I love Walgreens prices and they always have so many items that you cannot find in another Pharmacy. Their staff are very helpful and the pharmacy was very helpful. I love Walgreens sales too!!! You can earn points on your card, and get great coupons!

I've only been at this location a few times. My sister lived in the area, and I needed to make an emergency run for her. I live in Warwick, so I decided just to stop at this location, which is super close to her apartment and convenient. I went right in and found exactly what I needed and a few other things I stuck in her care package that I thought she could use. I loved how fast, convenient, and reliable the store was. Thank you!

I love when I can attend a free comedy show. Just find your way to the pharmacy department at the Woonsocket Walgreens and have a seat. Trust me, the show won’t take long to begin. If you’re lucky, you may even be in attendance for employee story time, where the “less than attentive” employees stand around telling profanity laced stories about themselves, their lash appointments, their nights out drinking, their families and their significant others. I especially love how we don’t acknowledge customers, we just continue entertaining each other, completely ignoring the fact that a customer is standing there patiently waiting to be helped. The good news is that they appear to be fully staffed. The only caveat is that you can’t get even one of the truly entertaining team to acknowledge you and when you do speak up, you are greeted with sarcasm and believe it or not, one young lady used profanity. I am so disappointed because I am walking distance from this Walgreens and it would have been so nice to be able to utilize this location but I won’t be using this pharmacy ever again.

This pharmacy has went completely down hill. Medications are always out of stock because yes people can just go without their prescriptions no problem.. yet to even call the pharmacy you 1st must speak to some general line then connected to actual store. Seems Walgreens will be losing many customers some like myself who been using Walgreens for years. Not to mention they don't give rewards on prescriptions because insurance pays,well that's a brilliant policy since cvs still gives rewards. The new upgrades to service are so customer un friendly not even funny. Some Einstein at corporate needs to resign they literally have made service terrible,or perhaps that's the strategy to make customers leave to their competitors.

The worst customer service ever. We came in the night, around 10.30 pm on May 20,2023. They said the clip coupon didn't work at that time [ no sign to inform customers before they went into store. We knew when we got to the cashier counter after spent 15 mins in there], so we asked to talk with the manager what he could do about that, Maybe manual authorization or something [ because if we use clip coupon it will save us a lot. Walgreen set the price higher than other competitors but if we use clip coupon it will decrease the price around the same as competitors like Walmart]. One staff [V.....]said that why we didnt come here 3 hours before so we could use clip coupon. SERIOUSLY? How we would know the clip coupon didnt work. Is it the customer fault? so why he did not close the store if the clip coupon didn't work then. Bad attitude, Bad service, useless advice ever, so disappointed!!!

I dispise this walgreens. The pharmacy is pathetically slow! I love spending 10 mins in the drive thru behind a car that has not been attended to yet. Its fantastically fun. Do your job or find somewhere else to work. This is NOT my personally pharmacy but my boyfriends. I completely refuse to go here. Absolutely ridiculous!

Bye bye Walgreens hello cvs only couple more prescriptions to move and my days of getting prescriptions here are over. Thank the Lord I'm willing to bet I'm not only one to transfer out of this failed company. Enjoy the loss of several thousand dollars in script sales a month.

The cashier it looks like they never been trained on how to do a proper job. Horrible experience I won't recommend it. I was a costumer of rite aid. They transferred me to walgreens didn't have no issues with my prescription until last month when my Dr sent me a prescription, I have to pay even tho I have insurance. So I changed pharmacy I go to Walmart now and was something so simple to fix it I'm glad I made the change. Good bye walgreens

If I could give this negative stars I would. Pharmacy is the absolute worst! They never have what you need weather it is insulin or hydrocortisone. They are super careless and you have to babysit to get things done. Save yourself time and a headache and just go to CVS.

This is legit the WORST Walgreen's I've ever tried doing business with. The pharmacy staff are all rude. They constantly break company rules, like closing down the drive-thru simply because "they are too busy and understaffed". I work for Walgreen's also, so I'm very familiar with company policy. I'm currently on medical leave from my store and unfortunately this is the closest store to my home, which is the only reason why I even put up with them. All that is about to change though, just as soon as I can find another decent Walgreen's close by. Save yourselves the aggravation and avoid this store at all cost.

I had call in my prescription with the appropriate time for pick up. When I gave the tech my info. He garb the medicine from the shelf and was ready to put it in the bag. The phamistist closed the window and said I'd had to come back 8n a hr for they were going for lunch from 12 to 1Pm. When I complained the Phamistist was very rude. I later transferred all my prescriptions to another Pharmacy. They don't have any respect or common curdisy for there customers.

The manager of the store should be scheduled certain hours to the staff of the pharmacy and not send the all staff at the same time for lunch and break times .. If the prescription are ready for pick up at least have someone to dispatching. Its 1:39 the store it’s closed and the drive thru only have a note saying Pharmacy it’s closed for lunch time.

I waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes. They break for lunch 1:30 to 2. At 2:30 the signed was replaced stating drive thru is closed!!! I understand they are short staffed, but come on. Why did they not put the sign up at 2? Very bad experience. Very disappointed that CORPORATE doesn't give them more hours and help them hire some reliable staff.

