The pharmacy is extremely rude and so is everyone who answers the phone for it. They had the wrong fax number for the doctors office. No wonder they couldn’t get the prescription refilled. When I called to give them the correct number, the lady hung up on me after giving me the most attitude I think I have ever gotten from a pharmacy before. So completely unprofessional. You’re better off going to Walgreens.

Worse ever the lady closed the window after I was sitting in line behind another customer in drive thru because it hit 8pm. Like wow at-least get me I was already here. Then I went in and told them I was in line and the young lady with the locs and beads rolled her eyes. Wow how professional is that!! Especially after I’ve received numerous text about my proscription then I get there and it’s not ready causing me to have to come back when it’s actually ready. And it’s happened often!!

This is the most hateful unprofessional CVS pharmacy I’ve come across! I will not be back and I have changed to a different location. I repeatedly have received terrible service. Not told when there are issues with my RXs, lost RXs , laughing about patients and discussing patients and their medical issues where the public can hear them. A man working in the pharmacy at the register told a person picking up medication for his wife prescribed by her OBSTETRICIAN that the medication would “kill the baby” and he wouldn’t take it. How professional is that? I will never go back in this location.

Beyond disappointed with customer service from manager. After sitting on hold for 15+ minutes, manager was short, would not (problem was solvable) help with my dilemma, then proceeded to hang up on me- no courtesy, nothing.

I recently had a horrible experience at the pharmacy. The computer tried to fill my meds five days early, which put a hold on it for an extra two days. I sent my uncle to pick up my meds because I had to work an hr before the pharmacy opened. When they opened at 8, I called to ask them to start filling out the script. My uncle walked inside to wait on it. As I was on the phone with one of the staff, the woman ignored me to ask someone on the other end of the phone what they were there for. I then hear the woman on the phone say, "I'm already on the phone with her now," with a horrible attitude. After the phone call ended, the woman I spoke to on the phone started running her mouth about me. She and another staff member openly joked about placing a hold on my medication. Mind you, these meds are a narcotic that I HAVE to have. Running out can cause withdrawal symptoms and make me very sick. These horrible employees had the nerve to LAUGH about making me sick. Gross behavior. Out of all the staff, there was only one pharmacy team member who wasn't rude, hateful, or disrespectful to my uncle. Her name was Brittany, and I greatly appreciate her professionalism. The head pharmacist was just as bad as the rest of the staff. He was playing loud music on Spotify and joking around with the rude staff while not filling prescriptions. You could tell Stuart really wanted to fit in with his staff more than he wanted to do his job or have the staff do theirs. A lady called, and they kept ignoring her, so she tried calling in on the prescriber line. Apparently, she called enough times that they had memorized her number. When they saw it was her calling the prescriber line, someone said, "She's calling on the doctor line this time." The staff member was then told,"just dump her to voicemail," they didn't even care if the reason she kept calling was because she really needed their help. So after all this, they had my uncle sitting there for 45 mins. I called and pressed prompts for the automated service, and it told me the meds were ready. They had been ready for well over 25 minutes, but the staff felt the need to waste someone's time simply for showing up to wait on my medicine at 8 o'clock when they opened. I called corporate and was told they'd handle it right away and have someone contact me within 24 to 48 hours. I mentioned that the pharmacy leader was one of the people causing issues. Low and behold, who calls me but Stuart one of the issues causing staff leaders. He said he was soooo sorry and would handle it. I explained that I saw a video of him horsing around with his staff. I told him I understood he wanted to fit in with his staff, but keeping his job and actually doing it should be more important. Of course, nothing was done about it because Stuart was also part of the problem. Any pharmacy staff that thinks putting patients' meds on hold is funny or would even joke about something like that should be fired and barred from working with medications and patients. I will never use CVS pharmacy again after this. I had issues with the richland Avenue CVS at one point and thought I fixed the problem by switching to the Whiskey Road CVS, but I was wrong. Even on past pickups, they will ignore their customers to talk about ordering French toast sticks from Sonic. Instead of eating breakfast before work so they can do their jobs, they hinder people from getting their meds so they can order themselves breakfast. Sickening. I've only had good experiences with 2 pharmacy staff members. Brittany and another girl who was younger and short with red hair. I didn't catch her name. Do better CVS pharmacy. Smh. I'll never go back.

Terrible service. I’ve waited almost 13 minutes for the pharmacy to answer no answer then I hung up. Waited another seven minutes no answer called the store. Asked for the manager I get a person named Jesse. That’s the store manager no resolution just keep saying I can transfer you to the back to the pharmacy I said, would you like to bet they do not answer within two minutes or you’re fired or you resign ? So he hangs up on me this store is a joke.. I think the manager should be terminated at once. How can a representative that’s in the pharmacy not pick the phone up for damn near 13 minutes and then another seven minutes on a second call. ???? store manager, Jesse very rude and arrogant to hang up on a customer because he has no resolution to the issue does not care. I will now forward this complaint to corporate.

