As always, my experience is always wonderful and since now I’m in Anderson, I love that Cracker Barrel right there my is the catfish and I love my catfish I’m so glad that now we post Covid. We got it again. My waitress was absolutely wonderful. She’s a student at Clemson and she’s doing sports medicine. She was a wonderful young lady. I appreciate her. I believe her name was Megan. Make sure she gets for this review.

Worst experience I've ever had at any location. Food was hardly warm. Sausage raw, scrambled eggs were over well eggs with a tad of chopping & about 50 cents worth of cheese. Casserole bites would have been great with high cost ranch & actually at least warm. Server was apparently to busy to listen to the reply of the very few questions she did ask. The up sell of candy at the register was a bit much. You have to walk through their shop to eat and to leave. Shouldn't that be enough. I wish I could say the lady who sat us was good. She seemed so very important and had to apologize for talking over us when she looked at us without speaking. So we spoke to break the silence. I'll be right with you would have been a great choice of words for better customer service.

What a great experience when we were down south. This place had the best fresh food and the service was top notch. Candace when greeting you had a smile that brightened your day and made you feel welcomed. Our waitress Amber was absolutely amazing! Professional, friendly, fast service, overall rating 20/10. Waiter was horrible. Was sitting for awhile while he kept saying, be with you in a few minutes. He told us that 3 different times. While sitting,they sat some more people behind us,guess he liked them better,he started their order. I was very upset,my husband told me not to complain because I was looking for manager. A very nice woman saw this came an took our order. Food was delicious

Service was excellent. Our order came out quickly and correct. Cracker Barrel is our go-to for eating fish. I get the spicy grilled catfish and my wife get the trout without the lemon pepper seasoning. You can absolutely eat healthy with the selection of sides.Dietary restrictions: The menu works for my wife's gluten allergy and my diet with controlled carbohydrates.

A yummy cool interesting place to enjoy some delicious fried chicken! Breakfast all day is a plus if you love soft yummy pancakes. The drink menu has various flavors and choices which I loved. Spacious dining room and very friendly customer service staff. I’d highly recommend you checking this place out!

Well we sat for 10 mins before anyone even stopped at the table to ask about drinks, then we ordered and before William our server left the table my husband ask him if he could bring us a biscuit and blackberry jelly. He mumbled something about the policy changed.... We waited for the biscuits but they never came. Out came out meal, then he got out biscuits and sat them down and said here is your biscuits and butter! Of course no jelly. Waited for water refill for a while. Food was good but service was bad. This is the third time at this location where there were either problems with the food or the service. We don't plan to return. My husband said to me as I said let's go to cracker barrel, he said, do you remember the last time how things went. I said, let's try it again, maybe it will be different. It would have been different if it was busy but there was only probably 10 seats taken in the entire restaurant.

The loaded baked potato was a joke. Very little toppings. My husband had chicken fried chicken and he didn’t get the gravy and he didn’t get any bread. I told the server and she finally brought some gravy but still no bread. She finally came back as we were leaving and wanted to know if we wanted something else. We told her we were leaving. We didn’t get refills on our drinks either. I had the house salad and it was missing a lot of stuff. Avoid this place.

Cracker Barrel (Anderson SC): CB has been my favorite place to eat since the 80's. In particular, the Anderson SC CB is my favorite. Everyone at CB makes dining there a pleasant experience. They go above & beyond to serve customers with great food, variety menu selection, superb customer service, and wonderful ambience for families. It's not just the food that keeps me coming back to CB. It's the most important aspect of any organization, The People (i.e., employees)!!!!! CB (Anderson SC) has my highest personal recommendation for any restaurant. Thank you CB for decades of great dining experiences and wonderful employees. CB is the epitome of restaurants.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetable offerings & salads. If you require no dairy products (e.g., cheese) or no meats (e.g., bacon bits, ham) in a salad selection, just inform the wait staff. You can ask for more tomatoes, onions, cucumber, etc to substitute for excluding dairy or meat products from the salad.Dietary restrictions: Just inform the wait staff of any dietary restrictions or food allergies, and they will make every effort to accommodate your needs.Parking: Because of CB's reputation & popularity, get there a little earlier than meal time because it can be crowded at times.Kid-friendliness: CB is like eating at home. So, there are checkers and small games in the store to entertain children while waiting. And, of course, there are high chairs and kid portions of food & drinks.Wheelchair accessibility: Completely accommodated. Wheel chairs and walkers can be seen being used in CB restaurants & stores.

The food and service are always great. On our last visit, we came in with a large group to celebrate a birthday. Despite having over a dozen people, they kept up with refills and other requests effortlessly. They definitely seem to have a good team that works well together. I knew I had to leave the party early for an appointment and was worried I wouldn't have time to eat, but they had the food out fast. Great experience!

They recently changed their hours to close at 9 pm on Friday nights, but we were unaware of the change, so we were walking in at 8:58 pm. We were their last customers of the night, but they didn't rush us or seem frustrated at all that we walked in at 2 minutes to closing. Especially around the holidays when everyone is rushing and eager to get home, everyone was kind and attentive. Our server Paxton was excellent and the food was good as usual. Thanks guys, for letting us scoot in when you could have just as easily said "I'm sorry, we close at 9pm"!

