This review only refers to the on-site COVID testing conducted here. You're able to sign up online for a rapid, PCR, and flu test. However, when I arrived, I saw this incredibly professional sign taped to the window, which stated, "No rapid tests at this site." I would consider this penitent information. I would've chosen another location if I knew this prior.

I was not having much success using there photo kiosk.I needed the perfect picture for father's day and could not get the crop right . It's took a few attempts and almost the whole front end team if the store putting our heads together.finally we came up with the right sequence and I got the pictures.I can't say enough for the perfect services I got today.Thank you all. I'll be back soon.

I've been using this particular pharmacy for over a dozen years. Have to say the "pharmacy customer service" is well just not what I expect for # 4 on the Fortune 500 List. The Woonsocket, RI-based business is the world's 7th largest by revenue, No. 4 on the Fortune 500 list, and the largest company helmed by a female CEO, Karen Lynch.Today after my visit my physician's visit knowing that the pharmacy would need time to fill my rather common antibiotic. Much to my dismay when I arrived and waited 15 to get to the counter, only to find out my script was "on hold" then to be shuffled to the other window where I wait yet again for some miserable young pharmacist to ask whether I had insurance, I told her no. Then she told me it would be $32.85 & be ready in 15 minutes. Seriously if the prescription cost a few hundred or few thousand dollars, I would see the apprehension on filling it. But $32.85 is not enough to break the bank. I'm still mad because I didnt get it filled because I've already waited in store 20 minutes and 2 hours before I ever got there. CVS texts me for everything under the sun, don't suppose they could text you when they are going to put a script on hold.

They are no longer a UPS access point, and there is no other for a 10 mile radius. I can go to Westerly or Kingston.The customer service person who let me know adopted a "not my problem" attitude, which made a frustrating situation much more annoying.Another way CVS and UPS opt to make themselves less convenient.

They even hang up on you after extended waits on hold.This establishment has completely gone downhill since Angelo Morgantini left.Oh and for prescriptions to be filled just know that they will not make it at all convenient!!!They should name this CVS INCONVENIENCE STORES!!!The worst pharmacy by far!Happy to transfer over to Walgreens at Electric Boat in Groton Connecticut with this new job!Never returning to this place once I am officially hired in Groton Connecticut!!!

Use to love this cvs. Since Angelo left, the RX morale has gone downhill. On hold 23 min to speak to a pharmacist. Evening Rxtechs are rude and unrofessional. Taking my business elsewhere after 20 years

This location has gone to garbage… No longer a UPS access point… The pharmacy is understaffed… They text me 5 times a day about prescriptions I don’t need.. Then they text saying medications ready to pick up and you go there for them to tell you there is and was no order in the system… I’m showing them the text cvs sent and they treat you like an idiot…Every month a headache for some acid reflux medication …understaffed and miserable

Have always had great customer service here. They did a fantastic and efficient job with administration of covid vaccinations.My only concern is the staff lack of understanding of how to use a mask.The last 2 visits there the people at the register were wearing their mask down around their upper lips. Pl reinforce how to wear a mask. I was not protected, and they were not protected from my illness today

They lost my COVID test results. 9 days and waiting. They never called to inform me they were missing—I called them and was transferred to corporate. I’m sure the staff are lovely—but when you drive an hour and a half to have COVID testing that day for sooner results and wait 10 days you’re not happy.

Angelo the Pharmacist knows everyone in town that uses the Pharmacy by name. I was out of town with my husband we saw Angelo and he was saying Hello using our names before we even spotted us.A co worker who lives in the same town ran down her to do list after work and said " I need to go see Angelo." I knew she ment Px pick up at CVS! It's always clean and everyone is helpful. They know when locals are feeling unwell and inquire.

Your exit and enter signs block view of trying to pull out of the parking lot. This is a hazard and not safe. Almost caused an accident. Please move, thanks.

Not that cheap. I mean fuzzy socks are like seven bucks for one pair when you can go to Walmart for cheaper nor is their food cheap but if you are looking for health items of good quality and a quick snack while doing so, it is good for that.Employees are actually really kind though so that makes up for it. It is fairly neat and clean too.
