If your looking for a hardware store that makes you feel unwelcomed then this place is the store for you.I come here once in a blue moon because I'm in a pinch for parts. Asking the clerk politely if they have XYZ in stock or where a section of goods might be found is met with reluctance. Cashing out I feel like I'm getting a dirty look because I'm not buying more from them.Overall each time I come here is a poor experience.

Its rare now a days that anyone goes out of their way to be helpful., I needed a key looked at ,The man at the counter swiftly helped me and I am grateful ! Courteous and professional !! They have a large assortment of tools , most of what you may need is there. Thank you and will be back !!!! 5 out of 5 .

Very nice family owned business, reasonable prices, very helpful staff. Usually they have anything I need, also using Ace hardware app saves you money.

Polite and friendly service. I went in to buy some replacement screws for a project. The young man who helped me was very polite and helped me find the correct replacements, within minutes. I was out the door and back home in a flash. Good old home town service, you'll never get at a big box store.

Recently I attempted to return a ACE Hardware brand can of spray paint that failed to work. I was given the 3rd degree - where's your receipt, when did you buy it etc, etc I pointed out on the can a seal stating Satisfaction Guaranteed. They refused me satisfaction and they were quite unprofessional. In their delivery A few days later I took the can to a neighboring town ACE Hardware - they gave me acanthA replacement can no questions asked! I will be taking alley future business to McQuades HCE Hardware in the future !!!

Always great. However stood at register. With cashier straightening shows right next to me and never acknowledged me had a problem with that I stood there for about 5 minutes and was going to say something but then the other girl came I could tell she wasn't too happy customer service always come first remember that!

Very helpful locally owned business. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable, their selection is fantastic as well. Benjamin Moor paint is the best, and they carry it now!

I was a loyal customer up until I had a return! I always told myself I rather spend my $$ at a local, in town hardware store rather then Home Depot! I bought a vent it did not fit. My contractor took a little longer then expected getting our bathroom done! So the very second I found out the vent didn’t fit I brought it back to the store! The owner tells me she’s not gonna take it back cause it was a mess and she could not resell it! Now mind you the vent cost $8.00. The vent was brand new, no scratches, returned with the receipt and plastic from the outside!! She still refused to return it!!! Well no biggie I’ll be happy to take my business elsewhere!!!

Amazing service and knowledge. Very much your neighborhood needs place! Rarely do they NOT have what you need and they'll go down the aisle to check for you while you're on the phone. They'll also escort you to the right aisle if you're not sure if the name of the HOOZYWHATSIT is you're looking for!
