I went in there the other day for the first time and the elderly lady that was working which is a arrow employee was so rude to my daughter. The way that she treated my seven-year-old is horrible. She was nasty hateful and beyond rude. I would not go here to buy anything unless it was a dying emergency. She clearly believes that this is the only Feedstore around. Excuse me newsflash. You’re not. I will take my business elsewhere air I appreciated. As a business owner myself it is totally unacceptable to treat any human being like that.

I have a few pets that eat crickets and this would have been my go to place for crickets. They kept telling me that the crickets were coming in Tuesday now here it is Thursday and now they're saying they don't know when they'll have any. Everyday I call them they tell me something new. Yesterday I was told they would have them today. I would have got crickets from them 3 times a week because they're so much cheaper than pets mart but they're very unreliable and my pets are starving so now I'll just have to pay 3 times more and go to pets mart. This place just wasted my time and kept giving me the run around.

Customer service is terrible. You don’t get acknowledged as you wait and wait for help. You wait in line as the cashier carries on a causal conversation about getting her haircut. Not a thank you or may I help you in this store.

Best place to buy seeds in the quality you want As well as live chickens, chicken supply’s common garden tools you cannot beat his prices still lower the. Walmart and tractor supply as well as a larger selection of chicks and lower prices support your local feed store a man that will help you and talk to you for 10 minutes about how to plant for your soil and in our zone. Great resource also the best prices in town!! With an amazing free resource of knowledge, and know how and grit.
