The BEST in South Carolina. Always friendly super helpful employees that work hard to find me anything I want no matter how hard it is to get. Our tax refund went directly to Tractor Supply! As soon as we got it, we went and bought this brand new Cub Cadet 50 inch lawn tractor. So, so happy. Thank you TSC Aiken!!

I asked to fill my propane bottles and the two young ladies told me they couldn’t because of the bad storm. 😳😳😳 There was no lightning or rain. These employees are lazy and should be fired.

I stopped in today just for a random item and EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE was AWESOME!!!. I have never in my entire life had such great care in one place by so many people!. The manager and company as well as everyone who shops here should know how bless they are to have such a great staff!. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday! I ordered an elaborate cat tree that arrived promptly at the store for pick-up. I am 79 and would not have been able to put this together myself. After inquiring if they knew of anyone who could do this for me they told me it's their policy and they would put to together, no charge. I was delighted!! I picked it up a few days later and they loaded it in my car for me. The young lady who did this was cheerful and very friendly. This was 5 star service. Thank you Tractor Supply.

I called tractor supply in Aiken on whiskey rd about the rent a trailer for the day I asked 50 questions about the process and the trailer size etc. etc whine which I was speaking with was consulting with the manager and informed them I would be there first thing in the morning and not one time did they say anything about the trailer could not be rented because the tail lights have been broken so I came the following morning before they even opened the doors and waited to be first in line for the trailer and then they proceeded to tell me they cannot rent the trailer because the tail lights in my opinion that is poor representation of that particular facility they ruined the plans I have for the day, put me in a bind, and they could’ve avoided the whole situation by informing me of the status of the trailer prior to me coming. Thanks a lot tractor supply!! Good looking out guys!! Poor business operation, Trash!! 10/10 will avoid going to my local tractor supply in Aiken on whiskey rd and drive out of my way to go to another facility and probably not a tractor supply in the future

Extremely amazing employees at the store, including management. Always a long wait to be checked out or to get something that requires assistance due to major understaffing. Employees doing best they can with hands dealt by upper corporate management. Including frequently being out of stock on popular livestock basic items like salt. Love the people, go elsewhere for business needs if possible.

Should change the name to Pet and Garden Supply, have very little to offer in the way of anything tractor related and what little they DO offer is rarely in stock. Then, to ACTUALLY get what you ordered in a reasonably timely manner is out of the question. I'd rather pay a little more and deal with someone else. I'm done with Tractor Supply.

The people here are super helpful, and really nice. They don't always have what I'm looking for but they are very cool about helping you get it. I definitely like this place better than Lowe's or Home Depot! One of the coolest things they do is "Chick days" where they have huge galvanized buckets of baby chicks and baby ducks and they sell to the public. The kids love it. And the workers are awesome about answering all of their questions and letting them see all of the chicks and ducks. The staff really seems to care about them and take very good care of them.My only complaint (besides not always finding what I need, right at that moment) is that, some things I have bought, from Tractor Supply in Aiken, S.C., come home with moths. Not a huge deal for some products, but with things like guinea pig food and hay, that I would be keeping inside of my house, it's not Awesome.. so I have to stick to PetSmart when it comes to things like that. I still shop at Tractor Supply about twice a month, and still recommend it to anyone looking for those types of products.

Have a variety of ready-made farm related sculpture, metal, wood, ceramic, etc. Great for indoor and outside display. Equestrian, fowl and fur baby pet supplies. Clothes and shoes for country life and style. So much more for home and farm. A neat, friendly, place to supply your needs.

I try and call about an order I was informed via email and text that was "picked up". Upon calling my husband, the order had NOT been picked up. Every time I call, I get put on hold for over 5 minutes! I just want to be told why my order was marked as picked up when it hasn't! The manager I spoke with was also very rude to me and I'm my opinion should be fired.

Prices are great but quality can suffer to get those prices to that level. Most items are made in China and aren't always up to snuff. Try buying things that are impossible to wear out if you want them to last. Returns are easy, however, though I've not had experience yet with a "lifetime warranty" item after the return period.

I will never go back to this location. The didn't have all the parts that were supposed to come with a package item. Said they would discount the product if I bought the other parts for it. In the end they wanted me to pay more for the item and pieces than if I bought it as it should've been sold originally. Pure bad business practice. First off don't lose parts to a product and secondly don't expect the customer to cover your mistakes by paying more than the original price to fix your mistake.

Always enjoy going in wheather to shop, pick up an order, or just browsing. Each of the staff are fluent in their particular area of responsibility but knowledgeable and willing to assist in other areas.Their jobs would be easier if customers weren't intolerant, impatient, and rude.

I was looking for the oil style oil heaters. They might have one online though not available in store. The rating I am list is for the company in general. I do like most things they have in store. It is a little smaller then the ones in Oklahoma though still good in general.

I love this store. The girl in the back of the store is very knowledgable about horse items they have in stock. When I walk in I typically search for her because she usually is my go-to-girl if an item I'm looking for is in stock. Sometimes my local feed store has unusual hours and tractor supply is always there for us when we're in need!

TS "Neighbors Club" promises free trailer rental for accumulated shopping points. ( We buy tons of Dog, Cat and Horse feed and product) Called about trailer and was told that they do not have a rental trailer. They weren't sure if trailer got stolen or went for service and never returned. Our friends told us they said the same thing to them when they tried to get a trailer. So much for "Neighbors Club" perks. False advertising at its finest.

So I went to TSC to rent a trailer. Have done this before no issues at all. I make my purchase and proceed to wait on the manager to retrieve trailer. Keep in mind that I was renting trailer to make a delivery for business purposes. The manager on duty at the time(I won't say her name) all of a sudden looks at me and says "their insurance won't allow me to keep it overnight...after I already purchased a 24hr rental. While our cashier Tara wasnt sure of the refunds on a 4 year old tantrum throwing little red head, she was an awesome cashier! She dealt with us, despite our silly questions and our whining 4 year old, and our crazy 8 year old. We love going to a store and being able to joke around with the cashiers to make their days. This visit wasn't the first time that the service was bad. I came in looking for a specific lawn deck wheel. And after about 30 mins and asking 3 different sales people. Nobody knew what I was even talking about. Why have an employee that doesnt have any clue to what they are selling. By the time I left I was very agitated. Will not be back to the Whiskey Road TS.

Sooo hard to get a sales associate to help you. There were employees all over the store but too busy conversing with each other to stop and assist. I asked a management " looking" employee about purchasing a canine vaccine she stated" they are over there in the LOCKED case". I walk over to choose one and she has disappeared. I have to walk around the store to find another employee just to wait while he has a lengthy discussion with another employee. Then at check out the cashier cannot get my check thru the reader. The machine chews up the check and I have to use my card. I did not have a good experience at this particular store.

Not a review particular to this store except I couldn't get anyone to help. Ordered a 10x14 shed total was 1085. 113 of that was delivery. Chose delivery bc of the product size. They use 3rd party delivery xpo to be exact. Got a call from them to schedule the delivery time and place. She asked if a tractor trailer could come down my road. Yes. Home depot and lowes delivered to my house via tractor trailers last summer. Day of delivery xpo call says they can't deliver unable to get a truck in. Now I have to figure out how to pick it up. Call tractor supply customer service. They say you have to call them. Basically not their problem they already took my money and u can cancel the order but it will take 10 days from the day we recieve it to get your money back. But I didn't make yall wait 10 days to get paid. Think I'll stick with home depot from now on. Bad business.shouldn't sell something u can't deliver. Oh and tried to do a review on tractor supply about the difficulty with shed. It got moderated lol
