I have been coming here a few years now and some employees are kind but some are not. I worked in a pharmacy and the speed of service is insane. They move slow even when waiting they don’t answer the phone half the time!! Employees sit back there and discuss fighting other employees. The pharmacist is unprofessional. I know how a pharmacy is supposed to run and this one is not great at all. They won’t even be busy and you still wait forever. When I called no answer I came in and they we not even busy just chatting awayCome in here again on2/10/2024They are not busy again but tells me the wait in store is 30-45min but the pharmacist get on phone with someone tells them they will have theirs ready in 10-15min. So he asks her what I’m waiting on she tells him he said oh so your just waiting on me she plainly said I’m not worried about it!! Like what kind of customer service is this!! This cvs needs new techs!! Tech that care about the customers feelings. So he stops checking my perscription to assist someone else knowing I’m waiting in store. I come to this cvs bc it’s close to my home. I drive from fair play to here and I have to wait so freaking long. It’s insane to me the lack of care they have for there customers!!!

This CVS Store at 922 Highway 28 is amazing! David and his staff are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to help you find what you’re looking for. There are a lot of different CVS stores to go to, but I go out of my way to stop here because everyone is so nice. Thank you guys!

WHY do you give a time and date saying rx will be ready and we get there and you tell us it’s still on order, no stock, processing etc etc. just ridiculous business practice you do realize you are open because of a thing called CUSTOMERS! There is an issue here with certain diabetic drugs and I do understand shortage issues but please let the customer know hey we are still waiting for it to come in as it is a matter of life and death. Not to mention half the time they want answer the phone in pharmacy, the women that wait on you are hateful zombies with a look that kills for the exception of two that are good with customers, the Pharmacist is an absolute snooty a hole with a reaction of don’t bother me. I’m old and before CVS the stores were Revco’s and the Pharmacist were great they would take time to speak and assist the customers like Larry Rushing and Fred Winstead and Vic Edwards but not now those days are gone.

Pharmacy staff are absolutely unprofessional rude no manners only acknowledge certain people majority of the time they don't have the prescription you need it's just awful all my meds are now getting transferred the store itself is great the pharmacy just suck oh when they are open

Literally the most disgusting, unorganized pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Don’t bother calling in refills because they’ll never even get it through the automated system. I’ve wasted time here on multiple occasions waiting for prescriptions that should have been ready. Never again.

Today, I was trying to speak to a representative and was on hold for 45 minutes before hanging up and calling the front desk to ask if she could have someone answer my phone call because I had been waiting close to an hour. Insinuating that I was lying, she said, “I just came back from the pharmacy and the phone wasn’t ringing. I know we wouldn’t have anybody on hold for close to an hour.” So the lady transferred me BACK to the pharmacy where i was on hold at least 15 minutes before someone decided to answer the phone. I am a very reasonable customer who always tries to give the benefit of the doubt, but today the behavior from the CVS staff was unexpected. I hope someone reads this review and does what they can to better the environment and work ethic within this store.

This RX has come to be what I expected from our first visit and experience. Will they have what I need, or not? This is truly a game of Roulette! 50/50 here. No common courtesy to let you know if they will be able to fill or not, if they have had your prescription for 1 hour, or 48 hours. They don't give a s#it! I'm glad I've never had to suffer because of this...OH! Wait! I have! Numerous times! Tonight being one of them! Dropped off a prescription Thursday around noon, said it would be ready by 12 pm today. Was it? NO. They didn't even have it. No respect, common courtesy or communication. This location FAILS !

I have returned 4 times for same prescription that supposedly was supposed to be ready around 4 PM one day, same prescription ready at 5 next day, same prescription can't be rung up computers down, meanwhile my mom suffers. Done, using Walgreens on N. Main.

I was charged $50 for RX with insurance. When I questioned the price the team member was borterline rude only saying that was the price. To make it worse the pharmasist chimed in saying they had no control. I later found the RX was available at 3 other pharmacies for less than $20 without insurance. If there is another option I will never use CVS.

This place never has my meds ready or even sometimes don’t even have them and just says sorry in a day or two! That’s unacceptable! I need these meds. The person was rude and didn’t care.

Spent 25 minutes in drive thru and when I finally made it to the window they closed for lunch!! And to top it off I was on my break just wasted my break because I couldn’t even get my prescription. This is ridiculous and it’s not my fault they take forever in the pickup line and can’t get to everyone in a timely manner. I wasn’t even that far back!! I’m so annoyed

I have stage 4 terminal cancer. I got my scripts filled here for over 1 year. The staff has always been rude,ghetto and slow. My last visit the pharmacy called police on me because I was one day early for my refill. The police forced them to fill it for me. Terrible Terrible people . If you care for your loved ones Avoid CVS!!!!!

This is by far THE WORSE Coustomer service I'd rather drive miles away than make a call to this store they leave you on hold a hour. Then HANG UP ON YOU. They give you a time you're prescriptions will be ready they never are even close . Let's talk about the next day .!!!! I've got 2 sn kiddos can't just get out and keep going up there. Its getting crazy. Does anyone know if there is a cooperate office . Because I am definitely making compliments. 2nd time today I've been on this phone a hour waiting on one of THE RUDE workers to answer my call .

I walked in to drop off a prescription. There were 3 people in front of me. The pharm tech serviced all 3 of those customers, which took approximately 15 minutes total, got to me and said " ill be right back". She then goes to the window and begins to service those customers. Keep in mind NOBODY was behind me. I waited 15 more minutes before I finally walked out. I'll find somewhere else to go from now on. Not to mention. I've been using cvs for years and now all if a sudden they don't have access to a medication that my sin has been on for a year. They failed to call me and let me know this before I showed up to pick up the prescription.

I can never tell what my experience is going to be at this CVS. Some of the pharmacy staff are rude and have no customer service skills. Corporate really needs to invest in cleaning up the grounds and the store.

Went there for the COVID Vaccine. Had a very organized system and everyone was courteous. Was in and out quickly. Have seen some bad reviews about this store and my experience was very different than what I'd expected based on reviews.

I didn't know the pharmacy closed at 2and I couldn't get off work until 2 and I got there at 2:05 and the drive thru seen me sitting behind the car that was at the window and shut the thing over the window and I could hear them talking in there so I went in and I would understand if I was just putting in a order the medicine was ready to be picked up I think that the pharmacy should stay open and shut the rest of the store bc people need their medicine more than they do anything else in the store the pharmacy closed at2 bc of the holiday and the rest of the store is staying open until 4 or 5 that ain't right

This has got to be the dirtiest cvs pharmacy in Anderson, S.C..The trash outside all the way around the building is unbelievable. If I have an option of posting pictures I will.The customer service is awful, wait time is ungodly forever.

It is convenient for me but the wait time for drive thru is ridiculous. It will literally be one car at the window and they take 10-15 mins is if they searching for what the customer is picking up
