I had never been in a Five Below! I had a shopping list from kiddos and I was on the hunt for specific items. The staff were so friendly and so helpful! It was clean and constantly being stocked. I was super impressed. I will definitely be back!

The two girls that were working last night were such a great help! We were purchasing a lot of toys for a toy drive. They went out of their way to accommodate such a big purchase.

I liked this store when it first opened, but then (to no surprise) it added items that are more than $5...which makes no sense.. 🤦🏽‍♀️. Oh well.I still like the items in the store ..just plan on a lot of the things being more than $5 as advertised.

You have 8 self checkout registers so why should I have to wait on one person to check me out? Why even have self checkout if you aren't going to use it? Either let people use self checkout or get rid of it all together.

Great store! Everything is either $5 or close to that. They have art, paints, pens, clothing, children's toys, lots of electronics for 5 bucks and candy galore. Self check out. Buy a gift for someone else or yourself.

As much as this is a cool store and the employees friendly for the most part I think its in poor taste to have only two registers open and to have yalls employees ring me up so yall can save on theft im not a thief and shouldn't be made to feel like one because others choose to hope it changes

I love 5 below. They have candy from when I was a kid. Plus, you can't beat the price. Everyone is always so happy when you go in. It's nice to see people who love their job!!

I’d like to give a shout out to Katherine! I came into this store with my kids yesterday for them to pick our Christmas gifts. She helped all 3 of them check out so that I wouldn’t see what they had bought me. Over the top customer service and friendliness in a season where I know retail workers are exhausted. Kids love it. So easy to spend an hour in here, I feel sorta guilty for doing so. Best place ever to set your 12 year old loose with $25 and check back in an hour later. But somehow, I always manage to spend more than the child. Is there some kind of mojo pumped in through the air vents here? Because it's addictive. Love it all the same. Beware. Must exercise Restraint!

It's like the new Toys R Us for kids and teenagers you can find a lot of deals in there I would recommend going there to get toys and Christmas stocking stuffers and everything 4 good 🎁 GIFT'S.Age's 1 to 19 year's old.

Had most of the items that I was looking for. I did find an item that was in another store much cheaper saved myself 25.00. Some of the shelves were a little empty. They dont have cashiers self check out. I like interacting with cashiers to see those jobs replace by machines was disappointing. Over all nice shopping experience.

Lots of choices at a low price point. Some prices are creeping above $5. I assume they're having the same issue as Dollar Tree. Heavy on cheap imported items, as you would expect, but many items dont have a cheap appearance. I went for iPhone chargers, but saw cute perfumes, t-shirts(!), room decor, and lots of candy.
