We took our dog there to have his nails clipped. We told them why we were there , they took him without asking his name or our 's. Instead of talking to him to calm him, they just grabbed his paws and clipped. I asked if my husband could help hold him but they didn't answer. Took our money but no receipt. Will never go back again. I wouldn't think of leaving a pet there alone with them

Bubbles and Barks to the rescue! We recently got two labs that were in bad shape. We needed a place for them until we could make provisions, and Bubbles and Barks made accommodations for us. They took such good care of them! They went above and beyond and nursed them along. Brenda sent us pictures and kept in touch to let us know how they were doing. They were already so much better when we picked them up! Thank you Bubbles and Barks! And Abby & Molly thank you! 🐾♥️

Wonderful place. My shihpoo is excited to visit. He stays over night and gets groomed here. They do an amazing job and he always looks great when I pick him.up. only complaint is be sure to confirm pick up time so that you aren't charged an extra day not realizing. Other than that I LOVE THEM!!!

Poco, our Yorkie, has become part of the Bubbles & Barks family. He boards there every 3 months & we love his "puppy cut". He can be a Houdini but they accommodated his small size. Wonderful people!

Our dog is a very rare breed that requires some extra care. They take such good care of him while we travel! They feed him food that must be kept cold, send me pictures of him while we are away, and make it where he loves to go! Our vet also highly recommended them and said they will bring our dog to him if he were to need a vets attention while we are traveling.

Amy is great, the best groomer there! I take my dog to see her to get his nails cut and a haircut. She takes great care of him while he's in her care! She does an amazing job!! He always looks amazing after I pick him up. Very pleased!

I took my dog, Daisy, to this place and they didn’t treat her well at all.. I had told them that she had little sores on her and they needed to be careful when cutting her. When I picked her up I saw they had cut 10-15 of her sores when they groomed her. Not only that, she was also still bleeding from her sores. The lady also told me that it was going to be $50 and she had charged me $70. I do not recommend this place at all and Daisy will not be back to this place.

I have never had to kennel our dogs before so my anxiety was high. After a pleasant phone conversation I decided that Bubbles and Barks was the place for us. On arrival I was greeted by 3 of the nicest people ever. There was genuine concern about each of our babies, and the place was spotless! I appreciate great customer service and attention to detail. Bubbles and Barks is definitely the place for people who only want the best for their babiesPost "2- Coming Home Day- We just picked our babies up today. They were all very happy to see us but not one seemed to be in a big hurry to go! All three loved Mary and how she spoiled them with treats! The looks and actions of our dogs solidified that Bubbles and Barks is the only place for our fur babies. Thank you again to Mary and staff for loving our beagles just like they were yours!!!

Love Amy she is absolutely wonderful!! Our Ruger loves for his Mommy to be right beside him holding his paw while he is being groomed and she allowed me to do just that. Her and Brenda let me stand right beside him and help hold him and that made a tremendous diferenc. Thank you both for being so understanding and patient with him it was GREATLY APPRECIATED!! His new haircut looks great and we can't wait to see y'all in 6 weeks. The facility is very clean and sanitized also- Thank you for a job well done!!

We have been taking our two miniature schnauzers to Bubbles and Barks for several years for boarding when we are out of town and grooming. Mary and Brenda take the care of pets in their care to the next level! They truly care about the well being of the pets they are caring for. They know our pups by name and our pups are happy to see them whenever they stay. Couldn't ask for better caregivers for our pups when we are away than Mary and Brenda and the entire staff at Bubbles and Barks! Highly recommended!

Just saw wear a dog groomer here cut a poor little yorkies ear in half with scissors….like legit cut that pups ear and told the owner that her dog was jumpy and never apologized. Do not take your animals here. They will be abused or killed. That groomer should be fired!!!! I hope this makes the news!

Our dogs have been boarding here since they were little. They are 11/2 years old now. The seem to love it here. We don't have to worry about them when we are away. The ladies that run it really care about the animals they board. Great place!!!

My cat was there for a long time and every time I came they were able to give a complete update on how she was and everything she was doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They were so sweet and caring. Would recommend to anyone who wants a great place to board their animal.

These people do NOT understand what quicks are and will make your dog bleed. Then yell at you that its normal. Horrible response to butchering my dog! They should not touch living creatures!

We used this groomer a few times momAnd daughter is the groomer. Good job fair price. Our last visit was horrible! The daughter groomer was in a bad mood when we got there. And keep taking about needing time to get somewhere! She did 1 dog with the dremel as I requested. Took her to my truck in the parking lot took maybe 3 minutes. Game back out overt dog was on the table and all I saw was Blood on 3 paws! Did not use the dremel as requested. She took the clippers, she was mad and in a rush! And just clipped 3 paws 🐾 did not even look for the quick! She finished the last par. Her and her mom truer to stop the bleeding by some kind of glue and powder! Over and over! Then the daughter just walked away leaving the mother to deal with us! Had to walk her around to see if the bleeding had stopped and still 2 paw bleeding! Finally brought her to me. No charge of course no charge 😡😡😡! Our sweet lab Sugar was so upset and shaking when we left and 1 paw was still bleeding when we got home. Put flour on it to stop the bleeding!! If you dare go there make sure you do not leave it let out of your sight! They also board animals image if she was in another Mad Rage how will your beloved fur family be treated!!! Sorry this is so long but I always view reviews and what I saw was 5 ⭐️ best n town👎 Not on the Saturday we went 🐾

The staff is very nice and great with my dog. My dog can be a bit nervous and the staff makes him comfortable while he's being groomed. They do a through grooming job. I would definitely give them a try.

I prefer to be told if he has a bloody paw, but I know that it happens and he is fine. Bloody paw prints in the truck was disappointing. But, the groomer did the best job on my Shih Tzu. We have tried many Groomers since moving here. She followed my instruction precisely, with attention to detail. His coat and face look spectacular.

Bubbles and Barks is the best. Employees are very kind and helpful. Pricing is very reasonable. The "spa" is very clean. I couldn't have felt mire comfortable leaving my fur baby there. All stars in my book.

I want to know why ur company would let all the groomers home not even checking to make sure the dogs are completely done???. We brought our Akita up there for the very first time last sat and we told them that we wanted his neck especially trim down so we could put a flea collar on him and when we picked him up the only thing done was his nails which looked horrible, and his hine legs were brished out...he had sticky stuff all over his fur and did not look or smell like he even had a bath....my husband told the older lady that his neck was suppose to be trimmed down so she grabbed clippers with no guard and proceeded to cut our dog hair and took out 1 big chunk of hair down to his skin and my husband made her stop! This service was no where worth $95 and it dont make sense for u to have us bring in our dog and he sits in a cage/facility for 7 hrs...you sure dont deserve 1 star

My dog went for the 1st time today and I'll have to say it was a horrible my poor baby is a inside small dog 🐕. Her nails cut me when I picked my dog up she didn't smell good ,and she got no extra bow are anything at all....I'll never take her back 😢 💔 I called up there they told me walk her on payment to make nails less sharp isn'tthat what I paid them for???
