We came here recently and the shelves were bare on donuts. We ordered what they had, got it home in a bag?? Not sure why donuts are no longer put in a donut box, but when we reached into the bag, all this hair came out with our donuts. YUCK!! They do not wear hair nets or gloves at this location so watch out for anything winding up in your food. Their store number is also disconnected. Not surprising. Wow.

‼️LONG POST ALERT‼️Ever since I’ve been in this small town of Aiken, I haven’t had the best of luck with customer service. The weirdest thing happened this morning 03/23/2024 at this location. I purchased a Signature latte on my way to work yesterday 03/22/2024. I waited in the drive thru for about 10-12 mins which wasn’t too bad. I placed my order and got to the window and received my drink. I pulled off and took a sip. The coffee tasted burned or scorched. I went back around to go back through the drive thru but the line was too long as well as the line inside. I didn’t have time to wait. I called the number on my receipt and let them know that I was just in the drive thru and I told them what happened and that I would return the drink with my receipt in the morning.I returned to the store this morning at 6:05am. I pulled to the drive thru order box and asked if the inside was open because I was returning my order from yesterday. The lady asked me to drive around to the window. I got to the window and explained again that my drink tasted scorched, I tried to return it but the drive thru and inside lines were too long, I called to inform someone that I would return it when I left work the next day. The young girl at the window interrogated me like I stole the drink or something. She asked “ok, sooo who did you call?” I repeated that I called that store. She said to me “yeah, I’m not sure who you called because we don’t even have a phone here.”At this point we’re just staring at each other for maybe 15-20 seconds. I was staring in disbelief and she was looking as though she wanted to say “so what do you want me to do?” I got frustrated and said “I’m not sure who I spoke with and I don’t have anything to do with the fact that you all don’t have a phone. I just want the drink remade!” She showed the receipt to another employee who I heard ask the young lady if I wanted a refund. I told her NO and repeated “I just want the drink remade.”If I spend almost $7 on a cup of coffee or anything for that matter, if it’s not to my liking I’m going to return it! I have the right to receive what I pay for. It’s a shame that in this day and age that we have to go through being interrogated when a person has proof of purchase and the untouched item as proof for a return or exchange! Management at this location should do more training. This location needs to have a phone and not a number on a receipt that is directed who knows where! Corporate please get involved! I didn’t look at the reviews at this location until I began to write mine and I see 1 stars are pretty common at this location. That’s sad!

These were large drinks and this is how they filled them. We tried to ask them to fill them up and the lady that has worked there for years was extremely rude! She said these are portioned drinks. I can understand that but this is a portion for a small! I paid over 15 dollars for three drinks. The hot large is not pictured but same filling process. The lady was very rude and intimidating. I have complained about her before and they said they would talk with her and that they have received numerous complaints about her. I will never go here again! No customer service, no value for your money and simply poor product. The ones that are cold included ice so can you imagine what a small amount of beverage I really received! Less than pictured! All for over 15 dollars! Update: I called and spoke with a shift leader and she was extremely nice and working with us to resolve this issue! She did know who I was speaking of but I will not post names.

I go often and order a steamed milk, and also a espresso shot. Never had it been a problem since you can order just a steamed milk alone, as well as a espresso alone. I do that sometimes just to have espresso. Well I pulled up as usual and the lady said after she had me on the screen for a little over a dollar for the milk, then 69 cents for the espresso, (sir you mean you want a latte?) I said no mam the latte is 3.50, I want a steamed milk which cost 1.50 and a espresso shot which coast 69 cents. I know it’s a loophole being that a latte is frothed milk and espresso. But as the customer if I want to purchase a steamed milk and espresso I should be able to. I always order it. But the lady, we will call her Karen. Would not give me my usual which has never been a problem. So I went across the street to Starbucks, and Dunkin’ lost a customer. Hey let’s not cry over spilled milk! The customer is spending there money so the customer can buy whatever is on the menu in whatever order they choose. Customers don’t need Dunkin’ Dunkin’ needs customers. We can drink our coffee at home, or in one of the thousands of other coffee shops all around.

Stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon around 3:30 to get some doughnuts. Saw a car in the drive thru so I walked inside. No customers inside, employee working the window and someone in the back. Waited at the counter for about 4-6 minutes, was not approached or greeted. From what I could see, the doughnut inventory was low. Eventually left with out anything

I was soo disappointed today with my LG Butterpecan iced coffee it was horrible I gave it back to them and still was horrible. I order these alot so I know all of the additives I like could have been put in there. It's always a hit or miss lately with this Whiskey rd location. The cashiers are nice at drive through but my drink was horrible and I had been craving this for days only to be disappointed 😞

If I could give this place a negative rating I would do it. The drive thru line is so long and takes up most of the driveway making it difficult to pull into a parking place. Ordering inside went smoothly, but then I had to wait at the pick up counter literally for more than 5 minutes to get my small cup of black coffee. Not a single worker acknowledged me during that time even though there were plenty of them behind the counter. I finally had to ask in order to get it. This scenario has been happening more and more frequently over the last few months. I have been coming here for 16 years, but it's time to say goodbye. Very disappointing!

Hadn't had a good iced coffee in 2 days because where our new house is and the house were staying in is, they dont have DD or Sbux near. Was SO happy to see Dunkin to get my Butter Pecan cold brew iced coffee! It tasted perfect and exactly as I ordered.

i get dunkin almost every morning and lately it just hasn’t been good !!! the workers have been rude , laughed at me while taking my order, cut me off half way through the order, and today i sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to watch my large drink with whip cream overflowing the top be handed to the wrong person then the person hand it back and it went straight to me no remake or anything i’m very disappointed and disgusted

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I do come through this place often, and they almost always have my mobile order ready to go when I pull up and I’m met with a cheerful attitude at the window.Sunday night a whole gang of us decided we wanted coffee, so we all put in our mobile orders and piled into the car at about 8:30. When we got to the window, they had everything ready and didn’t seem to hate our guts for placing multiple orders so close to closing time. (I work in retail, so I always feel so bad for ordering within an hour of closing when I know everyone really just wants to close up shop and head home 😅).Anyway, I just wanted to give y’all 5 stars and say that I really appreciate all the baristas who hand me my order with a smile and a cheerful attitude many mornings. I always find it so encouraging and it cheers me up before heading into work myself 😊

A former 5 star review here...but unfortunately the evening crew working 10/13/22 are the most condescending and rude workers we've ever encountered at Dunkin. We simply asked that our caramel macchiato be hot and not iced (we did not order an iced caramel macchiato). That request was met with rude and condescending tones and words from the older "lady" at the drive through. The wife and i didn't drink any of the coffees we eventually got due to the unpleasant malcontent at the drive through. We never trust food/drinks that have to be remade. I hate to leave this review knowing that Sara, that works in the mornings, does such an amazing job, but we will not be returning anytime soon.

I waited for an inordinate amount of time in the drive-through and and had I been pressed for time I would have been extremely frustrated. Once I made it up to the window the gentleman that assisted me was very helpful and thorough my order was completed successfully and I really enjoyed the fresh strawberry sprinkle donut and my iced cappuccino with 1/2 pump of syrup

Arrived in drive through @ 4:55 AM. According to the hours posted on-line they are supposed to open @ 5AM on Wed.... @ 5:27 the carline finally started to move only for them to say they were only able to serve hot coffee and donuts. I waited for nothing. I would have not waited so long but i was trapped in the car line.

I love the coffee here. My wife has me stop by whenever we go out to grab an ice coffee. Sometimes they mess up your order and the staff will mostly ignore you when you go inside. I recommend drive thru orders or delivery only. But hey regardless of a few hiccups I think this place rocks.

Love this location. They get everything right as quickly as they can even with a line around the building, and they do so with great attitudes and excellent customer service. I've never had a bad experience here which is quite a contrast to the location on Richland, where I've only had bad experiences with employees with bad attitudes. This Dunkin and its people are GEMS in comparison, and I'm going to make sure I only use this location even if I have to go out of my way. Thanks for the great service guys!