Go elsewhere ! I went to CVS at 5:45PM to pick up 2 RX, and was told I had not called them in and I would have to come back tomorrow bc they close at 6pm. I did call them in and had a text confirmation showing so. I asked for the Pharmacy Manager and kindly explained to her I needed this medicine. She replied “everyone has issues and needs something, and she didn’t have time to refill them until tomorrow”. Yet, I called them in 2 days ago! Worst customer service I’ve ever had in the 25 years I’ve been a customer at CVS. She didn’t care about me or my medical needs whatsoever. She didn’t care that it was THEIR SYSTEM that had the issue. I had proof I called this Rx in two days ago and they simply dropped the ball. No wonder they have a 2 star rating. Truthfully, they don’t even deserve a 1 star ⭐️

My gf is pregnant with triplets and went to the hospital. The hospital prescribed her meds to help with nausea as well as prenatal vitamins. The hospital sent her prescription to the wrong place (CVS). When both parties were reached both of them said they didnt have the prescription, which I was informed had been faxed over to the appropriate parties. After hours of calling and waiting both parties said they didn't have the prescription.

Get your prescriptions filled anywhere else!I agree with the previous comment about "nasty pharmacy" staff. I am an active duty military member that has been using CVS pharmacy for years. When I arrived to pick up a simple prescription, they charged me $10 for 6 tablets of a generic antibiotic. When I explained that I am military and that it should go on that insurance, the woman at the drive thru window got really nasty and frustrated. She said that they are going on break at 130 until 2pm. When I said I'd come back she said in a nasty tone of voice that it probably wouldn't be ready at 2, that it wouldn't take a while to sort this out. Ridiculous and unacceptable.

Went to stop by the clinic to check on some personal things and there were two staff members chatting in an office room with no one else there. Ask if I could be seen at the moment and they stated its by appointment only via the kiosk. Next appt was following day, though after doing so walked around the store and next 20mins there wasn't a single person aside those two back there chatting away. Priorities!

Absolutely terrible experience! My doctor called in my prescription 4-5 hours prior to me stopping by and they had yet to even check their voicemail to get the prescription. I had already waited in line for 20+ minutes in the drive through and then the tech asked for me to come in while they pulled the messages and filled it. Came in and have been waiting for a little over an hours for my medication. Absolutely ridiculous! I am usually a very understanding and patient person but I’ve had it with this CVS! If it wasn’t for my insurance I would never come back to CVS.

The Pharmacy has some staff that isn't the most pleasant when speaking with them. I usually go to walgreens but my medication is on back order through their system so had no choice but to go to CVS. AT WALGREENS my insurance does not cover name brand, only generic, now at CVS they claim my insurance does not cover generic but only name brand.....

I will be finding a new pharmacist ASAP. Unbelievably slow, unprofessional, and dishonest. The drive thru takes forever and most of the time (even after confirming multiple times if a prescription is ready), they say it's not ready and to wait 15 more minutes. Then they say they don't have it and to come again a different day. One time they said they didn't have a prescribed acne face wash, and my dad who picks up my prescriptions went into the store and found it. He asked why they said they didn't have it and they didn't know what to say. Honestly just think they're lazy. He gets his medications from Walmart's pharmacy and says that's way better if that helps anyone find an alternative.

Service is slow. Waited 3.5 hours to have prescription filled. Seems that is long time to have pills counted out of one bottle, put into smaller bottle, labeled and ready for customer. Bottle top is very difficult to remove. Some of staff are helpful. Other staff members border on hostile to customers.

This CVS is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Every time you call you are on hold for at least 15 minutes. Yesterday I waited 30 minutes before someone picked up the phone. They never have enough medication to fill the scripts on time. They don’t call when there is an issue with your script. And they don’t fill regular medications without you calling and asking. If I wasn’t stuck here because of my insurance requirements I would have left months ago. Don’t go here if you don’t have to.

I have had a problem with one individual twice now.First time I asked about the app with archiving meds and she boldly told me it was not her job. Then told her that the wrong prescriptions were filled. She stated they fill what they are told by you.Second time, I did drive up to pick up my perception after a text telling me it needed to be filled and replying yes that I was wrong and all they wanted to know was if I wanted anything filled then processed to just be rude and asked me what do I wanted.This is now aftermath here I am ready to pick up my prescription and it is not filled. So I tell the other employee about Miss Nasty Veronica and all he could say was sorry will you wait 15 minutes.First time shame on you, second time shame on me. There will not be a third time. If I the customer is not a #1 factor then who is?I have been a customer for over 24 years in three different states.Beyond disappointed and will never return.

