Will not go back . Was called for an appointment on Saturday to confirm. After thinking about the time I called back 5minutes later and left a message to cancel as my dogs hair needs a chance to grow back from the the last time he was there. On Tuesday morning She called stating they booking 4 weeks in advance. As Tried to explain why she stated she was going to charge a 40 dollar late fee cause she never checked her messages from Saturday. It's now Tuesday morning. Okay good luck never again Ryan. Calling g the Bussiness Bureau. No business has that kind of power.

This place is outrageously expensive. I will never bring my dogs there again. After my groomer moved away, a friend of mine referred me to this place. When I called, I was originally quoted at $90-120 for a full wash & cut on my Great Pyrenees which is expensive compared to other groomers in my area that charge $60-$75 for this breed. But, because my friend said they were great, I decided to give it a try. I also checked the quote on my flat-coated retriever which came in at $55-65 for full wash & cut. This was also expensive, other groomers charge between $40-50. After receiving the quotes, I asked if it would be possible to pick up my anxiety ridden Flat coated retriever as soon as he was finished so he didn’t have a melt down. I know my Great Pyrenees takes a few hours longer and felt it would be better to get him out ASAP. So, when Ryan called me to let me know my Great Pyrenees was finished, she told me I owed $250😡I was shocked so I asked her to break down the charges .... $160 for my Great Pyrenees and $90 for my flat-coat. And she said the owner added $20 on top of the haircut on my Flat-coat because I rushed him out if there. It was never brought to my attention that there would be a $20 charge for rushing my pup out of there. At this point, I asked to speak w Danielle the owner and explained to her the quote I was given & the rates of other local groomers. She told me she had no intention of matching other groomers price, that those were her prices and that’s that. I told her I wasn’t expecting her to match the price of others, I just wanted to pay the prices I was quoted. And also, didn’t think it was fare to pay $20 for an early pickup. She told me to pay what I want and to never come back. I paid her the high end of the groomers around me & will never go back

I believe Doggie Depot has the best groomers. Danielle has always been so kind and loving to my dogs. She was especially wonderful with our bull mastiff, Gracie. Some people would shy away from a dog so large, but each time we came in she came out to give her a hug. If and when it’s time for us to get another dog I will not hesitate to bring it to Doggie Depot. They are all truly the best. Thank you for caring for our furry kids.PS. The place is immaculate.

I've been bringing my dogs, Peanut Butter and Jelly, to Doggie Depot for over 5 years. They always receive white glove treatment at the hands of their talented and friendly groomers! As my girls are getting older, they look forward to their spa treatments more than ever!! Thanks Ryan and Danielle for treating my dogs like VIPs and keeping them beautiful!!

When I dropped my dog off for the first time Friday morning I was quoted by Brianna the it would be 55$. Reasonable and comparable to other groomers. Imagine my surprise and disappointment that my credit card was charged 96.35$. Upon speaking with the owner, Danielle, she admitted that I shouldn’t have been quoted that amount. I told her that I understood that they were in error but I would split the difference. Reasonable right? Wrong! She said that she would not issue a refund. Horrible business practice as well as poor customer service. 1st time LAST time. Beware. Get your quote in writing Apparently. FYI DD I was already refunded by my CC company. They thought it was absurd as well. 👎

Best dog groomer I've ever used. I've had Chows for over 20 years and no one has done as good a job on this difficult to groom breed. Reasonable price also which is a plus.
