The last couple of times I have been to the deli section the staff has gone above and beyond. Once I was looking for a snack pack and there wasn’t any on the shelf. “E” went out of his way to make one for me. And yesterday i was looking for Risotto Cakes and a lady at the deli went in the back and found a box! Great and friendly service!

I shop Fresh Market in Aiken, S.C. The service I receive at the meat counter is above any I've had anywhere else. They are so patient with us senior citizens and always are willing to package portions to suit my needs. Of course the quality of the meat and sea food is always excellent. Thanks to all.

I love Fresh Market. But... the last few times I've shopped the deli counter, I've felt grossed out by the man who waits on me. He has scraggly hair and an even scragglier beard. As I sit here eating my chicken salad, I'm turned off by the thought I'm going to have beard-hair in the next bite! With this in mind, I just can't eat it!

Although I enjoy shopping at Fresh Market, I was surprised today to find a little shady behavior.2.00LB @ $2.50 /pound for Chuck Patty was actually SEVEN ounces each therefore 14 ounces for $2.50 NOT one pound as listed on the receiptDon't appreciate misleading ads. I notice in the online ad you have slyly changed the amount to 7 ounces

If you are doing a deep clean why not tell your customers or close for the day. Fish counter closed also appetizer cold counter closed.Low inventory all round. Today was certainly not up to th usual standard. Disappointing

I went to Fresh Market today. Thursday is my deal day there. Went to pick up a rotisserie chicken and they were all gone. Will said they would be ready in 20mins so I waited. He was so very nice and so helpful. Just wanted to give him a shout out.

It's too bad for the people that live in Aiken because in the rest of the country there are better places like these that are a dime a dozen that put this place to shame. With the classical music and spot lighting we were half expecting someone to pop around the corner and ask us if we had any grey poupon. While the store looks clean and pretentious, that's all it is. The people working in the deli have a staring problem and will talk about you and belittle you to other employees right in front of you.... we must have obviously looked like we were from out of town. They talk down about customers to other customers when you're in line. On cheap meat Tuesdays the employees will talk about customers saying they can tell who's in there for cheap meat and who's a "real" customer. They charge nearly 5 times the amount for the same item at Kroger - which btw, Kroger has a larger organic selection that looks and tastes fresher and doesn't rip you off. This place is a joke and is for people who want to feel special about themselves for paying 3x the grocery bill. Their items aren't special and they had nothing out of the ordinary. They put generic candy in bulk containers and then charge $10/lb. Don't waste your time and money being judged by CASHIERS in this place. They do think they are so important and special....but let's remember their job title..... grocery cashiers. Arrogant ones. Kroger is a third of a mile down the street and has everything you need and will respect you.

I bought fillet Mignon & can always be sure that if I ask Ben a question about any meat item that he will be sure to answer or give me suggestions to prepare. I always look for him. Rebecca Manning helps me locate or suggest items to make my meals special. And of course, I can be sure that Amy will remind me of specials in the store that I might have forgotten. Great crew at Fresh Market.

Fresh market has some great healthy food options, but most of their things are way too expensive. Their sushi is quite delectable as well as their Caesar salad. If you have money to spend I highly recommend fresh market, but it is very bougie.

Sides I got with chicken dinner were terrible.Tomato and bacon bowtie salad seemed like pasta was undercooked and it tasted old and flat.Butternut squash with pecans and cranberries wasn't much better.If they were better tasting,the price would be right.Very disappointed.Blecchhhh !!!!

Visiting and this place was great. Similar to Whole Foods. Decent prices for upscale groceries. Great location as close to my airbnb. Helpful and nice staff. Good variety of items, great deli, bakery pasta bar etc.

We frequent this location because of quality and convenience. We love the chicken special every thursday and usually take advantage of this great value.We had friends over for the 4th of july and had an issue with the wrong cut of meat that was offered and sold to us along with the confusion of the BOGO on crab cakes. I called and spoke with the GM Matt Carson. I explained the situation and he assured me he would take care of the mistake. I went in today and there Mr. Carson was stocking cheese at the deli. The GM was stocking cheese at the deli! I introduced myself and he remembered me. He took us over to the meat department, handpicked and hand cut premium ribeyes for us. He apologized and he said he was here to make it right and take care of us as customers. He also gifted me with a gift card for future purchases.I thanked him for his kindness and understanding.

