If you don’t know what you need then don’t go for suggestions or help. I have been here before years ago and had great service. Even had massages at the store. I will never suggest to go there again. If I wanted to pick out my own stuff it is cheaper to purchase on the internet. I went in for knowledge and guidance. The staff was completely uninterested in helping me.

I am a Reiki master and this store is so convenient to have in our town. They have so many holistic choices to choose from that I can use for myself and my clients. I recently went in here for the first time. Valerie was kind to answer my questions and show me products that I was looking for. They are so informative about their products. I have seen Shelby Higginbottom on several occasions for massage services and it is truly a wonderful experience. I had never gotten a massage before and it not only a very relaxing experience but it has also played a huge part in relieving my neck, shoulder, arm and finger pain. This is the best place to buy quality dog food in Aiken. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean. I recommend getting a membership to save on purchases and support local businesses. Good dog food is not cheap so the $10 membership pays for itself after a couple purchases.

I like this store.I needed some Dr. Bronner's (soap) while passing through Aiken, and Herbal Solutions rightly fixed me up - but there was more to this place. First, they had a good selection of supplements and health foods and the like, along with a great big pet section with the animal equivalents. But, also, I just liked the store's underlying atmosphere, which was positive and uplifting in a way that's hard to describe. Also, the cashier was especially personable (we actually had a meaningful, sincere conversation - unheard of in about any retail space, it seems). If I'm ever back in Aiken, I know where I'm going for health-related goodies.Much thanks to everyone at Herbal Solutions. Keep up the good work :-)

Only place I buy my cat food. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a nice variety of oils, vitamins, soaps, and other items to choose from, as well. They even off massages to help you relax from your stressful work week!!
