I am so happy to have discovered Scenthound grooming services! They got my Yorkie Poo on the schedule within a few days, and I opted for the full grooming, to see what they could do. Leonidas (Leo) was so comfortable with the friendly staff, and came home happy and beautifully groomed! I plan to enroll in a monthly subscription, which includes bath, nails, teeth and ears, and add on periodically for grooming and trim options. Laura was wonderful! Scheduling was easy!I’m a believer!

Honey D. has been going to SH since they opened the new store. She and I absolutely love the personalized treatment she receives every time we come. We always get a hello by name when we walk in the door and a personalized “report” post bath. Missie and crew are the BEST and appreciate the warm service. I hope ScentHound, as a new business, succeeds—as we will always go there for our weekly bath.

We’ve been taking our dog monthly since Scenthound opened and have always had a great experience. He’s always treated well, it’s fast, and they do a much better job than we can do at home! And the price can’t be beat!

Scenthound takes great care of my older pug and my husband’s young coonhound. The pug is rather difficult and hates getting his nails clipped, but they do a great job with him! His monthly visits have really cut down on his shedding! Highly recommend!

We take both of our dogs there and we appreciate being greeted by very friendly staff. They do a nice job with our dogs (Yorkie & Lab). I usually run an errand to Publix and in 30 minutes they're finished. They are very kind of us and our pets. You should give them a try!

Got my dog groomed there they were very friendly and did an adequate job. Shedding is an issue for us so I did find a place. I personally felt did a better job Catering to our shedding issue. I have now canceled in February my membership and I have been charged as of March 1 again for it. I have now called three times And I’ve been unable to get a call back from the manager who is the only one that can reimburse this charge and fix it. Every time I call she is not in and I do not get a call back. I honestly feel like I’m very much getting the runaround and money never should’ve been taken out March 1 when it was canceled in February. I just wanted to warn people of this. It has been very frustrating. Even trying to just get a hold of the manager to get my refund and figure out why I’m still being charged after a cancellation of the membership. I would like to add that every time I’ve called the staff have been very friendly and very apologetic.

Scenthound always takes such special care of our Bella Rai. I love that we walk in and they call her by name. The S.C.E.N.T checks are helpful reports so we can monitor her between vet appointments. Highly recommend this team.

The front desk lady's where very nice and helpful , don't know about the back where the lady take the dogs because the parent are not able to see in the back that is why I gave 4 stars because I don't know how it works in the back.The lady's in the front are very sweet and treates by baby girl with alot of care I was happy so I purchased the membership to take my old girl every month.
