Not sure why this Walmart has issues resupplying its shelves. I've been in and out of the Whiskey Road Walmart looking for a jar of Victoria pasta sauce. Not only has it been missing for weeks, but the same jar has been sitting in the same spot all that time. Will have to bite the bullet and head to the other Aiken Walmart.

Thurs 12/14/2023. Bought 12 PK, sealed in plastic wrapping Ol'Roy can dog food. Got home, opened the PK and every can in it was severely dented. Bought 2pk 18 lg eggs wrapped together in clear plastic. Got home only to discover 1 egg missing completely. I was so angry, I will not be going back there anytime soon!!

Walmart is always handy for us. We can go there as easily as anywhere, and usually the prices are very fair. When on vacation, we stop by Walmart when we arrive so we don't have to carry a box of groceries in the car. We also learn a little about the locals by shopping at their Walmart. A good way to tell how safe a place is, look for police cars in front of Walmart. If there are one or more, be careful.

Although the store looked like it had been raided by after Christmas shoppers; there was one outstanding cashier who stood out like a beacon of light. Before I knew she was going to be my cashier; she greeted me and my family with pleasantries and her beautiful smile while she cleaning up and restocking her area. The first cashier rejected and sent us to the register next to her and low and behold; we discovered it was the same lady who had greeted us with kindness and a smile. She is an exemplary representative of who you see advertised aside from the sales. She made our visit to your establishment, a pleasant one. Thank you to the cashier who made a wonderful difference to my family and I.

I am a delivery driver and pick up deliveries curbside from the Whiskey Rd. location. The curbside loaders are always friendly, organized and helpful. They are a pleasure to work with.

On my birthday with my baby in my arms falling asleep, I stood for at least three hours. I was returning a tablet and Amber treated me like a thief and liar. I was in process of being assisted by someone else and it took over four people standing in front of a screen without any solutions. They wouldn’t explain the problem. She kept yelling at me, making a scene with a huge speech but she refused to help me because she was “clocking out for the day.” The same girl who helped me previously could’ve explained the dilemma since she had helped me the day before but Amber made the environment so toxic and hostile she was afraid to speak up. I had to wait even longer so they could look up the camera footage to confirm that I was telling the truth and there were no apologies or empathy. I’m not concerned about her union interests because that’s very personal and I didn’t need to hear that. Upon exiting I saw a young couple walk out without being checked for a case of beer that was not rung up under their cart but I was so fed up that it didn’t matter. However, they stopped me for not having a pool noodle bagged. This place is just odd.There are a few rare gems here and I prefer using a register with a person but the lines are absurd. I want to support our city. Please make it an encouraging environment to do so.

Store is full of zombie-like customers who appear to have never seen or used a self service checkout. Many able bodied customers browsing the aisles with the electric shopping carts. Store shelves in total disarray. Not much in the line of medium sized clothing, but if looking for plus sizes you're in luck.

A horrible environment to work in, employees hounding and harassing their own over social media news such as the death of an infant. Don't work here if you value your mental health and respect as a human being. My baby sister worked here for a couple of months only to find inconsistent training, full time hours while being only paid as a part time. Underpaid and mentally exhausted 24/7 her coworkers pushed her over the edge causing a leave of absence. This is my warning and suggestion to y'all, find a better paying more friendly work place.

I was in here for the shooting in June and just easing my way back to the store after that happened and am another robbery .Aiken is just getting bad. I love Wal mart browsing and getting things we need or just shopping overall not happy with security

Never have cashier's to check you out. They perfer to play on their phones then check customer out. And force you to do self checkout. Being disabled kinda hard to do self checkout. The lines are always backed up to the groceries.

China's finest plastic junk proudly sold here! Heads up, Second shift moon lights as the SS lube nazis! Slap some good ole red, white and blue with a smile on, shoulders square, loss prevention will be on your tail otherwise. That's the only department that works here. One should be able to apply an employee discount using the self checkout.

This Walmart is ok early in the morning for a couple non perishable items. I don’t buy frozen or cold items. I consistently find these items in other areas of the store. The shelves are a mess and disorganized. Everything is piled in a big mess. They leave the cold/frozen items in the middle of the aisle for who knows how long when they are loading the shelves. I have seen a little improvement over the past few months but it stopped and I’m seeing regression again. This store needs to be cleaned up, fixed and have better customer service. I will drive across town to the other Walmart for any perishables if I have to go to a Walmart. Today I spotted a rotten cucumber in the display. Also, they never have enough real cash registers open and their self check out ones are always breaking down. I would love to be able to update my review in a few months saying that management has cleaned up this store and it’s better. Please management, fix this store.

