I come here allot it has everything you need if your looking for a place to get tools accessories and gardening supplies one of the better stores in the richmond area. Unlike some of the other businesses in town this location will treat you with respect and would appreciate your business. Staff is great prices are awesome and i always get something. Supporting this place is nice and definitely worth it

It's just ok, very unfriendly staff so I go to other job lots. I also don't understand why they charge customers for a bag to put the goods they purchased in. I've been to other job lots, Westerly, Coventry, Warwick and they do not charge the 10 cents per bag so obviously it is the management at this store that decides to charge this fee. Customers whom come into the richmond location, buy products to help support and make this store $$ in order for this business to stay open and have them charge the consumers an additional fee for a bag in order to make it easier to get what they purchased to their car is just unacceptable and wrong!

So this store always has some sort of great deal. BUT why I give it 3 stars is the stores are a disaster very unappealing everything is just stuffed on shelves and the buildings are always run down looking. For such a great store it’s very disappointing that corporate takes zero pride in their appearance.

My go to place to get some name brand things for reasonable prices. I shop Job Lot on a regular basis to buy things and see if they've gotten any new items in from closeouts from other stores.They also do a special 25% off full purchase around Veterans Day for military and their family members as appreciation. No other business does that!!

Always good deals to be found. Especially like the Extra Bucks deal. Last week I spent about $250 on products that I needed (I stocked up on Bob's Mill products and other needs) and received $100 back in rewards. There are some useless items that they sell, but if you shop for quality items, you'll find them.

After visiting several other Job Lots around New England, this is by far the cleanest and most organized. Staff are always very kind whenever I've been. Shelves are stocked fairly well all the time. Great place for various home goods, cooking materials, and toiletries.

I usually walk in multiple stores to look around, the registers are in the way of the exit so if you didn’t see anything you wanted you have to find an empty asile to take the exit. That’s one way they can get you to buy something :)

Honestly, I’m very underwhelmed I have lately gone into many ocean state job lots within the past few weeks, however this place just disappointed me. The store was freezing. Selection was very odd, the associates don’t greet or offer to assist. Just okay store to me.

Great place. Great for a quick visit. I love their special buys many items are practicality free. Lots of tools housewares and an incredible ammount of pool supplies.
