I went here for a hand car wash, and the experience was pretty good. I had some odd requests, which they did with no fuss. Fair pricing for their normal car wash services and for my specialty wash as well! I still have some sort of haze on my windshield though, that is extremely hard to see through when the sun hits it right.

CAUTION************My husband purchased a vehicle for me as a surprise gift about a month ago. Two weeks later, I ended up on the side of the road. Still to this very day, the car will not start. The engine had completely gone out. This company knowingly have lemons on their lot and is all about making a sell. They don’t care about you needing a dependable vehicle to get back and forth to work in. They will feed you with lies about the vehicle just to get you to sign on the dotted line. I am very much aware that when you purchase a used vehicle, there will be problems. I wasn’t aware that the problems will come less than two weeks after purchase. I will NEVER go to this establishment for business. These people are crooks and buyers please BE AWARE.

I can’t say enough great things about our dealing with Wayne Heath Automotive!!! These people are the BEST! We came from Easley, South Carolina to trade with them, and it was definitely worth the drive! They are sincerely friendly, and I felt like I’d known them all my life after meeting them. Wayne was so helpful and did many things to help us surprise our granddaughter with a Jeep! I would recommend Wayne to anyone who is looking for a car! Wayne is a thief doesn’t pay his employees right says he’s taking out taxes and he doesn’t says he’s paying one thing and he pays another. Doesn’t pay what he agrees to very hostile environment. Do not work for this guy repeat do not work for this guy. He is just looking to get cheap labor to get over on you be aware he is a scam !!!

Picked up a 1997 F250 here all the way from Myrtle Beach, Mareese helped me over the phone, figured everything out about the deal, negotiated with me and had all the paper work ready when I got there. Wayne helped me when I picked up the truck. I took it for a test drive and everything was good to go! Drove it back 3 hours to Myrtle Beach with no issues. The truck even came with a little personal history from the original owner, through Wayne. 10 out of 10 would go again!

I purchased a 2012 honda civic Lx about 2 weeks ago and started to notice several problems. I called them and told them about the issues I was having. I brought it back the next day for them to look at the motor mount which was having issues( which is supposed to be changed at 60k to 100k miles on a civic and it has 73k miles) which they told me that the problems were not covered under the power train warranty. They offered to fix the small ac leak problem I was having. They took the car for a few days and returned it to me and it still has a leak. Then I told them I think it is time for the mount to be replaced and Mr. Heath got very upset about it and told me I was being ungrateful and told me that I was trying to take advantage of him. I even offered them to take it to Honda cars of aiken to get the mount inspected with me covering the expense to get it checked. They denied that and told me that the mount was not included in their powertrain warranty, therefore they were honoring their warranty. Then Mr. Heath stated that I could bring him the car and he would take everything out he “did” to it and fix the motor mount but in exchange he would “break my a/c”. I did not want to argue with them so I left and he came outside and tossed a pamphlet through my car window about the Powertrain warranty and on the pamphlet it clearly stated that the motor mounts of the car are under a powertrain warranty. Also I have yet to receive my plates from them.

We purchased a car from them and in the first week we had to go back because it was steaming due to the gasket, they knew it had problems when they sold it to us. In the four weeks we've had this car, we have had to go back every week for a new problem. They did not offer an extended warranty and are not willing to pay for the repairs, or give us our down payment back.
