To spend almost 2 hours shopping and find out my form of payment isn't accepted. What happened to communication? Then the manager says they can process the payment but just has to be done differently. So the cashier was too lazy to do her job. I personally chose to shop here because of the great prices but the young employees need more training apparently. Had to watch a lady try to scrap up $$ to pay for her order. Began asking the cashier to remove items from her bags. Embarrassing this lady could've been avoided!Yes I understand that things happen! But for the manager to confirm that it should've been handled differently confirms the lack of effort on the cashiers part. And if the cashier didn't know any better she needs more training.

Stopped in here to pick up a few things for lunch.We don't have one close to where I live. Not a bad store over all.Usually shop at Walmart or Walmart neighborhood market. Or on the rare passion publix.

I'm a frequent shopper at this grocery store. I usually come alone I usually do not bring my children but today I've decided to bring my child who was dressed up but she is a child and I would just like to make a suggestion that the boss sit down and have a discussion with the young women employees about how to not be rude and Snicker and laugh at a child while they are on duty at their job. This will now forever be a grocery store I avoid there's many food Lions

Very pleasant shopping experience, Nice employees at times limited though. Much better prices then competing stores. The app rewards plus digital coupons will save you a lot if utilized in addition to most items being less. Always has everything in stock!!! The store brand items I have bought have been up to par. Definitely worth a visit.(The only thing that always seems high priced to me is lunchmeat )

I have never shopped at a gro store that did not match competitors prices. When I asked everyone looked dumb like I don't know so I can tell you now that was a 100$ sale food lions lost. Esp when all other gro stores has Mt dew 16 oz bottle 6 pack a hell of a lot lower then 2/10 that's 5.00 a 6 pack not no but hell noooooo I won't be back

The people are always nice. And the prices are good but they run low on certain things and it takes forever to get them back in stock. Other than that I like this store. Will definitely return.

Their prices are WAY to high for most products. Staff are ok. they "had" enough money to buy bilo, but didn't have enough to buy new store items? The store is still exactly the same except for the food lion stickers everywhere.

Inconviences customers by closing one of there entrances at 7pm. Horrible meat selection. By far the worst grocery store Anderson has to offer. Just go across the the street to Ingles.

To Donna, the bakery manager! Who decided to insult my 10 year old daughter by claiming she didn't need to have a birthday cake this year because she is a type one diabetic. Educate yourself. You lacked knowledge on the subject you were so bold to talk about. I've had training on how to take care of my child. If you wanna, "help" offer a sugar free cake option for the children who's pancreas do not work. But keep having birthdays. As they have a life time, daily debilitating disease! What would of been the suggestion for my child anyhow? Water? Fun Fact for you! For a diabetic to fix a low glucose! They have to consume large amounts of sugar! Otherwise they will go into a coma and/or die!!!! So, to the know it all manager of the food lion bakery. If your purpose is to work in the medical field so that you can educate individuals buying groceries at your grocery store. At least know what you're talking about! I'd recommend also using Google! Go ahead and look up everything that affects a glucose level. Fats, caffeine, stress, simply walking around, showering. Let me celebrate my kids birthday. She almost didn't make it to this birthday. She was diagnosed last summer and almost died. "Let them be little." I'll be after your job in the morning! God bless.

I normally go to Ingles as it's closer and go to the lion looking for what was out of stock at Ingles. I was able to complete my list but was pleasantly surprised by how well-stocked they were in addition to the overall appearance of the store. I hadn't been there since changing from Bilo and looking forward to shopping there more often
