We absolutely adore this store and the people there! We have used Aiken Saddlery for many years before we moved-and now it’s our home base!!! Not only do they carry all the products I need for my horses, chickens and goats- but they are fabulous about ordering in something new if we need it! They run fabulous sales and have incredible educational opportunities available to the public. We are so thankful for this store that has become our family 💕

I went in today with a friend and was appalled by the way we were treated. None of the people working acted like they could be bothered to help us. I used to like going into their store before they moved into the new buildings. The few times I’ve been in the new place they’ve acted like they can’t be bothered to help. My money spends just as well as others. When I go into a tack store I spend a lot of money. They won’t be seeing anymore of my business! I went to Dover Saddlery a few miles away where the workers were very helpful with what I needed. I spent my money there!

What a great Equine saddlery, we found exactly what we needed. The associates were helpful and kind, we will be sure to come back.The associates answered our questions and guided us in our purchases. This place was rude as hell. Do not recommend.There are 7 other tac stores in Aiken, go to any of those instead.ALSO, NO BATHROOMS because apparently they hate dealing with customers. Don't know if that's even legal.

Excellent people to deal with. These owners have expanded into a feed store boutique. I deliver the highest protein content alfalfa. And they have all the newest riding accessories. I love this place and dealing with them.

I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable about horse feeds and supplements. They have been very helpful in assisting me with my purchases. I think the friendliness of their customer service has greatly improved during the last several months. Glad they are moving to a new location. The potholes going to the feed warehouse was tough on my vehicle.

I was in need of a new riding helmet and stopped by to be measured and fitted. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of anything you might need to care for our furry friends. I would definitely recommend them!

All I can say is WOW!. They are in their new building which is huge. They have a tremendous inventory of anything that pertains to horses. Great selection of giftware and clothing also. Everybody who works there is friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have a lot of time but I will go back to browse through all of the equipment and inventory.

I've been in the Aiken area for the last two years as an aspiring young professional, and Aiken Saddlery has been a genuine godsend in helping to keep my farm running smoothly and my horses looking their absolute best. Their extensive selection of grain and supplement options makes stocking my feed room incredibly easy and convenient, as I can get everything I need in one stop. Their drive-through system is perfect for us insanely busy horse people, as I can trust the staff to stock my truck or trailer correctly while I take the extra time to work through phone calls with clients, manage my online bank accounts, and attend to any other little things I normally don't have time for during the time. The staff are also incredibly helpful and friendly, and I feel like a true member of the team every time I enter the store. 12/10 would highly recommend, regardless of if you live in the area full-time or are just stopping by for a weekend visit.

I appreciate Aiken Saddlery for a few reasons but especially their wide selection, transparency when comparing feeds (they have a whole binder you can look through in store), educational opportunities, and rewards program. For every thousand rewards points you earn you get $10. I always get 🧦 when I've reached my 1000pts.Update: the new store is two doors over from the old store. Its spacious, bright, and expansive.

I live in Georgia and desperately needed a specialty supplement from Stance Equine that I COULD NOT find anywhere, and their website didn't allow me to order it. After calling several Georgia tack stores, I got on the phone with Aiken Saddlery and one of the Amys (I believe there are two) got the company to drop ship the supplement to my home and I paid Aiken Saddlery over the phone. Additionally, she plans to order it to the store and ship it to me as I need it for my horse. This is ABOVE AND BEYOND what any horse tack store has EVER EVER done. This is TRUE customer service and a genuine empathy for the needs of a horse. I am beyond grateful and recommend this store to anyone who lives nearby or is just passing through the area.
