I can not believe what happened today. This store should be ashamed of its employees.I sent my sister in to do a return, while I did a return at Hobby Lobby. I came back to her standing outside, crying because 2 different store employees made her feel absolutely horrible for doing a return. They talked down to her, and embarrassed her the entire time she was doing a return. In a line full of people.Telling her that she should have just donated the food if she didn't want it. Asking her how poor do you have to be, to return food? Asking her if it was really worth the return for only $17? You know we are just going to throw it away?I have never had a problem with ALDI before, and I am contacting corporate.We are from out of town, and had 3 different adults buy similar things while we were shopping. All at this store, in separate trips, but on the same day. 2 days ago. We are leaving town tomorrow, and I'm not flying with 20-30 lbs of unopened baking supplies added to my luggage.How could anyone be this rude? In front of other customers? Trying to shame her for returning food?

I love this place. They have random, awesome deals on things...I love the organic options and the fact that they have items without all the dyes in them. Would definitely recommend. Only con is I do not like the layout of the store. Oh and I absolutely love that they added self checkouts. High fives!!!!

Not really different from any other store EXCEPT their glutton free items actually taste good. Their products are definitely worth the money and a primary reason I will continue to shop with them.

1st Time visiting Aldi, and will be my last time also. Totally rude manager. I just had saw someone walk into the place so I assumed something may have been wrong with the door, it was 8:58 AM, I assumed the place was open like most grocery stores they open at 8AM, so I slid the door open and walked in. By that time it’s 9AM. She starts with her smart mouth saying if I see the door is closed I should know there open, all sliding doors are closed correct, well if a business is closed shouldn’t you have the door locked. She was just totally rude for absolutely no reason. I asked for the DM phone number she said if you want the number to aske the other manager that was in there. Seems to me if she can’t deal with the public why does she work in a field where you deal with people. She needs a desk job. Totally unprofessional and I don’t do this on reviews but this was beyond any confrontation.

1 cashier. She was very good. Isles blocked completely with a girl stocking. Things I needed on both isles. COMPLETELY BLOCKED WITH CARTS N BOXES IN AFTERNOON. LIMITED selections. Come on now. I have shopped this Anderson store for years. This was unacceptable. Stock at night or early morning. At least a floating cashier . Your prices have risen like other markets. You will loose my business if this continues.

I have been shopping @ Aldi for over 8yrs, I have always loved their fresh produce and affordable prices. However the have added self check out to this location ( which I am a fan of self check out when you have a few items) and the staff is pushing everyone to utilize it. I always buy @ least $200 worth of groceries which means a pretty full cart and I shop with 3 children. Normally the staff is friendly at least at their location on HWY 28. That location always goes above and beyond when I shop there. Today no one was at the register so i asked one of the ladies on staff if I could unload at the register. I asked before unloading to make their life easier as I know maybe they didn’t have a money drawer in place at certain ones… and the lady on staff was very rude saying well no one is there. No one was at any of the register that I could see. The manager said I could go to one and she would check me out but she did not reprehend her employee for being rude to a customer, she also said “it made her life harder” bc the people in line wanted to wait and not use self check out. I blame corporate for not training employees better as to how to handle the transition to self check out and if they want you to use only self check out then maybe they should close down all registers. That maybe would avoid the employees feeling like they are being inconvenienced for doing part of their job description which is ringing up customers.

Love this Aldi with its 5 self check out stations. Always in and out quick. The other Aldi on 28 bypass in Anderson Sc., not so much. You can't even find the single cashier to check you out. I've walked out of that one 3 times due to the inconvenience of wait times.

Very busy store. Should get a 5, but every time I cone, there is a large loaded dolly right at the front door, and since the produce is there, there is always a 2 minute wait to get past cause all the buyers stop and try to work their way around the pile of stock sitting at the front door...Perhaps going late in the afternoon might work, but the traffic on the roads around this store is horrible..

Normally I am a 5 star Aldi's fan but this location is not up to the norm. Not as clean inside or out. Dirty floors. Still great prices compared to Walmart. But, it's getting overwhelmed with variety store products such as patio furniture and clothes and kids toys... looks like a high-end Dollar General inside. Boxes and stuff clogging the aisles and walls. Keep the food products and delete the dollar store stuff.

Great location with plenty of parking. Well stocked when I’ve shopped. You can’t beat their produce (fresh fruit and vegetables) prices anywhere. I’ve also noticed they have the best heads of lettuce of other grocery stores nearby.

Got 4 wheels, all wheel alignment,4 pressure sensors,all wheel brakes,an oil change. All for under $1200 and that included a $100 tip to split. Great job an done in 1 and a half hours just like the man said. Thanks guys

Great prices. I do have 2 complaints. First, there's always a line, sometimes 10 people long with full buggies, and just one cashier open. Secondly, there's some things that get sold out before lunch time, and I asked about them ordering more if something's so "popular". The employee told me that they are not allowed to do that; the warehouse makes the decision what and how much to send. As for the store, itself, I like it.

Always easy to shop here. Fast lines, good prices and easy to navigate. In most cases their house brands are just as good as national brands, and for many products they're better. I'll happily bring my own bags and a quarter if it means I keep saving!

Usually find everything I come here to get. Wish y'all would carry shredded carrots so I'd save a trip to Wal-Mart. People love your honey battered chicken tenders. Usually grab 2 bags when possible.

Kudos to the staff and management at Aldi's in Anderson, SC. I hadn't realized I left my wallet/phone there the other night. My husband's phone rang, and it was me! Actually, it was the manager calling and telling me they had my wallet/phone. She offered to meet me close to her home and mine to return it to me. Of course (!) everything was still there. I can't thank them enough. Just another reason why I love Aldi.
