Showed up 2 days after my appointment, thinking my prescription would be ready... it wasn't.\n\nI was asked my name and date of birth about 40 times in 15 minutes, but the staff had plenty of time to comment on my height and the kind of car I drive. Maybe pay attention to your customers needs, rather than make shallow comments. \n\nMy son's prescription is never ready at time of refill. Sometimes they say prior auth is needed, sometimes not. When it's not ready or when inventory is out, no one calls or informs us. They just leave us to be surprised when it's not ready.\n\nVery disappointed in the overall service, empathy and organization of this location. The staff always has a \"not my problem\" attitude.\n\nI rely on my son's prescription because it's a huge deal when he does not have it, and no one took my concern seriously over the problems we've been having with refills, but then they've got plenty of time to make comments about my appearance. It's a bad look.

Used this CVS while out on a camping trip, was very surprised with the extremely friendly service from the cashier. Guess I got use to home where people are not as friendly.
