We brought in a dog that we had been fostering. We asked for a basic shampoo and blow-dry. When we picked him up an hour and a half later, he looked beautiful. His coat was soft and smelled great. He was completely happy waiting on the dog bed in his designated area. Can't thank the staff enough for the great job they did.

I really wanted to have more than an average experience. We took 2 dogs in for a bath only. The owner was very accommodating & let me stay with my dogs as one of them has a cardiac issue that causes him to go into a lethal heart rhythm if his heart rate gets too high. If he’s stressed- and he would be without me-he has serious potential to raise his heart rate. This particular dog was washed by someone other than the owner. He’s 120 lbs and has to be lifted into the tub. Their ramps are very steep and slick, there’s no dri-deck or such on them, just metal. The lady picked him up mid shaft of his front legs which was not acceptable. She also failed to recognize he was choking with the choke leash until I said something & the owner remedied it. The other dog was washed by the owner and there were distinct steps missed by the lady doing my cardiac dog. Then when we loaded the dogs it was obvious how wet he was and as a result of being wet and not properly dried he STUNK so bad for days. The other dog who was properly dried did not smell at all. So I paid for one dog to smell worse than he did before his bath. ☹️** Responding to the owner: I’m not sure what difference it makes that I wrote my review on May 28 from our May 3 visit but ok… I write all my reviews across all platforms once a month.You have me confused with someone else. I did not ask for him to not be fully dried or for y’all stop drying him. That’s completely untrue. He also was not stressed by the dryer whatsoever. Nor did I receive any discount, in fact we were charged $20 more than quoted. Lastly as a groomer I would expect you to know that dogs not dried completely can smell. As far as publicly expressing my experience that is indeed what review sites are for. I’m glad you are fortunate to have a lot of customers; however as a result of your confusion or intentional dishonesty, I will not be one of them now.

Ya'll, this place is awesome. They deserve all the credit. I tried for weeks to have my dog seen at other places and was able to get a visit here and I AM SO GLAD we did! I have a husky who since being groomed and bathed is literally like a new dog! She is so playful and happy and of course she looks cute as a button! I am soo excited to have found these warm, compassionate people! 10/10 recommend!

The new groomer (Virginia?) was patient and persistent with my very large, very fuzzy, occasionally grouchy, big fella. He arrived with a "mom haircut", fuzzy feet and was a bit stinky. When I picked him up, he was soft (so soft!), clean smelling and had nice, clean, neat feet. His dead hair was completely removed. She also managed to get his cowlicks on his hips to lay smooth. I wasn't completely sure I had the right Pyrenees! She did a *fabulous* job, we will return.This person also handles my Basset Hounds' toenails and does a great job on the both of them. One of them is a bit of a stinker and Miss Virginia (gosh I hope I have this name right) is completely unbothered.She is a gem, I'm glad we found her.

I have been taking my Yorkie for years and the new owner has done a great job updating the place and will continue referring people to her. I love that my pup does not sit there all day and get stressed out. They do a great job grooming and care about what you want.

We love this groomer! She is wonderful, so patient and kind, really puts my dog at ease. He's always been absolutely terrified of other groomers, refusing to get out of thecar because he recognizes the parking lot gravel, and then nervous tinkling in the lobby because he is so scared. Not here! While he's still a little cautious, he LOVES her and is excited to see her. I will never take him anywhere else! 10/10

I stopped by to see about making an appointment for my toy poodle pup. I have big plans for his coat but need help learning the ropes. They were extremely helpful and took the time to offer some much needed pointers and get us scheduled. I am really looking forward to working with them and learning how to keep my fur baby looking fabulous at home between groomings. They seem to genuinely care about their clients and the humans they bring along.

The best groomer I have been to. I especially like that they don't have my dog all day, only the time it takes. She has separation anxiety and doesn't like being kenneled all day. I like the little cubicles they have instead of crates. And my dog doesn't show fear of the employees there like she did at others.

My grandpup Tober has the best grooming from the friendly staff. He gets excited and happy once I turn in from Silver Bluff and that let's me know he appreciates the service he receives. I am happy to have found a friendly, well-trained staff that cares as much about my baby as I do. Wish I could give 10 stars!

This business was previously owned by someone who would not service my dogs due to a prejudice of breeding. When I read they had a new owner I decided to try again and I am SO happy I did. They were amazingly friendly, did such a good job, and I love the remodel and set up! I highly recommend them and won’t go anywhere else!

We stopped in with our pooch and told the lady (she had brown hair and nose ring) that we did not have appt but we were in market for a new groomer as ours had closed. Explained we'd like appt in next week or two if possible. She told us they stay really booked up with their regulars and could take our name if they had a cancelation otherwise it would take until the 1st week of april to schedule us in. She clearly did not want our businessResponse: we were not a walk in expecting appt for today, we were out for a drive and saw our groomer had closed up shop. I googled and saw your store so we stopped in to ASK questions. Again, not wanting an appt for today. I simply asked if we would be able to get an appt in the next week or 2. I think its great your business is doing so well but sometimes that affects the way you treat new potential customers. I wish you continued success but i have found someplace else that better suits what im looking for.

Experienced groomers, and appointments are very easy to schedule. I love that they don't keep your dog all day. Normally I can pick up in 2 hours and that is for a full groom.

Was told by several people to use this groomer. Called to schedule an appointment for my dog (Mini Goldendoodle) to be groomed and have his nails trimmed. I was told that they could not groom him because they have "TOO MANY DOODLES".
