The service I received was outstanding. I tried on a pair of boots and they didn't have my size so they ordered them for me. When I got them, they were too big. They exchanged them, and after researching in the system, they were able to find my size and even found the short length. They called me when they arrived, and when I went in, they were so excited for me because they knew how bad I wanted these boots. It was fun, and they're so down to earth.

My riding in instructor recommended I get a new helmet from Dover. When asked if I needed assistance I informed the sales associate I was looking to purchase either a Charles Owen or Tipperary helmet along with my available budget. She ignored my brand preference and had me try on other helmets that I was not interested in. She pushed her personal favorite on me and claimed it was the best one for me, despite my original request. I ended up leaving the store without purchasing anything. I was disappointed in my experience with Dover and felt I wasted my time, as I drove 45 minutes one way to get there.

Great place for all of your horse riding needs. Staff was extremely polite and helpful when trying on riding helmets and paddock boots. Highly recommend. They have some stuff for dogs too.

I love this store! They have a large variety of riding gear for all shapes and sizes of people & equine partners. Theres even a variety of stuff for your canine friend as well. All of the employees are fantastic and more than willing to help. I love bringing my rescue dog to the store and working on our training.
