Disrespectful. They only gave me a partial fill of my Rx. I was leaving the country and they told me to come back in 2 days. They were closed! On a Friday at 2pm!!! Then told me to go to Beach Island but because of the way my insurance was filed I couldn't get the rest of my Rx. I had to cut my Rx in half in order to get by until I returned. I'll NEVER go back. They did NOT CARE about me or my health!! Go to Express Scripts. They were much better!

I understand I arrived close to closing sitting at the window from 7:54 being stared at until a young woman with long brown hair and glasses rudely put the close sign up in my face and closed the window. I have had to help customers close to closing and it may be aggravating, but with hospitality I still do it. It does not even 5 minutes to help and receive my medication. You guys are still open. I have been in excruciating pain all day and could not drive due to it. I waited until my boyfriend got home from work, For assistance. By the time I got there (BEFORE CLOSING) she closed it in my face 7 minutes later? Why didn’t you come talk? I will be up there tomorrow and I hope this girl is there to serve me so I can talk to her and receive my medication. Poor service to her and I will be talking to you guys.The least she could have done was ask me to come tomorrow instead of staring until 8:01 and closed it in my face.I wish I got this “pharmacist” name.

I have been to many Walgreens this one was the absolutely worst one I've been to. I am from out of town and needed an emergency 3-day refill. Despite being hung up on and then treated rudely after three calls I finally got someone who knew something. Was told to be ready at 12:30 not done came back at 3:30 still not done. I appreciate being short-handed but this was ridiculous. I was told they were open tomorrow but it would depend on how many people showed up for work.

This location needs serious attention from upper management, not store level. Possibly a changeover in staff is needed. Clearly, due to all the other reviews, their customer service skills is simply lacking. Two days ago, I went to pharmacy to pick up my called in meds around 530pm. There were 10 frustrating customers already in front of me complaining checkout was extremely slow. My turn comes, and they don't have all my meds ready. Said they were backed up and it might be two hours or even next morning before I could pick up. Next day, I called in going to see if they were ready. I had not received notification. I was on hold 1 hr, 24 minutes. Started off as 3 people ahead of me, then I was next in line. I was hold as I finally drove to the pharmacy. It was 4:24pm. They were closed at 4pm with a note on the window. No one bothered to pick up the phone since I was next in line. Frustrated, I left to go to another pharmacy. They told me they couldn't fill with my insurance rates it Walgreens had it "holding" in pending insurance status. I called Walgreens back and got a rude person on the phone. I simply asked if another open Walgreens could release my order and she said 'I dunno". So in order to not wait another day, I went to a small home town pharmacy with excellent customer service and paid out of pocket to get my meds. Cheers to Hibbett's Pharmacy in New Ellenton. It's now the 3rd day, and I have still yet to receive a notification from Walgreens. Something is going on with this store and it needs to get fixed!!!

On multiple occasions this store has not been able to fill my family’s prescriptions in a timely manner! Although the pharmacy staff appears to work very hard, it is evident they are overwhelmed by the amount of prescriptions to fill with the small staff! A Dr would not prescribe medication if it wasn’t necessary!!It appears to be GREED that is the problem and if my insurance didn’t force us to use this less than adequate pharmacy, we certainly would not! As of yesterday, they were over 200 prescriptions behind!!!!

Walgreens for the most part in my opinion has been a good store. unfortunately this location isn't a good one. Manager Tony wasn't the greeting type, or as helpful as a manager should be. I kept asking for a (confirmation) number when dropping my package off for FedEx his answer was we don't have printing paper take a picture of (tracking number) smh! Never new both were the same... The staff from Walgreens wasn't professional to greet or be helpful.

Can never get my prescription right. I have to get my doctor to call each month to get 30 days instead of 6 day worth. Once there is a mistake in their system, its like groundhog day all over again. Reliving the mistake over and over. Can't call because you get tired of being hung up on. Horrible customer service. Going elsewhere.

They lie. They can do things like the 28 day rule that's south carolina law. Yet no, they can do emergency refills and that's a no on inhalers and important meds. They lie and say you have to directly be in date no 48 hrs is law so they don't even follow the law. This is the worst walgreens I have seen in my life. They make up stuff. Tell you it's ready you go and they tell you to come back you do then they tell you they can't do it . So you waste hours they lie non stop. Horrible le and should be fired .

PITA. I used to play this game where I would call them, then after 15 minutes I would get in my car and start driving there while still on hold. About 45 minutes after calling, most of the time I would get to the counter before they pick up.Also, never count on your script getting filled on the same day, no matter how early it's filled or how urgent it is. And if you want to call them to tell them it's urgent, see above.This isn't an employee issue. If it's like this no matter the day or time (and it is), then is a management issue.It's one thing to make me wait a day or more for meds. But when it's my kid, that's when I've had enough.We just moved our family scripts to Family Pharmacy on the south side. My wife has been using them for years now. It's time for the rest of the family to move over.

The worst. Told me medicine was ready for pickup and it wasn't, then said it was picked up. Was on hold and they hung up on me 3times. Paid to have it delivered and didn't go out. What good is online service when it gets all screwed up. Not happy, now have to go pick it up.