I have stopped going to CVS since they are trying to stop Medicare for all bill. The loyalty of customers should also be decided by what type of business practice they keep.Profit before principles is unacceptable. These are the powers we have . Use it!

I called this morning to verify a patient's medication/ dosage and spoke to a disgruntled technician named Nicole. I saw the conversation was not conductive, so I asked her to talk to the Pharmacist, Stacy P. Stacy was very reluctant to tell me her name. Speaking to Stacy did not make the situation any better because she was also cruddy. I think I had a bad experience with this pharmacy before. I called in and spoke to someone about their attitudes with providers or any healthcare professional calling about patient matters and did not receive any support. I am not from R.I; I moved to Barrington and will be here for a couple of years. So far, Walgreens in R.I, the pharmacist/ technicians, are descent over the phone and helpful, but when I call this pharmacy in Woonsocket, I get resistance and fight. I will not ever call this pharmacy again if this is what I have to go through as a provider; I pity the people who live in that area and have to deal with that. Can you imagine someone who is to serve the community having this squalor behavior mentality, OMG? Just no words, so bad, I had to write a review. Walgreens, please fix this matter because I know this is not the type of employees you have working; it's just that location.

They, for the dozenth time, can't fill a simple prescription, even though I called the day before. They only give flu shots during select pharmacy hours, which are not posted. They let you stand in line, taking multiple cars, before taking the only person in line, clearly favoring the able-bodied who can drive over the disabled who can't. They have, in the past, refused to fill a prescription, stating that I didn't have that prescription, until I brought in the empty prescription bottle showing that I had it and had refills. Go anywhere else if you can get there.

Had a great experience here almost entirely due to Nakiya. The past several times I came I came to pick up prescriptions, they had problems with my insurance and tried to charge me full price for my meds. They made it so difficult I just ended up transferring the prescriptions to CVS instead where they easily filled them and covered by my insurance. I honestly would have switched pharmacies altogether , but my doctor still had walgreens listed and sent my most recent script there and Nakiya not only fixed the insurance issue in 5 seconds, but she was also courteous, friendly and very helpful. I cant stress enough this girl literally saved me as a customer for walgreens and she deserves a raise!

I switched to Walgreens from CVS a few years back- Walgreens in North Smithfield was okay for the most part until they closed and transferred all of our scripts over to this Walgreens. Every time I’ve ever had a prescription sent over it has almost always been ready by the time I get from the doctors office to the pharmacy- and if it’s not ready, they always tell me it will be ready in 15 minutes and I usually wait and pick it up. Ever since I have been coming to this Walgreens I have had nothing but trouble. My script is never ready and when I try to pick up they tell me it will only be ready in a few hours. I’ve been able to accept this and just get used to it, I’ve also accepted the fact that every time I go, no one is polite and welcoming and literally just walks away without telling me to have a good day or anything. Fine. But today, I called hours after My sons prescription for the Flu should have been ready, knowing it wouldn’t be ready right away. The first time I was put on hold so she could look into it, after 10 minutes of being on hold I assumed that someone may have forgotten, so I called back a second time and let the woman who picked up know, so she proceeded to put me on hold again telling me she was just going to transfer me over to the people who put the prescriptions together and they could give me the information (i’m pretty sure this was the same person both times), yet again I was put on hold for another 10 minutes with no answer. My mother had to drive over and check in on this prescription for my son and the woman suggested we just have the Scripts transferred to CVS or a different pharmacy - Because they will not be able to do it for us, I know that there is some kind of power outage in the area and that is totally fine but someone should’ve told me that over the phone well over 45 minutes ago When my sons pediatrician was still OPEN! They are now closed for the weekend, we are so lucky that we have a connection with the dr. To be sending that over to Cvs right now for our three-year-old son who is suffering with the flu and no treatment. We will gladly pick that prescription up at CVS and be transferring all of our 5 family members back over.

Excellent pharmacy. Nice and Professional staff. Speed services. Never I have wait many time for my prescription. Recently I moved to live in other City to 30 minutes of my Pharmacy. I visit other Walgreens near me, don’t like. Bad service and they no have employees speak Spanish. I prefered my Pharmacy in Woonsocket not matter what the place I live. God Bless all staff in Walgreens Woonsocket. Thanks people’s for always bring excellent services.

They were having trouble with the registers. And the cashier said too the manager she (the customer) f-d up the register again with her card that I told her not too use. I just walked out. Too disrespect a customer in that manner says a lot about a place.

Always a long wait at the pharmacy. Had doc sent over rx, received call that they were working on it...stop to check in and told that rx was transferred to cvs since the insurance was not accepted(UNITED).arrive to cvs and they had no clue. Had to restart the process here. Pharmacy tech was on hold for more then 10 minutes to speak to Walgreens pharmacist. When you are sick, you dont need the extra hassle

Came in because in was convenient I thought, first I was hit up by a homeless person or whatever asking me for a cigarette or a dollar. Then inside then lines were unbelievable! They should have opened another cash register with all those people waiting in line. I turned around and walked out. Not my first time here.

Had a covid test which said the results back in 24 to 48 hours. It's been over 72 hours and still no covid results :-(. When I called they said they were running behind because of an increase in tests. Well they should let you know ahead of time if that's the case.