Pharmacy Supervisor told a tech she needed to move on to the next customer... In front of customers. Rude staff. Being told to get in line and waiting 15 minutes to ask if they take certain insurance. Expected to divulge PII in front of other customers and violated HIPAA laws. Unacceptable.

I've always had problems with CVS. It's either they never have the meds you need or it's never ready when they say it will be. How can you ask if a person needs a prescription that day they say yes you say give me 45 mins to fill it then after an hour say that a prescription is not ready be another 45 minutes and yall are 2 days behind

continually sending recording prescriptions are ready, then can't find them. Pharmacist told me to find another pharmacy when I voiced a complaint about meds that were not ready when recording said they were...they actually managed to find them after a 15 minute wait. Very poor servicein pharmacy staff is no longer nice, but neither am I. Say they don't have refils when Dr. has already called them in.when I complained to head office, I didn't get a response when told I would. Other than all that I like the rest of the store and rest of the staff...

This store has the worst customer service. My husband drops my son's meds off at 20 mins til close. I have been getting the same meds from the same doctor for 10 plus years. Well tonight they have to verified the meds and thats fine but why is this the first that hearing about this. So I call 5 mins til 9 and Chandler answers the phone i explain and his tone is he could less why I called. He said it was up to her if she wanted to fill it with out verifying it. I ask to speak to Destiny the pharmacist and she's all ready gone imagine that. I see why she didn't want to fill it tonight she was ready to leave. So this is the last time I will use them. They need to get better people who care about customers. So people meds are life and death and this is not a good way to treat people. They are awful and over half the time they are slow. So it's the next day at 12:30 and meds still haven't been filled. This place is awful and the whole stuff needs to retrained in customer service. Is promised it would be filled at 8:30am and my doctor office is closed until 2pm for lunch.

Had a prescription called in over a week ago and still hasn’t been filled. Have been calling for over a week no one never answers the phone. Had to call corporate they couldn’t even get no one on the phone. From now on will be using another provider. This is ridiculous!!!

They are slow at refilling. When you call to speak to a pharmacist for a question about a prescription, you are told to call back at a certain time to speak with him/her. When you do call back your told he or she is always busy. What is a pharmacist for if you can’t speak to one and ask questions. The techs don’t know anything like a pharmacist does. I’ll never use cvs again.

Worst CVS in Aiken. My mother is on hospice and her meds go here. Every single time I have to pick up meds (which is often) there is a problem. I have called in refills twice and have been told my order isnt ready...even when given 12 hours to complete. I have had to wait upwards of 30 min for one prescription and leave my mother home alone. The staff is not friendly at all. They are not courteous, kind, or respectful. As I wait online all I hear are problems from other patrons waiting for prescriptions. Save yourself a headache and go to CVS in Target or Walgreens down the road.

Every time I come to pick up a script no matter the time of day there is always a long long with multiple people working in the pharmacy but only one for picking up. I don’t understand how all this people see a line and not try to help the customers especially when at least half are just standing around. It’s ridiculous and extremely poor customer service.

NEVER GO HERE! Drive thru super f'in slow. Was told by staff that my Rx would be ready at 2. After waiting in line for an hour, at 6:30 they told me they don't have my med in stock. Why didn't anyone call me?? Because "she didn't know." Unacceptable! Incompetent staff who couldn't even find me in their system.

There is always an issue with this pharmacy. Its either you are waiting or they do not have it ready. They tell you they have a call into the Dr and two weeks later they still don't have it ready. I suggest you try to use anyone but these people and to top it off the little short lady is rude along with everyone else with the exception of the newest girl there. Hopefully they don't corrupt her too.

This CVS pharmacy is extremely busy. The drive thru is always long and there's almost always someone sitting in the waiting area. Customer Service is just ok. They never answer the phone and they appear to be understaffed. My kid's pediatrician called in a bunch of meds for 3 of them and the pharmacy didn't have some of them so they just didn't fill them; they didn't call to order it they didn't even call me to say that it was unavailable, once they filed a prescription Ann's didn't run it through insurance so once I got there I then had to wait more. CVS as a company is pretty great. This particular store is not so great. The regular staff is awesome. I will definitely come to this CVS for everything except the pharmacy.

Worse pharmacy I've ever came in contact with customer service sucks. they make you wait for 8-10 hrs to fill a perscription then when its finally time to pick up you have to wait another 30-45 minutes in line only for them to say oh we dont have it in stock! This is not a one time thing either its every single time!