The pharmacy is always understaffed. I find myself waiting 30 minutes in a line to pick up a prescription in a regular basis inside or in the drive through. It’s ridiculous. Managers walk by like it’s ok rather thank jumping in to do something about it themselves. Poorly managed store.

Worst place of business I've ever delt with. Drop of prescriptions 48 hrs ago and they still don't haven't got them ready. We call and are on hold for 30 mins then they hang up. I broke my ankle and I am in alot of pain. Leaving this review but I. Pretty sure they don't care. Base off of thr other reviews

I called to see if I could get something printed on an invitation I had, and the lady on the phone answered and then mid sentence said “hold on hold on hold on” and put me on an incredibly long wait. So I hung up and called back and she told me I could do that at the photo counter. Then I go in and the shift lead laughed in my face and said “we can’t do that” rude as heck. I’m 5 months pregnant and sitting in my car crying because of how rude these people were.

I wish I could give negative stars. This is by FAR the worst Walgreens I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The pharmacy staff is VERY rude, and that's IF you can even get someone to answer the phone. The automated system is a complete joke, rerouting your call in an infinite loop. If you do manage to get a live person on the phone, you are immediately placed on hold and then disconnected. I have used Walgreens for over a decade to fill my medications, but since moving to Aiken EVERY TIME I need a refill it's a huge ordeal. I'm done with them.

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever experienced and it has zero to do with the employees there. They have good people just nowhere near enough and the pharmacy is overwhelmed always. They need to refuse service or open another Walgreens in Aiken. The corporation is clearly choosing profits over customers and with prescriptions that causes serious problems. Walgreens owes their employees to be better.There is always a five vehicle wait for the pharmacy drive up, only one employee at the register in-store at the pharmacy to handle two lines (and they want you to wait in the standard line even if you have an appointment), they let prescriptions wait for days because they can't catch up, and you have to wait sometimes a half-hour just to talk to someone.Photos are to show cars in line all the way up the side of the building.

If I could give a negative I would. Nothing like standing in line 20 minutes to pick up a script. Only to have when it was my turn to have the employee walk away to wait on someone who just pulled up through the drive through. Thanks for the reminder of why after 3 years we don't get scripts filled at big chains. Unfortunately we didn't have a choice this time.

This is honestly the worst place ever to get prescriptions filled! Pharmacy technicians are rude and I don't understand said I had my prescription and It was just waiting to be filled and now saying they don't have a prescription for me ?!?!? I don't get it what are yall even doing here?

If I could give them zero stars I would. Whoever is running this pharmacy is not getting the job done. Dropped off a prescription for my wife in the morning as she was having surgery that afternoon. We get back from surgery and 7 hours later they still didn't have the prescription filled. When asking why they just give some generic excuse. When asked if they could get it done soon I was actually told "There are people in front of you in the same situation." 7 hours and there are people in front of me? If you want excuses then by all means use this pharmacy. If you want your medication then go to CVS.

Front cashier was the best. We have since had to change our medications to the pharmacy but I would not recommend it. There is always a line with only one or two people working the back. My husband has medication covered by the Department of Labor. There are times we have had to pay for that medication because of issues with running them through the system. We only changed because forced to because our pharmacy wasn't using DOL insurance any longer. Walgreens was one of the choices we were given by DOL. Total waste of time.

We had been running all over the CSRA trying to get an RX filled by a certain time. Having it sent from one pharmacy to the other due to it being out of stock. Yes, they were busy but Cheryl was patient and kind. Due to some transfer issues, she had to manually write out the script and not once did she seem annoyed or irritated. She is great.

Worst Customer service! Stood in line for well over 45 minutes to get a flu shot just to finally make it to the counter and they said on we are no longer doing walk-ins. You must schedule an appointment. After the ladies behind us asked before hand where do you stand in line if you need a shot and was told to just stand in the line. 3 people working the pharmacy but 2 people standing around instead of helping the one lady actually working. I will just stick with CVS from now on. Walgreens has went completely downhill.

Have been waiting in the drive through for over hour. It never took this long before, you drop off a prescription or you pick one up. You don’t have it filled while the line backs up around the building and into the street. That was why we left CVS and started coming here to begin with!!! Walgreens needs to be considerate to customers who file prescriptions the correct way.

Takes forever to get your medication, especially in the drive thru. It's absolutely ridiculous that it takes a minimum of an hour to get to the window when there's only 3 cars in front of you. Absolute worst customer service from a lot of the employees. Medication was ordered by the doctor around 830 in the morning and still wasn't ready around 4 in the afternoon so I called and the lady was extremy rude and said they were busy. Prices keep going up and service keeps going down!

Being busy is not an excuse. After multiple calls routing me to a call center just to speak to a local pharmacist, transferred, not answered. Being told they would transfer to Publux 3x.....8a-5p. Sitting at Publix. Walgreens has still not done it. Finally speak to someone to be told they are sorry they are very busy??? So only if you stand in line for hours like I did yesterday and is why I am transferring....Do you get waited on??? If you call .... they get to it whenever??Not happy.
