Decent price, easy to find a pump. Easy to fill up. Had to go inside to get a receipt. Quite a walk from the handicap parking space, but a nice gentleman employee helped with the door.

At 8:00 this morning i went to use the restroom. I was in there 10 mins when the gas station attendant came violently banging on the door. When I came out, she stormed over to the bathroom, muttering under her breathing. Finding nothing wrong with the bathroom, she came back to the cash register. When I asked if something was wrong, she continued to mutter rudely. Making me feel as though I was ruining her day by using the provided facilities. I was deeply insulted. And if this is how Exxon wishes to treat its patrons, then I will no longer be using them.

Every single employee was very friendly. The restrooms were even super clean which isn't typical of gas stations. Good place to stop if you need a break or to refill on gas and snacks for a roadtrip.

Waited 15 mins for people to cut in line when all we needed to do was get gas. Even after customers telling us we could "cut", woman still ignored us and kept telling us to wait even though we were in the front of the line first. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We went at night. Everything was shutdown and dark but the pumps were working so we were able to get gas. No open bathrooms. Very desolate place at night.

Exxon is my favorite neighborhood store. The employees are super friendly. They prices are reasonable for a convenient store and it's located right off of the interstate 95. I would have rated 5 stars but the only thing I think needs to change are the time they close.

Convenient place to stop. About two of the cashier are professional and friendly. However, the tall cashier need to learn to say hello and Thank You, unless she only says it to certain customers. It is just common courtesy.

It's a small gas station. 2 dual pumps, 2 unisex potties. Not particularly clean or filthy, but how much do you need? I paid at the pump but people there were nice.

I stop by the store sometimes. I tried not to go in the afternoon, because the lady that works in the afternoon with the braids, never speaks to me or says thank you. She just look like she do not want to be bother. I took a friend with me a few days ago, and she did not say thank you or speak to him. I tried my best to get everything I need, to avoid stopping by Exxon in Alcolu. I feel this is very bad customer service. She got a serious problem.

The woman at the counter was extremely rude- I walked up made eye contact and asked how she was and she didn’t say a word. She expected me to know to hold the items up for her to scan, and balled up a bag and gave it to me to put my stuff in. 🖕🏼

The manager there is awesome she's like totally awesome the ladies that work there are awesome but one she acts like she doesn't want to be there or help anyone or see anyone hun your in the wrong place. I love this place

Very nasty employee. Woman acted like I was a problem or one of her "regulars". I asked her if she hated her job cause she was being so nasty.. She said "b*tch, I'll show you...." I couldn't understand the rest but I'm taking every step to have her fired! Moral is... DO NOT STOP HERE! Zero stars!

There was an incident between locals fighting, they damaged some shelves. The clerk told another customer and myself to leave. She then locked the doors with customers at the pumps and trying to come in. Law enforcement were called..

Just got gas and left. Gas was $2.25 on on the sign but when you got to the pump it was actually $2.31 02/20/2020 for Regular. False advertisement. 4 pumps. Plenty of parking to go inside.