I visited today to make a return. One item was a Christmas item. You only get 50% after Christmas without a receipt. Which I didn't have. Typically I only have a receipt 50% of the time...it is what it is. I told the customer service girl that's a bummer. She stated that's why we tell people to keep their receipts. I said yeah I have 4 kids and done a LOT of shopping for the holidays. **(side note) In my many years of Wal-Marts I have never been told to keep my receipt. 🤷‍♀️ I don't think anyone really cares.She proceeded with my return and shoved my gift card and receipt at me and walked off complaining about how she can't stand people and how people where rude. I stood there watching her and called her out. I said hey I'm still here and I can here you. She said I was rude to her which was totally crazy! 100% bizarre. I asked to speak to the manager which she said she is the manager. I said of course you are. I left and asked another employee what her name was. Alexis. She is not a manager. I did speak to a team lead and reported this. I called corporate as well. It is Wal-Mart, but I honestly hope they take it seriously. A woman in the store heard me talking to the other employee and expressed she had almost the same thing happen.Overall this store is pretty unkept and not always stocked. It's Wal-Mart so it's convenient. It IS NOT worth it anymore. Target, Amazon, Aldi and Publix can have my business. I hope Alexis gets away from customer service and gets some consequences for her behavior....

Compared to the Walmart on Richland Ave, it is an absolute trash fire. Went there this morning to get baby formula, and check on getting federal hunting stamp. Had someone paged for sporting goods. Waited 10 min no show. Other employee from automotive had to physically go get attendant. When he shows up says he can’t help me because doesn’t know how to work license computer. Said just needed a stamp literally no different than ringing up any other item. Said didn’t know what I was talking about. Asked if he could check out items in my cart at least. Said he couldn’t work register? Why the hell are you in this department? The only reason he isn’t named is because he wasn’t wearing name tag. I wonder why? Either get store on track or just close it. Joke compared to one across town.

These new checkouts are not working well, and all the employees act like there the only ones in the world working, and when you need helping finding something, don't ask a employee ask a stranger they no more. Maybe having a better work force would help. Most of the employees are to busy doing nothing but complaining about money lol

Trash at restocking shelves. I've been here multiple times to try and get diabetic test strips since it's closer to my house and never are they there. Once in a blue moon I might find one box. Then they charge you the same price for less of them from behind the counter.

I use their pharmacy. I have never had a problem. Everyone is so nice and the pharmacist makes sure I understand all I need to know.I can't speak so well for the rest of the store. I refuse to do self checkout.

I was expecting a Walmart and this place was exactly that, It even said “Walmart” on the front of the building! Amazing, absolutely amazing. It smelled, sounded and for some reason tasted like a Walmart. My favorite part of the whole experience was in customer service. On the wall there was a plaque with the manager’s name. And wouldn’t you know it, the manager’s name was Crystal M. That is so Walmart! Bravo 👏The best way I can describe my mind blowing experience is:“Controlled Demolition”I give this store a nine out of eleven!

The staff is great the accommodate you very well as far as the people in the area I don't know and I say this to State this I felt some type of how should I say racism not with the staff but with the customers but I guess you get that everywhere you go I'm just telling you my experience at the Walmart the staff is excellent thank you staff

The Christmas clearance items were lined up at the entrance as soon as you walked in the doors...what a congested, messy, pile up. I love a clearance, but not when you walk in the store!

I have never been to this store and the staff seem like they are pleasant the encounters when you need help always feel cold. and why are the prices higher at this store compared to Richland Ave. Store anywhere from about $0.30 - almost $2.00

This Walmart is horrible. Me and five other people waited 20 mins for a dressing room and no one showed up, it’s disorganized, and the teenagers were on their phone the whole time while working! I am 21 years old and have the common respect to not be on my phone at work.

It's Walmart. Usually has what you need at a good price. Checkouts can be challenging but if you go early it's usually good. Employees are friendly and helpful for the most part.

It’s a Walmart, so it meets expectations. But there’s a shooting here every few months so I don’t recommend it.