Talk about a great place with a great selection of food. Weekly specials are certainly helping to keep inflation from destroying the food budget. Never had a disappointing piece of meat out of this store. Just tried their Italian hot and mild sausages and they were great too! Love the quality ofnyhe foodband the quality of the people that work at the store.in Aiken. Always clean and well stocked. Produce that's second to none and a bakery that kills it every time I buy one of their cakes and treats.

I truly enjoy having this market near me and have for the most part have been VERY pleased with their products and services. Everyone is usually very pleasant and helpful in the entire market.....except on my 2 last visits the deli dept. employee just walked away after serving the customer next to me and left me standing there. The employee just walked over to the far counter and started drinking their iced drink....so after standing there for several more minutes I just walked away and finished my shopping; however, I came back to the deli counter and stood there again and the person never even looked at me, she just continued with other things.I did register my complaint at the register and walked away.I do HOPE you will address this issue.Thanking you in advance,JWilson

I like to shop here sometimes as they have some items I can't find anywhere else. I like that Aiken has this store so I don't have to drive to Augusta.However, one must be careful with their prices. Easily the most expensive food store in town. We go here when we want to treat ourselves, not for regular grocery trips. Also, their produce can be better, I bought fruit here in the past that was rotten when I opened it at home, such as watermelons. Of course you can return it, but it's a hassle. I usually buy my produce elsewhere.Overall I would recommend this store!

I tried this location today at 4:30pm. The store is nice, however, the manager and cashiers are rude. I was standing in line after a customer left. The manager was training two cashiers and did not stop to greet me or suggest another line. The cashier that finally helped me seemed dry and unfriendly. This is unacceptable. This was my first and last time at this location. I will take my business to Augusta.

The staff is very professional, and the beef is actually grade A. The butchers are actually butchers and The place is always clean! They are a touch pricey, but the old saying you pay for what you get is spot on at this location. Many times I've shopped here and never disappointed from the deli to the bakery to even the fresh Market brand of Goods Top notch. I really have nothing to say bad about this place what so ever...

I enjoyed seeing a large selection of fresh and better choices of produce and meats. I found the selection of deli and spice variety really nice.The employees went out of their way and above/beyond to attempt to help me gather ingredients for a non-typical recipe I want to try for my family.Though the ingredients I sought after weren't there, I saw enough there to make me attempt to utilize them again with other recipes.

We always enjoyed dessert from this store. I would have given them five star today as well, except the lady serving the desserts was very unprofessional and unexperienced; didn't even know how to properly package the dessert. Placing it smashed in the small box. Maybe next time I will change the review and I hope they make the fixes as well.

I just love this place! There are so many gourmet items there. I love to go there when I am making a gift baskets because they have so many wonderful food items. I also love their coffee that you can buy pre-bagged or you can grind your own there from the variety available. They also have an amazing food bar that you can grab and go and the food is delicious. I always like to buy fresh seafood from the back counter, I love their crab cakes! They also have a great produce section. Definitely check it out, they have too many items to list them all!

Overall good selection of harder to find ingredients. The staff are always friendly, and the food quality is good. Some of the prices for more common things are a little higher, but for those harder to find things they're great. They have a decent selection of foreign goods. Their deli has good foods and the employees are very knowledgeable about what's in their products and how they're prepared. They have great weekly family meals but you definitely have to get there early in the week as the meals are picked over pretty quick. This place is great for when you want to cook something foreign or a seasonal limited time treat. They also have a decent selection of those harder to find spices and seasonings. Overall, Fresh Market is worth the trip for that occasional special meal, but not so much for your every day cooking as their overall selection just really doesn't support a daily meal plan.

Always a great visit when my wife & I stop by. Love the .99 coffee ☕ and amazing deli/prepared food area and I always grab something delicious everytime. Friendly, enthusiastic, efficient staff are the icing on top. Do yourself a F(l)avor and stop on by and I promise you won't be disappointed!

Nice store, really Friendly working associates. Largest assortment of product of a FM in Sc I have been in. All the Produce was fresh as it could be for inside market. Ms Brenda is a gift to that store. Her talents are worth my time and money. Baskets I saw she put together was a job of a person with know how.The front end lady older and tall had me feeling like I was just the only one on the planet so nice .I will be there soon to see the bakery in action once More. That's good work. Lots of new items plus still great FM brands.

Great store with high-quality produce, meat, and seafood. One of the few places in Aiken where the fish is of a high quality. If you are looking for unique condiments, oils, and a good wine selection, this is the place.

Love fresh market!! My favorite is the banana nut bread. They freeze good to. So good with my coffee early in the morning. All their breads are delicious. I also love their spices. I love to just take my time and browse around the store. Always smells so good in there too!!
