Most expensive goodwill in town now I see why I stopped shopping hereA stuffed toy that was brand new for $ they ask $10 a small photo frame $12 really ??? Even Walmart is cheaper then youAlso I used to go all the time like a year ago and same things in the rack never sold . No one will pay $6 for a doll for a kid the people who shop here aren’t rich they can go to family dollar and buy a brand new doll for $5

Single mom here . Was hoping to buy my daughter a doll or something and new clothes . Who can afford $6 for a used t shirt or $12 for a doll ? I can go to target and buy stuff cheaper on the clearance price

Went in the store 8/28/22, looking for a set of crutches, my husband just got outta the dr and wanted a set. Asked the worker in the front if they had any, she directed me to the back of the store none available. Asked another worker...he said "we have many in back, but today is not pricing day" come back in 24 hours... WTH!!!! Seriously!!! Poor customer service

They use to stay open until 9pm and I think 10pm on weekends. Now they lock doors at 7pm. It never smells good in this Goodwill and not very clean. Also their prices have went up.

I mean I know we are in a urban area but it's people out here who still have goals like myself. I came to job connection to use the printer to print out some thing for my classes and their computers didn't work or the printer. Why is this place even open?

I was in this goodwill recently and the prices were ridiculous. There were handbags priced over $15. I saw a Star Wars crayon set priced at $15. There was even a cheap glass fish bowl with a sticker for $22! That's crazy. The cashier was confused of the prices when I asked her but she also would price them at regular prices. So I left. I guess an employee thought they were being funny with a price gun. The store is also very cluttered and dirty. I've been in goodwills clean and all the clothes are organized and color coded . Not this store. A jumbled mess.

I purchased a nice looking sofa from this location with bedbugs/fleas on it! With the reassurance from two employees that if the furniture was infested it would be thrown out.I told the supervisor about it and she said she could only give me a store credit for it. Like I told her I should get a refund b/c obviously i don't want no furniture from there. I'm done with that place,but I got what I paid for.

It was nice and has a good selection but the prices on toys are high for something that is donated and when you hope to get something for the kids. I have 6 kids so finding these things for them new would be great but with no warrantee like at a store the prices shouldn't be that high.

Terrible service every single time I've ever been there. Always an incredibly long line with understaffed registers. The cashiers that are there are the slowest and most disinterested people I've ever seen deal with the public. Jon is probably the rudest individual I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with in a customer service setting. Granted I imagine his life couldn't possibly be that happy working in Goodwill on the Southside, but if life is that bad find another job and get out of customer service! There was a disgusting mask directly outside the store and I can only imagine that one of the people that work there threw it down on their way out.

Sometimes they have my size pants and shorts but most of the time they don't have my size either way it's a decent thrift store they've usually got Nice thing's for a decent price unlike other Goodwill stores I've been to seems like they price gouge to me that's just my opinion though

i love thrift stores but sometimes the prices on stuff in there is absolutely ridiculous. i will try to remember next time to take some pictures of the prices. its not the best of any of the thrift chains but i do still go there. it's more like a gamble with your time going in and seeing if something you like is actually used and near retail price. but sometimes you get lucky

Staff seemed nice but my issue with ALL Goodwill stores is they are now a RACKETT. Prices are Rediculous!! Then you have the nerve to see if poor shoppers can round up your total higher to help Goodwill NO YOU SHOULD ROUND DOWN AND LOWER YOUR PRICES SO SOMEONE STRUGGLING ON A BUDGET CAN AFFORD YOUR DILLARDS DEPARTMENT STORE PRICES👍👍

Is a smaller Goodwill when some of the ones that I've been to. I had a pretty good toy selection which is what I was looking for and I found a few things that I liked. Eventually someone did come over and help me and she was quite nice.

Great place to find a good deal on donated items. There prices on item's that are donated by stores are way too expensive. Customer service is great, very nice folks.

Closes at 8 not 9 like a normal goodwill. Google hours are wrong. Walked in a little before 8 and got yelled at that they were closed

I was in Goodwill in Anderson Sc. near the hwy28 bypass on Monday 8-13-2018 at around 2pm. while there I noticed Goodwill prices have gotten to expensive!!!! They're selling used clothes at almost the same prices you could by new clothes at retail stores like Walmart, City trends, Family Dollar and many other stores. Why pay 5.75 for used jeans when you can by new ones at Walmart on sale for 9.98 I even saw some jeans in different colors at Walmart for $7.88, shoes are also 5.75 and of course you can by shoes at Walmart for 5 dollars and up. I hardly ever shop at Goodwill any more. There are several other second hand stores in my area that are almost giving stuff away. Also the woman that rung me out at the register wasn't pleasant at all.

NEVER buy the stuff that is supposed to be new from Target but is in boxes they have taped up. I have gotten a completely different item from what the box said it was, and a completely broken item. POINTLESS and a waste of money. They’re just trying to rip you off.
