My chocolate lab, Rufus, just loves going to Petco for grooming. When he sees his guy Orrin, he gets so excited. Orrin does a great job on my manly dog..nails, teeth, ears....always done well and quickly. But they need High Karate cologne!!

My fur baby was dropped off at 1:30. I waited in my vehicle since weather was nice. I went in at 4pm to check on her progress and the groomer told me she just washed Zoey and she drying and I asked her how long she told me 45 minutes. I ask her can I get my baby because if she’s just getting washed so what she been in a kennel this long . So I got her and she wasn’t even wet. I really don’t like to be lied to and I don’t understand why she was just being washed at before 4 and your employee taken plenty of smoke breaks . I will not be returning after this

Horrible job with our Newfie Doodle 1 year old. Very well socialized (dog parks, etc), multiple different previous groomers with zero problems. Told them what we'd wanted including picture, ears NOT cut. We were told that he was trying to bite them. Zero aggressive ever. Will never go back. Cleaning up the damage ourselves while he sits patiently.

Well they denied my very healthy elderly lab due to unknown reasons they groomed him once before and there was absolutely no issues but then I went to schedule them again and when I said his age they said they would take my other dog but that my lab had to be evaluated so I bring him and my other dog in and they wouldn't even see him just flat told me no and had no reason other than he is old well that's ridiculous he is very well vetted and in prime health... whatever they lost my business on all levels Petco 💯 😒

Bella's hair cut was exactly how we wanted it. Everyone who sees her says she's so cute! And she seems to get finished with her cut quicker than at another pet store we used to go to. Everyone is very nice & courteous as well. Thanks for the great service!

I have a senior special needs dog and they are absolutely the best at treating Sadie with care and gentleness. I appreciate it more than you know. She looks amazing when I pick her up and takes a good long nap when getting her home❤ They understand I want to make her feel the best she can for as long as she can. Thank you Naomi 🐕🐾💕

Groomers were timely in getting my dog in and out and his haircut was perfect! Petco is always my choice for my furbaby. No one is perfect but the Aiken staff goes above and beyond to fix issues and provide excellent customer service.

The grooming staff at Petco is always friendly with us when we arrive and asks questions about what I want done. I have a mini schnauzer and they do an excellent schnauzer cut on him. Very professional results!

Groomer wasn't very friendly. My dog is three and a half years old and I've been taking him to all different Petco's since. This one in Aiken, SC doesn't compare. Blah service. Better services at Soap n Suds....I'll have mention Soap and Suds is a bit rough around the edges but their services and pricing is worth it!

My little dog wasa month over due for hair cut. I showed groomer a picture of what she would be looking for in his cut. Stephanie did a beautiful job that made me and Toby very happy. Toby even did his tricks before leaving. We have been comlng for over a year, and when we are in public and asked about him, I am eager to tell people about Petco and wonderful job they do. Toby sells the cut.

My dog normally is very scared of things and is a nervous wreck whenever I have to leave her with anyone she doesn’t know. When I picked her up afterwards she was calm and looked amazing. Amy did a great job.

booked for a regular bath on a small short- haired dog listed at $22 online. however when checking out it was $27, after calling petco customer service and the store about 3 times, i was told that they in fact do charge extra on the SIZE of the dog. it turns out my chihuahua mix is a "small" dog not an "extra small" dog making it more expensive... my dog is 10lbs for reference. i would check with the store to know your REAL pricing, because online won't be accurate. it was $27 for the most basic bath at petco, ill be going to PetSmart where its $19 for the same thing.

Stefanie was wonderful!. Gizmo was cut exactly as I wanted him to be. He smelled wonderful!. He was a little trash dog when I took him in and a little superstar when I brought him home!

They always do a great job with my dog. Friendly staff, clean facility, and very pet oriented. Have been taking my dog here since he was 6 months old (he's two now) and will not take him anywhere else. I defintely recommend!

Stephanie is the best - courtesy, grooming etc. Please do not ask me to rate after each visit. Would not continue to use her if unsatisfactory.
