I was visiting the store to make a purchase with my daughter several of the items were priced wrong Sue Gilstrap handled the situation so professionally. She truly knows what it is to provide awesome customer service! With her lead Family Dollar should be proud to have her leading the team.

This a nice clean store, but they don't practice any of the guidelines for safety. They evidently don't think this is a serious situation we are facing. No mask by employees, no safe distancing enforcement and no one is cleaning or sanitizing anything. Its just business as usual. 😢

Went to change out a propane gas tank. No employees knew how to accomplish this. The person they tried to call would not answer. I asked if they had the key and could physically make the change, then charge me $20 (plus tax) using another item. They would not. They continued to check out people behind me. I went to a nearby gas station who provided excellent service.

Poor Clark and the guy who put stuff on the Shelf. There air conditioners tore up. It is hot in there. I pray they can get it fixed soon. They have some stuff and some stuff not. You just have to shop other stores like any other ones

Incredibly slow service. Long lines with customer service representatives more interested in cracking jokes and carrying on full length conversations with other customers than reducing the ever-growing line of people waiting to pay for the few small items they're holding.

I came in kind of bummed from my work day. I was joyfully greeted by a young lady named Megan. From beig able to hear hear throughout the store she made me smile. She's 18 and with a line of at least 10 people and NEVER stopped being polite. Hope y'all do something with her. Something really big. Can't wait to see her again. Yay Megan .

They are constantly restocking which is good however the aisles are crowded...maybe a night crew for a few hours after closing would be in order.

Store is nasty, cluttered and unorganized. I got let go after being with company 2 year due supposidly a customer complaint. That's odd I was a very helpful employee and store was emasculated compared to the mess it's in now.

I paid $3.75 for Lays chips that clearly stated $3.50. The manager was not there to give an explanation. Very upset!
