Such a friendly and easy way to purchase any firearm or any accessories you may be looking for. The staff is all very helpful and to the point. I would much rather support these guys than any of the other big names who decided to stop carrying ammo or firearms all together. I will definitely be back to shop here again.

My experience with this store was not a good one. They had a pretty good selection, but the man behind the counter was perhaps the most arrogant person I have ever met. He kept giving me incorrect information regarding the products I was asking to look at. He scoffed and shook his head at least 3 times as I asked to see various items. We appeared to be about the same age (50s) but he kept calling me "son" and "boy" which didn't make a lot of sense...he was much smaller than me.

Went in the store yesterday and encountered an issue and left unhappy. Was contacted by the store manager Mr. Waldrop. He was very professional and apologetic which says a lot these days. After speaking with him in person he explained that the issue had been addressed and corrected, he then went above and beyond doing everything in his power to right the wrong, successfully I might add. The business owes a great deal to Mr. Waldrop and his way of doing business. To you Mr. Waldrop I say thank you for restoring my faith in the way a business is supposed to be run.

Great selection of outdoor gear and clothing. They had a lot of good sales. Selected 2 pair of Chacos at less than half price because it's winter time, and they were on clearance. I got to the register, and they were marked down even further.

Went in yesterday evening looking to purchase a nice fixed blade knife or 2. I stood there looking at the display cases in the back of the store for 30mins plus. 2 employees were back there, but would rather b.s. with people not purchasing anything rather then come help me. I even asked for help at one time and got brushed off. I spend 10's of thousands on outdoor survival equipment in a year. I will spend it anywhere other then this store. Their selection is geared more towards e.d.c. but they have a couple of decent middle of the road blades. Nothing really high end.

I’ve bought an AR pistol from here and out the box had issues with the dust cover not wanting to open up. Also don’t trade your used firearms here , they offer you nowhere near what it’s worth. Every new gun here is also significantly higher than MSRP. Everything is overpriced !!!

We ❤️ Grady’s! We travel from Taylors to Anderson, almost every weekend, just to visit. We’d much rather make the 30+ minute drive and spend a few dollars more to support local businesses, especially when the staff is always super-helpful & friendly, they have a huge selection of tons of popular brands & the prices are great.

I have been here several times. It is always clean and organized. We went here looking for a Christmas present. They were sold out of what we were looking for so we didn't purchase anything. Everyone is usually nice and it is most of the time quiet. It was busy during this visit.

Arrogant, rude, narcissistic customer service. If you’re not a “good ole boy” with Copenhagen in your lip, just don’t go.UPDATE We both have our conceal carry permit.. Even at the time of this incident We also own over 10 guns before this purchase. Straw purchase? 😂 ok John! Your associates are rude, and condescending. My wife made an error on her ATF paperwork. Instead of just ripping it up and giving her another one you profiled us and made her feel like she did something wrong. Nice try though. Again if you aren’t a redneck don’t waste your time here. Go across the street to Academy or Sportsman warehouse. They will take care of you. No Judgment

The guy behind the counter ignored me trying to get his attention, then was rude, and omg was he ever stuck up. He kept calling me "boy" and "sport"...I'm a 40 year old man with at least 6 inches in height on the guy and probably 15 fewer inches around the waist. Shop elsewhere

This place is amazing and I can’t recommend this place more. They have the best customer service you could ask for and somehow are able to compete price-wise with big box retailers like Bass Pro or Sportsman's Warehouse.A huge shout out to Derrick who has helped me a ton with getting into a 120 PDL Oldtown. He went so far above what was expected that I felt guilty for being treated so well. It’s no joke that this place treats you like family, I’ve never had better customer service anywhere!I live a bit far away from the store in Pickens, but still make the drive because these people have earned my trust and then some.

Highly informed staff and excellent customer service. I had looked for a specific rifle over 8 months. They held one for me. I drove 80 miles each way to go there and will be going back for a scope and more ammo. We'll worth the time.

I was in the store with my friend Jim who HAS to visit Grady's every time he's in Anderson. LOLWe walked back to the used gun department and there it was. The Mule Deer that my son Trammell Byce shot while on a Dream Hurt in Wyoming which was sponsored by the Outdoor Dream Foundation and Grady's Great Outdoors back in 2009 or 2010 while he was still in a wheelchair after being paralyzed from the waist down at age 14 do to a rare virus called acute transverse myelitis.Today he is a walking miracle.He still can't feel his feet on legs but by the Grace of God he is walking.

This is a high end sportsman's store with very nice selection of name brand merch... clothing, boots, knives, guns, ammo and more. Good selections in all departments and excellent customer service by their knowledgeable staff members. Maybe not the lowest prices, but great customer service and great local business to support.