Didn't eat anything, just popped in too see if there were any Christmas items left. Staff was very helpful, but not pushy. I absolutely adore all the items offered in your store. I can't begin to tell you how much money I've spent for myself and gifts for other. I've introduced numbers of people to the store by things I've wore or used. Gotten lots of compliments on clothing, earrings, necklaces and even pens that I've used. Never fail to disappoint. Always wait until things go on sale and walking out with more bags than I can carry alone. Keep on selling such get merchandise

Realizing that it is the holiday season and the place was even more busier than normal, we had a nice experience. The hostess was friendly and we were seated within the time as stated. Our waiter was new but was very enthusiastic about serving us. We did have to ask for refills twice and the bacon was undercooked but I'm sure we will go back.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in Anderson, South Carolina was a pleasant experience. Met a friend for breakfast, and definitely not disappointed. The food was amazing, as usual. The coffee was hot and fresh. The service was friendly and prompt. I walked around in the country store, too many really cool to list. Personally like all the cool candy choices. A great place for a travel meal stop or to meet friends for a prayer breakfast. Oh, and they have amazing lunch and dinner options too!

Went here with my daughter her boyfriend and my 2 grandkids for what we thought would be a good Thanksgiving dinner on the day before Thanksgiving. Cracker Barrel did not advertise that you couldn't get a Thanksgiving dinner or even the country fried turkey dinner on the day before , because of the preparations going on for Thanksgiving day and the preparation for the preprep- Thanksgiving dinners being picked up . Which is why we went there to start with ! So we had to settle on ordering other foods that didn't pertain to Thanksgiving dinner . So I ordered a steak medium well which should have came out a little pink and juicy but instead came out brown all the way through , dry , hard , and cold . Well we were already upset because of it not being advertised about not being able to get a Thanksgiving dinner until we had already sat down, ordered drinks , and then waited over 30 minutes to order food that we just got the food to go and I fed the steak to my dog ! We usually love and enjoy Cracker Barrel but I'm not so sure I'll be back after this ! Very disappointed !

What a difference a year makes! After today I will not return to this location! Pancakes now you get two very this ones. But one of my two was badly mangled and looked gross. I pointed this out and got set 2. They were so cold that tge butter remained unmelted at all! Then. I took a bite of sausage which was red inside - not done. Which is dangerous for pork. See photos!MY REVIEW 1 YR AGO:Food and service is always great! Today we had the best waitress, Adrianna! She checked frequently, has a great personality, kept our coffee topped off! Wonderful job!!

Every thing was great except the sweet tea. It looked like colored water. It had very little tea. And not much sugar at all. We ate there about 8i’click one night so they might have been trying to stretch it so they did not have to make more. I asked for a tea to go and I had to throw it in the trash outside. It was not good at all.Parking: We always park where the buses or campers park so we will have room

Ordered two dishes for Christmas Eve. Was told I needed to pick up by 2 next day. . I gave a 12 time. Came back next day .. stood in line for about 30 min to pay . Only to hear they did not have my order . Was told to step to the side . I asked if I have to get back in line to pay. Was told yes. Waited for someone to try to sort things out . After spend over an hour in the store . Management came , she said I could not get one of my dishes but I could get the other . It was their mix up and I felt punished. Nothing was offered for my time I spent for nothing. I like Easley Cracker Barrel better. Will go there next time.

Tried to order online 4 times it wouldn’t come up. So then I call to order to go and I wanted to do curbside and the employee tells me that curbside is only for if you’re disabled or trouble walking otherwise I would have to come in and get bc she couldn’t bring it out there. So I pull up at curbside and beside me there is someone 10 years younger than me but and he was definitely not disabled or anything wrong with him trying to make this short I go In and of course not ready I told the cashier what had happened she took the initiative to let manager know immediately which impressed me since she had only been there 3 weeks the manager was nice he apologized but only like talks to me twice but didn’t offer anything else and never saw him again after I told him I wasn’t impressed with whoever I talked to. I couldn’t barely eat the roast bc it had so much fat mash potatoes dry not but a drop gravy on it the food was cold my daughter fries were nasty love the broccoli casserole i don’t know I’ll be back bc when i y’all a manager I wasn’t I’m impressed who I talked with didn’t offer discount or anything like that especially after I told him that and more he walked off didn’t see him again I don’t know if I’ll be back bc i can just eat the corn and broccoli casserole so definitely wasn’t worth the money bc of food and service. And had down wrong name they need to fix customer service and the on to go ordering and fix the online ordering online. Sorry this being so long and the roast i attention was maybe a little bigger offer a gift card or something when this much happened in one visit. Other times I’ve been there never been treated the way I was today. Don’t know if I’ll be back bc I had my kid with me n that was the whole point I wanted curbside need a little more hospitality just my opinion

Very slow! The place was half empty when we arrived and still had to wait 20 min to get seated. Once we were finally seated it took about 20 min to get drinks, then no kids menus anymore so good thing for online, once ordered food nothing crazy to about 40 min to get the food. In that time had to flag down the waitress to get some drink refills as we all needed them and our waitress couldn’t be bothered to check in the table. While sitting here waiting for our food we are surrounded by 10 dirty tables only a few customers and a bunch of workers rearranging deck chairs and not much else. I was given a refill glass that had a chunk of glass missing out of the top and cracks running down the side that anybody paying attention could have noticed. The food was hit and miss two of the entrees were cold the ones that weren’t breakfast food. Also confident that our waitress has been actively avoiding our table and checking on us which has not happened except when waived down, even at the end had to go ourselves to the kitchen to get someone to give us a 2go box. Overall will not be coming to this location again. Do better, at least attempt to look like your trying.

Great breakfast date with my Hubby. I got the country fried steak and scrambled eggs, with the hash brown casserole. The steak was amazing and it's size was intense.
