking me out. He asked me how often do I shop here? I replied “twice a week. Why do you ask??” He said “ I don’t want to be here when you’re here! Sic. I complained to the MOD, manager on duty this guy needs to take his job seriously you can make me happy by putting this guy in bathroom detail for the next 2 months.

Visiting the area and decided to do our shopping here. The only other close choice was the Food Lion across the street. This Ingles was a really nice store. Seemed to have everything we were looking for in stock. Prices seemed good. The deli employees were super friendly. Only issue was their self checkout. (Seems that way at every Ingles I've ever been to.) Finicky is an understatement. But the good news is that they seemed to have plenty of regular registers open, too.

I shop here because it is located in Hartwell and I don't have to drive out of town. I like this store except for the produce department. The vegetables are often old and wilted. If you want something fresh, you have to request it be brought from the cooler. A person can't do that for every item. It is disappointing because the Ingles in Woodbury GA has the best produce department that I've ever seen. I can only assume the difference is management.

Don't go here much because it's a little bit of a drive from my house but about the only issues I have with them is they are little more expensive then what I like to pay and also the employees was worried about people they knew instead of doing there job but they was young so I understand. So keep it up and maybe try lowering your prices to keep up with other grocery stores

Prices are high everywhere so when you find a good deal. You go out of your way to grab it. Then when you get there, after pointing out the price that is posted.. you find you've been charged $13 instead of $7, that really sucks..
