Tried 3 different times to get a sub sandwich for lunch from the deli. Once they didn't have any bread yet, once they ran out of bread at 1 on the afternoon, and the 3rd time they only had multi grain bread. They have a bakery just 10 feet away across the isle and they can't get bread to make a delicious sandwich.

Not too thrilled with the lady at the register! Older lady with long grey hair! I don't go to her register for a reason! Whatever register I go to, she comes flying over to bag my stuff! I don't want her touching my groceries! She looks nasty to me! I didn't appreciate her throwing my stuff in the bags, and breaking my chips! I don't want to be rude, but it's coming!

I got my General Tso's Chicken and Macaroni and Cheese and Blackberry Cobbler and 32 ounce drink saw people sitting at tables inside eating their lunch, asked an employee "Aren't there tables and chairs outside in the sunshine?", to which she said yes; then went outside and sat in the sunshine and had my lunch like at an Italian sidewalk bistro (or whatever it's called, sidewalk cafe maybe) and ate every bite except for two or three pieces of the chicken. The Blackberry Cobbler was just what I needed for dessert. I coulda got two helpings of Blackberry Cobbler and been happy with that. The drink machine was out of order, so I got blueberry and mountain dew icee/slushee mixed frozen drink instead, which was very refreshing. I think I drank all of it, 32 ounces by 3 p.m. Decent. I wish I had someone to share these quality experiences with.

Im assuming that all ingles cafes suck 12 and was told it would be a hr before a pizza would be ready and 30 mins before seasme chicken was up. Cant even say ita due to being short staffed when there 10 people in the area

We placed a curb side order for the first time yesterday. We didn't get some of the items. Called the store and they apologized and they were super nice and made everything right! We will definitely be going back to this store from now on!

Employees are so unfriendly that it feels like they hold the customers in contempt. The store has a few items no one else in town has. I went for those items, but in the future, I'll just do without.

I like this grocery store for all that they offer and their specials are great. The staff have all been kind and all of the Ingles that I have been in are like this and are always nice and clean .

The worse costumer service I have ever received from any store, and I’m not even on the hood lol. If I could not give a star and send this message to everyone I would. I needed help and I was told to go to the same place I was. I was not offered to be shown or try in help with anything else. So obvious the workers didn’t want to work or help. Worse experience I had. They could see I was taking care of a kid and needing g help and they made me feel like they didn’t care!

Real nice store, with a great selection, but when checking out, the cashier put my deli smaller clamshell containers sideways in the bag along with my chips, and lottery tickets, should have used another bag, now there's oil all over my tickets.

I shop here regularly and mostly enjoy my encounters with the staff. However, tonight I have encountered one of the most rudest employees. For some reason Caden had a rude demeanor and made me and my roommate uncomfortable. At least the bagger was kind and helped us with the bags, but talking to Caden was very short and had a stank face. I hope the next encounter will be different.

Don't go to u scan with 2 transactions. I just got accused of trying to steal (my second transaction) before I put my pin in for the first transaction. I wasn't acting weird, doing anything wrong. When I finished my second transaction the lady that accused me, decided to walk away and not make eye contact or even admit she was wrong. I get times are changing, but NO need to treat a weekly customer like this. Stereotyping at it's finest.

I like Ingles but they are very overpriced and so many itemsI can get better prices at Publix most of the time.Both have nice atmospheres.But I have to say I like Publix a lot. I also like Aldi's.I guess what now everything's just high with prices.However lately I've noticed the prices are going down and and of course I love those rotisserie chickens absolutely delicious so far so good and I see that they are getting better bags that is great they're cold ❄️ or for heatAnd I recently got 40 cents off per gallon of gas at the Ingels gas station very impressive and they donate so much thank you

You're not a very good store . This is so you know that you hired a convicted felon. Lakeisha Williams was charged in Beaufort county sc for theft over 2,000. In one case and fraud of 5,000 in another. She was also convicted of internet fraud. . I think the public has a right to know. She has also coned men including my nephew out of every dime they make. I have screen shots of her criminal record to prove it. Or you can look it up yourself. I put this out because the public has a right to know that their credit card is in danger

Nice and close enough to grab a quick lunch when at work. Sometimes a bit slow on the chicken wing output but try not to be too set on particular items when you're in a hurry. Also convenient to grab some groceries on the way home from work. It has a gas station in the front of the store that is fairly competitive on prices when needed.

Family oriented neighborhood market. They have just about everything you need. Food in deli. is great! Fried chicken mac. and cheese is banging.

The only so don’t give it 5 stars is be an even though they are good, they don’t have exactly everything in one spot and their very pricey but their food reflects that!!
