I like Publix for most of our grocery shopping. The place is always clean, wide aisles, good layout and friendly staff.Prior to the rampant inflation of the last 3 years I was fine with their prices. Since then, however, so many items have gone way up and I've gone elsewhere or online for toilet paper, canned cat food, frozen pizza, coffee k cups, ice cream and vitamins. Publix still gets most of our business and we take advantage of their frequent BOGO sales.The Deli at Publix has great Boar's Head meats, and their sub sandwiches I like better than those from sub places. And their fried chicken is absolutely delicious!

The coin machine stole over $12 of my money. They have a 10% fee which I was aware of. I counted it specifically prior to arrival and noted exactly how much of each coin I had. When it was done counting, I noticed that it had not counted over $12 of coins. The 10% was taken off of what was counted. As I said, I was completely OK with the 10% fee, but what was totally accumulated was not what I brought in. I was told there was nothing that they could do for me, they just basically stole my money… the manager is a joke, this is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning to this location EVER, including for business needs. It’s not okay to steal. There was also a lot of debris in the return that did not come from me. I had a neat and clean bag of coins.

It's ridiculous that each time I've ordered pickup deliveries at Publix each time the spots that are reserved is always full with no one in the vehicles. Today there were two cars including me that had to literally drive around the parking lot to wait for a spot to become available then to top it off I called inside the store to let them know what's going on and the response I received was I'm sorry it's been like that all day and that people are busy so they are parking anywhere. If that's the case and they were too busy they should have also ordered pickup up but it's unfair to the people who can't get the orders when picking up. And have to wait for a spot. It's like parking in a handicapped reserve spot and you're not handicapped

The store has a lot to offer. It is clean with variety of many items for purchase. I go there especially to purchase European food. It is quite spacious and well run, but all that is reflected in prices which are higher than in other stores.

Red velvet cake was gross gross yuck. Tasted like expired baking soda. Chocolate decadent cake was pretty and tasted okay. Think they were rushing as this was the weekend before Christmas. Better luck next time

Publix is my favorite grocery store on.the South Side of Aiken. They are attentive, have never seen any spoiled produce or expired items, (can't say that for some others here), they have lanes open with actual people smiling and ready to help.

Is a very assorted supermarket that you find almost everything in one trip. The ready to eat chicken like the fried and baked ones are always fresh, flavorful and affordable. The only thing they need to work is on the food area has a not so good smell when you enter there, and some refrigerators when they put their meats also smell.

Publix has great prices and associates. I love the app,subs, deli meat , fresh meat and bakery. The fresh vegetables are great too. The employees are always nice

The store is clean, the staff is courteous. As compared to other grocery stores in Aiken, this store has a wider selection of coffee brands, a better selection of produce, and a better selection of frozen vegetables and frozen food brands.

Worst Publix I’ve ever been to. The parking situation is atrocious and the deli line is always extremely long and slow. THREE times I have placed an online deli order for pickup and each time they claimed they didn’t receive my order though I’ve never had problems ordering from any other Publix.

I use them for pharmacy and the trays of fruit cookies and chicken. They have alot of items from different countries. I always buy cotton candy grapes when the have them in stock.

I onky come here for my medications and sub from the deli. Cheap sandwiches but very good taste and quality as well as a good amount. Very friendly staff.

Their fresh meat, fruits, and veges are always good. It's not as big as Kroger down the road, but convenient with other shops in the area

The customer service at the bakery was awesome! One lady told me 30min to write Happy Birthday on the cake. A gentleman walked in behind her after i picked it out and took care of me right away! The cake was delicious 😋. I was in and out in less than 30 min.

Publix is usually amazing. I have had a lot of rotten meat from here recently. The managers have been very helpful, just the meat department does not pay attention to the meat they are putting out there. The meat manager kept telling me that the meat was fine even though it was off color and sour smelling. He made me feel like an idiot. I refuse to shop at this publix ever again. My family and I drive to the north augusta Publix now.

Went in and picked up sandwiches and tea as well as some of the extras, potato salad, baked beans.. also, some adult beverages.. checkout is always quick, I do hate that the serve yourself checkouts are being added, I just like talking to the cashier...

I normally don’t shop there because they are more expensive than Walmart but I wanted some baked chicken. I purchased some lemon pepper baked wings and they were so good. The sticker said $15.00 but they rang up $7 I should have gotten two. Will be going back soon for this item.

I regularly purchase precut fruit from the produce section here. A couple of months ago I mentioned to a manager that the fruit containers were not being properly sealed. As a result, the packages pop open from the back, leaking everywhere and ruining my reusable grocery bags. If the product is not being properly sealed, that means the plastic clamshells are sitting open on the shelf for a number of days, exposed to bacteria with the potential to make people sick. Not only is this a messy inconvenience, it is a public health hazard and needs to be corrected! Unfortunately, it hasn’t, because these pictures were taken just a few days ago. I could literally lift the entire lid off the container. Notice how the plastic tab on the front is completely intact. The fact that this is still a problem deeply concerns me. From now on, I’ll do my shopping somewhere else, and advise my friends and family to do the same.
