Me and my family came to this location looking for a leash for our Yorkie Buttercup. We ask Caleb for help … all our questions was answered but what we needed was someone who could be more hands on to actually get that help to point out and kinda guide us on the matter. That’s when we went up to ask for help properly after being just giving answered from afar. We honestly were considering just going to Petsmart because felt as if we was being given cold shoulders but after asking for help from him while Makayla was standing near by she nailed it.I was gonna give this location 1 star but Makayla was definitely giving 5 star all around and Caleb can definitely learn better customer service from her. She offered to come over and assistance immediately and help my family pick out a great leash and also a few items that we didn’t plan on due to Makayla telling us about all the companies latest deals. I would tell anyone if one employee seem not to be as willing to help ask is Makayla here before you consider leaving. Thanks again we hope your management know you’re doing great if not hopefully now they will take notice. 😉

We bring our dog here for grooming, and they always do a great job. Dog comes back happy and clean with a great pedicure. Easy to schedule as well.

We had our labradoodle groomed there recently. The first session seemed fine. Immediately after the second one, she seemed traumatized and kept licking her front paw. I also noticed the guy who groomed her was acting odd. Well, it turns out that her toenail had been ripped off. Completely off. Had I known at the time, I probably would have needed bail money. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Really took a long time to find the items I was looking to buy. One I never did find. Went to Petsmart and bought it there. There was absolutely no one on the store to assist me. Prices are not competitive. Several of the price stickers were not on shelves and I had no idea of pricing. Very frustrating. Will NOT shop there again!

I am a normal monthly shopper for my cats, however this last month when i grabbed their food, it was more soupy than flakey. I understand water has to be in there, but i have bought over 100 of these cans and this is the worst I've seen it. I love getting my food here and hopefully the food grade gets better, but if not I may have to find alternatives if my cat is only ingesting water rather then the meat my little carnivores need.

They have really gone down hill. Went to buy a dog toy for Christmas. Picked one. The price on the rack said 10.99. When I got to the register my receipt said 17. 97. Went back to the rack and there were two sections next to each other with the toy. Ours was from the one 10.99. Called someone over and was basically told, oh well someone put it on the wrong rack and walked away. Won't be shopping there anymore

Website is much better than PetSmart. Was easily able to search for items in stock at my local store as I could not wait for shipping. Cashier who pulled my order when I arrived was super friendly and helpful. Discounts were great.

After ordering and the delivery of food for my dog, I realized that I order the grain-free version online versus the grain version. I called and asked whether or not I could exchange the pet food in the store. The lady on the phone said "yes". When I attempted to make the exchange in store the sales person, Cameron, tried to charge me $30 for the same-price item exchange. He told me that the version of the food I received was on sale; it was not. He also did not understand the $25 credit for same-day delivery on online orders. I will never go back into the store where the sales persons are so uninformed.

Made an appt. for my dog to be groomed, showed up ten minutes early for the appt. and was told by the green-haired girl working the counter that she would be put in a kennel until they could get to her. She said their appointments overlap. I asked for a manager, who did not introduce herself, but stated that all appointments go over and that I should've asked for a "VIP APPT." Excuse me?! Are all of our pets not very important? I know my time is! I drove over an hr, was there with my necessary paperwork. It's not my fault other appointments ran over. Honor your appointments! I would NEVER use them or suggest them!

I always come here to get my dog's favorite food, snacks, and some shampoos!But what I really love the most is the nice cashier's and employees, they're always eager to help you out and to give you some facts about the animal you're seeing 💞And there are deals on some of the pets here for sale, like these adorable ferrets were $126, but they were on a 50% discount!You can also get your pet groomed, get their nails trimmed, and take them to...I call them obedience classes lol.There is also some carts that are at least 50% off, I recommend checking that out.And if you've never shipped there before, you can get a little portfolio and get a free pack of pet food that's on the countertop!This by far beats PetSmart in my opinion 💕

Very pleased with the customer service we received from Damon. We were looking to purchase a gecko and Petsmart didn’t have anyone who could help us so we went to Petco. It was much more expensive and that’s the downside ($13 difference). But we left with a new pet. Meet Leo the leopard gecko.

The first lady I came in contact with was super friendly, and it was very obvious she loved her job. She had to get someone else to help me with the fish . The second lady was just as friendly and helpful as the first. The girl that they had to call up front to check out was horribly rude. She scolded me in front of other customers and was actually talking about me to every coworker she came in contact with, in front of me, because I took an aquatic plant out of a tank. There are no signs that say not to. I actually asked someone if I could. If you don't want people to help themselves A. Have staff there to help and B. Place signs up saying not to touch them.

I loved it. My Son has a huge dog and I couldn't find a halter or harness to fit him anywhere. They have everything that anyone with a pet of any kind needs or just wants to play with. There is also a pet wellness center inside of the store. The harness was a perfect fit and the people who worked there were pleasant and very helpful.I've found myself a pet supply place!

The people at this location are “nice enough”, not overly helpful which is a surprise since Petco is wayyyyyy more expensive than PetSmart which is located right down the street.Also, since this store is so expensive, my wife and I only purchase one item from them, Quiet Moments (so so expensive but it’s an amazing product). So, we already don’t shop here due to the generic acting people, and the high prices, but we’ve come here 10 minutes before the store actually closes only to find the doors locked. It’s like these people (Petco) really don’t care about customers at all.So today I go in and buy the calming aids, and a tie-out cable with a stake. These 3 items were $77 dollars. I asked the kid for a bag for my items, and now the store is charging a dime for bags. I understand there’s a charge for these bags to them, but we pay enough for the products. The bags are the cost of doing business.I know they don’t care about me necessarily, but screw this company. We won’t be back. WE ARE PETSMART FOREVER!!!!
