The pharmacy employees are the rudest people I've ever met. Will see u standing there, but continue to ignore you. Then approach you with a bad attitude amd the worse one is Shalika. The pharmacist the male is always polite.

I have shopped at CVS in Abbeville SC f I r Years and haven't ever had problems .. I am a 76 yr old lady abd have been diagnosed with 3 different leg medical diagnoses .. To go thru drive-thru to pick up prescriptions if I need anythingc and they will get me what I need such (Zyrtec, Tylenol, bandage, a certain vitamin and once a pill slicer, eye drops to cold medications .. This has helped me as I am losing my balance !! Thank You CVS 😊

The absolute worst CVS I have ever been to. Customer service does not exist. The people at the pharmacy are angry, spiteful and rude!!!! They do not care about their customers. They also lie about your prescriptions being ready. The need to be shut down.

Takes an inexcusably long time to fill prescriptions here and the floor customer service doesn’t exist… while looking for help today I found 1 worker, behind the Photo Booth area on the phone and appeared to be ducking down as not to be seen. Didn’t feel super comfortable asking her for help. Sad

Some things aren't fully stocked but I think there may be shortages of some things according to what I saw on the news. Staff is helpful but there can be a line for the pharmacy at peak times.

Went to CVS Abbeville SC and got Covid Moderna vax booster. Every employee I encountered was courteous, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me Thumbs up to the Abbeville folks. They gave me TLC care

My script is never ready when THEY say it will be ready! Told me today that it would be ready by 4, I give them a little extra time and show up at 530....um it's going to be another hour.

The store itself is a 5, it's the Pharmacy will leave you on hold, even during their supposedly not busy hours. I have been on hold for 10 minutes.
