Home Depot is well organized and meets my needs anytime I'm there. I tend to shop at Lowe's more often, but that's probably because it's closer to home. I find them pretty equal in prices and selections. My wife, the Crazy Plant Lady, can immerse herself in the Garden Center for what seems like hours (days?)... In addition to the many outdoor plant selections she especially likes their indoor succulent choices. And Home Depot gives a discount for veterans.

I have no issues when I go inside but everytime I do curbside I wait 15-20 mins for someone to bring the order out. I don’t do it often but if the point of the service is to save time then there’s no point in using. I know there are staffing issues all around but if the store can reliably offer the service then turn it off for the store.

What you can say…..It’s just Home Depot and little bit better than Lowe’sBut it’s Home DepotToday I bought a birthday bouquet of roses but would like to plant them and I needed to find a root supplement to get the roses started. When I got here there were only two left; one was opened and spilled and the other was u certain if it was open or not. But the girl at customer service helped me figure everything out, she was very helpful!

Staff not particularly helpful or engaging. I made multiple visits in a short time. The only time someone didn't seem to be avoiding engaging with me was at the front service counter. Thank you Clarissa. She was very helpful even though I was her last customer for the day. Maybe I didn't look like a contractor or electrician or a plumber, I'm just a regular person here to make multiple purchases and get some things done. I can't say I won't try to find a Lowe's.

Go in there looking for a Dewalt charger and the assistant takes me to another assistant that's helping a customer and they just walk off into the sunset and never return. Either train your employees better or hire more because you're losing sells. Now I'm heading to Harbor Freight to get what I need.

I purchased an ECO weeder from Home Depot years ago - before Lowes took over the ECO products. This year I had difficulty reloading my Weeder. I took it to Home Depot and requested help. Even though they no longer handle this product, a wonderful gentlemen (Derrick) came to my car and loaded my weeder for me.That is the perfect example why I shop at Home Depot before I would go anywhere else!

I placed an order online but Home Depot shipped me the wrong product. When I called their customer service line, they wouldn’t let me mail back the product and ship the correct one. I was instructed to take the wrong item back to the store. It was not an easy fix!! Natalia at the Aiken, SC (#1117) store went above and beyond. After several phone calls to the customer service line, we got it figured out. Natalia is who you need working in corporate!! Give her a raise! You are under utilizing her! Donna was also very helpful and kind in helping me find my replacement items. As side note, Home Depot, ship the correct items or make it easier to fix the issue when you’re at fault.

I came to this Home Depot looking for a box cutter, some gloves, and a few hand tools. Manager was having a team meeting for her shift it appeared, but plenty of people were "manning" their stations. You can see from the pictures the place is plenty organized and uncluttered. I didn't really have any interaction with the staff so can't comment on knowledge and helpful information. But it was impressive to see management having the team meeting so it shows being engaged.

Today, I had the most wonderful experience at Aiken Home Depot. The hose on my backpack sprayer split. I had difficulty putting on the replacement hose the company sent me, and needed help. Jerry and the manager agreed the company sent me the wrong replacement part......To avoid any more problems and delays, they replaced my backpack sprayer with a good one and will send the damaged one back to the company. Can you say "Customer Service". My thanks to Jerry and the manager. (name unknown).

Trent the store manager has a "Spirit of Excellence"! My Samsung fridge broke about 3 months after purchasing it and it has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with Samsung! Unfortunately, Home Depot did not warranty the item past 48 hours of delivery (which is another story) but Trent was kind enough to get me a loaner fridge and have it delivered and set up at my home. I'd like to have my beautiful fridge fixed but this was an awesome solution in the meantime and one that I am grateful for!

We got our beautiful Christmas tree and new tree stand here. The gentleman cutting off the stump and wrapping it for us was so kind and capable. He was also thorough. During the holidays, a relaxed atmosphere like this and kind employees mean so much. Home Depot scores a 5/5 in my book for pulling that off.

I'm 25 years old. I bought my first house. I ordered new kitchen cabinets. And crown molding. Totaled about 4500$. They did a horrible job. Didn't measure right. I had extra wood left that I bought. The contractor from home Depot actually stole it so I lost that money too help me please.

We ordered a LG refrigerator and Albert and his partner did a great job delivering it in a timely manner. They knew exactly how to get it in my home. They went above and beyond the call of duty with the install of the new refrigerator and the disposal of the old one. If I have to order anything else, I would want them to deliver. The refrigerator was delivered in great condition no scratches dings or dents. Thanks for everything guys!

I have always found the Aiken Home Depot to be friendly and customer focused. Every time I'm in the store multiple workers will say hello, ask me if I need assistance and proactively provide advice. I want a store to appreciate me as a customer and I'm always happy to spend more money with them because of it. Highly recommend this location.

All of my garden plants and needs are bought here. As a member of the garden club, all plants are guaranteed to grow for one year. Purchases are returnable with possible restrictions. Better plants and more variety than Lowes.

A few months ago we went to the kids' workshop at this location because we wanted to attend another event in Aiken. From then on, we continued to drive from Augusta for this location and the fun playground across the street. It was always worth the drive!My son has some mild special needs and get overstimulated with all the hammering and commotion of the workshops. I asked if we could go outside and was prepared to be met with consternation. I couldn't have been more wrong! Instead, Raven asked if we needed anything else and made sure we were comfortable. The whole staff was so accommodating and we love the snacks and coupons.Every time we came, Raven said she was looking for us. Our most recent visit was our last, as we are moving. We learned Raven has also become a supervisor (well deserved) but is no longer going to be doing the kids' workshops. It is clear she left instructions for her successors, but she will surely be missed. I am sure she will be great in her new role and we are grateful she blessed us with her presence one last time.
