I like this store because it carries a soap I like. However, when I went today there was no checkout. Only self checkout was offered. I am recovering from a broken right wrist and was not amused. Stores using self checkout need to have assistance for disabled customers. I can see a lot of ADA suits coming in our future. Corporate greed is real and it needs to be curbed before we're ALL living in tents. Just another sad sign of the times. Modernity isn't always everything it's cracked up to be. Sorry to be such a Mrs. Kravitz, but it's true.

I went to Dollar Tree on 2/2/24 at 8 pm and the closing manager was incredibly rude to the customers. First, there was a young couple who politely asked if they could use cash at self checkout numerous times with no response. Finally, she yells at them that 2 of them are closed (she left 1 self checkout opened for everyone to use). I grab my item and proceed to the line. There was a gentleman who went to pay next and the machine wouldn’t take his bill so he kindly told her so and she ignored him and continued closing the other self checkout. He kept trying and it still wouldn’t take it and he kept asking for help. She couldn’t even be bothered to look at him. A young and very nice employee tried to help him but couldn’t. . Finally he hands her his bag of items and tells her he’s sorry but she’ll have to cancel the sale since it wouldn’t take his money. At that, she went right over to the machine, nudging him out of the way to cancel it. She’d rather do that than be compassionate and do her JOB than help him out. I honestly wondered if she was being racist or if she was always that awful to customers. My son told me later that she has been rude to him multiple times as well. I can only imagine how she treats her poor employees. That was honestly the worst case of customer service I have ever witnessed. She best be glad she didn’t act that way towards me. I would not have been so nice about it.

The dollar tree is my low budget store that I love to shop at. The employees always so nice and always willing to help with a good customer attitude. And if you can't find what you looking for, the employees will direct you to the right section of the store. Thats my experience every time I go

Huge selection. Great service from the employees. Needed balloons for an event and they went over and above to help me. Even said they would allow me to park closer to the store to ensure all my balloons would safely get into the vehicle.

They seem to have one on every corner now. When I compared The various things that you might see in one store versus the other I believe that it is stocked according to the people who live or frequently shop in that area. There were a lot of shoppers with mostly smiling faces. I was able to find what I was looking for without difficulty and exit quickly and all for $1For location, access to product, cleanliness and attentive cashier they fail into the 5 🌟 rating.

Who doesn't love Dollar Tree? I mean the variety of items they carry is growing daily. Where else can you go buy Ribeye steaks for a buck? I don't know what would make you want to. However I don't understand why anyone would strap a full grown man to their back and jump out of a perfectly good airplane with a parachute either. I guess some of us are just wired different. So grab your change jar take your kids ans go look like a hero.

Seemed under-staffed today. Store was absolutely packed and only 2 employees on a Sunday afternoon. Really like the location though and it's a good stop for snacks.

If you're like me, into DIY projects this is the location of choice. Always a wide selection of EVERYTHING! Shelves always stocked with new items that the other stores do not carry. Quick checkout, friendly customer service.

Dollar Tree near Old Navy is amazing! So neat & clean! The one on 28 by pass near Wal-Mart in Anderson SC is a hot mess. I drive across town to go to the better one!

This is a nice store loaded with tons of things that are indeed one dollar. There is plenty of parking. Also the isles are reasonably roomy. It is a good place to buy the little things.
