The store is clean not as clean as the Food lion I work in. The hot bar was well stocked. My only complaint is you can't buy a money order without a Ingles card. I didn't bring one the young man behind the service desk made a big deal about not just scanning one on the stack next to him. I wasn't sending laundered money to the Taliban I was just paying my cable bill.

The majority of staff is always friendly. The deli department is always attentive and helpful. Clean and organized. However, the seafood department staff doesn’t seem to be content to be there. I noticed you have to wait for some time and the person that usually is there is not cordial at all. I do not buy seafood anymore at this location. Everything else is great!

Great store, but they need to work on some of the cashiers' customer service skills. Just being a somewhat friendly person would be a good start, but thanking the customer and not checking the cellphone multiple times during a transaction should be mandatory.

Has items many other grocery stores do not. They are definitely the top 3 i have been to. Very clean and organized. And the produce, I know it depends on the employees taking care of it, but I haven't seen a bad one yet.

This place is definitely proud of all their inventory and their prices show it! However if money is not too much of a problem for you this is a great place to shop a whole bunch of different varieties and choices of things to get. The employees are friendly the management is obviously on top of their game and the places usually always clean.

Ingle’s Supermarkets are a family owned business located near Asheville North Carolina. They have a large regional presence. I love them. Great employees and are usually responsive trying to get products locally when possible and/or getting things requested by shoppers. Most if not all have a gas station and prices are comparable to the area.

I stopped in to this store today looking for some pre-cooked bone in wings.I saw and talked to a gentleman named William that was putting out some whole rotisserie chickens and he went out of his way to fix me some.I appreciate William helping me and Thanked him for it but hope that management will do the same.

I want to say that this Ingles was on the ball this past holiday season (2023 holiday season) I was looking for something that kept selling out in every grocery store before I could drive to wherever it was that I finally found it in. And I felt that this was probably going to be the case when I called the Ingles on Main Street in Anderson SC. But I was wrong. I got a lady manager on the phone and she checked and then double checked that this store did indeed have this item in stock. I hurried up and got in my car and drove to Anderson , got to the store and searched everywhere in that store for my item but couldn't find it. I was pretty upset but I didn't jump to conclusions. I went to customer service and asked for a manager. One was called for me and a young (young) man appeared . I told him what I was looking for and about the lady manager checking and double checking the item availability for me. This young (smart) manager perked up immediately and said "I know exactly what you are referring to!".....and he took me to this item that was almost sold out and I truly wanted to kiss him. (I didn't but only because I didn't want to scare him) . I feel so bad that I can't remember his name or that of the lady manager that had been so wonderful to me on the phone earlier. But maybe there is only one young guy night manager and only one lady store manager (or assistant manager). Thank you to both of these wonderful and helpful people at Ingles. I have never put Ingles first as my place to go for groceries but I have changed that decision. Good customer service is nearly impossible to get post-covid anyway....and outstanding customer service had become a thing of the past....UNTIL NOW!! Thank You Ingles, Main Street, Anderson SC. You have made me rethink my go to grocery store. It will be Ingles first...from now on!...... I do want to add a thumbs up also to the the deli dept and to every single person that was working in that dept behind the counter, cooking the food, serving the food, handling customers etc. over there that evening......you men and women that work over there really know when to step up to the plate and you don't hesitate to go above and beyond what is already expected of you. And this is after already working an entire day (during the Christmas rush) and dealing with difficult ,even mean sometimes, customers. I want you to know that You are much appreciated. Ingles is fine, great stores.. the Starbucks INSIDE both Anderson Ingles are the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t have even tried again because of how awful the one on 24 is but my wife made me give this other store a chance and not only were they out of the product they were advertising on a giant sign at the front door ( per usual ) they also managed to somehow make our HOT coffee order colder than Santa’s nose after a long night of slinging presents. What are you even doing back there? I’ve had better coffee in jail. Get your stuff together Ingles Starbucks. Paying 8 dollars for a cold cup of sugar juice. I hate you

Ingles I love the Meat and Deli. Another great feature is the pharmacy. If you half to pay full price they offer an in store coupon. It's 50 dollars cheaper than CVS and Walgreens. Walmart was 140 dollars more on 1 particular prescription. I have been referring all my friends at my Drs. Office

Loves the store. The customer service isn't always up to par. Bag boys standing around talking to the female cashiers. Other employees talking to other employees all in the u scan. Took me 5 mins to get someone's attention for help

This is a really nice location. The store was clean and well-stocked. They had what I was looking for, and it was easy to locate. The male working in the bakery area was also nice. The lines did seem a little long, but it wasn't a problem since I used self checkout. The parking lot is sort of on a hill which is slightly inconvenient but not a big deal.

I went to Ingles for the hot lunch from the deli. Their food is better than most restaurant's food. And there's a small area for dining. It's better to grocery shop on a full tummy than to be hungry. Great food!

I absolutely love shopping here and have been for a while now, but there’s this woman at self checkout who is NOTHING but rude and disrespectful every time she is there. It has honestly been making me nervous to go to Ingles, but my husband and I both love the deli and the store in general.I will thank her, say hello, etc. and she just gives me a nasty look and attitude. I’m not sure what I did to rub her the wrong way, but as someone who works in customer service, she may be good at other jobs, but NOT customer service what so ever.

INGLES is my neighborhood grocery store. I do not mind shopping there. They have everything you need with many brands to choose from. Their meats are always fresh. Most of the time, meats are on sale at a bargain price. Produce you can buy fresh at all times, fruits and melons are cut to bite size portions. Let's talk about the hot food bar. Great prices, good food. Friday is fish day. Hot and delicious fresh fried fish. Get in line early, because it is well liked. Cakes pies and other desserts in the bakery. Cold and frozen cakes. Bread and other items. I am a frequent visitor of this store. I love to go there

I like Ingles. I like their bakery and cheese selection. I like their bulk food section. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They have a good meat selection too. The store is clean and laid out well. Really it's just a good overall grocery store! You should go!

A quick visit for fruit and sandwich meats. We made fruit baskets for Christmas. We had different sandwiches for Christmas Eve family get together. Turkey, ham, chicken, and deviled egg sandwiches with different kinds of chips. Something to feed everyone but quick and easy to fix. So we could spend more time together doing other things besides cooking and washing dishes.

I went in to shop today! I usually doesnt have any issues but today was a different story!! I went to the U -scan area and proceeded to scan my items I asked the lady that was in that area named Krislyn.I tried to overlook the disability but homegirl has too much mouth it was very disrespectful and very unprofessional to walk around tgd store yelling "She doesn't know how to use the U-scan" ! When I asked her for help again she huffed and puffed so I asked for her manager and she helped us check out successful but long story short if you in the area and it tells you it is a problem with the scanner than you go see about it! Yes she should be wrote up or suspended I asked ger for help 3x because some of the items we had kept triggering for her help!!! I am also contacting Corporate as well so I will be heard!

For last minute items the store is good to have a round. But prices are very high so you can definitely put a hole in your pocket very quick. Staff is mainly teenagers. Not very helpful if you don't know your way around.
