Absolutely terrible you can not walk around the store it is always a mess the few time I have tried I left and brought myself to another location! I ran in very late the other night to see if they had a specific color shirt as I was told last minute my child needed to wear a specific color shirt to school and I could not find a god damn thing in this store I was looking for 14/16 in girls I asked the girl working there where those sizes would be and where I was directed was newborn to 3x in size all mixed together a complete mess I will never again walk into that mess!

Worst store ever! If I could give it 0 stars I would. It has black mold and it smells like sewer since the sewer pipes broke and they don't want to do anything about it.

This store is wonderful! Great selection of items at great prices!! They have everything from clothes to electronics to food and much much more! Staff is usually very friendly! They open at 7 am now even better! This store is usually very clean and easy to find things but can sometimes be a little crowded with all the stuff they have!

The Family Dollar Store on Clinton Street is my favorite dollar store in the area. You’ll find a wide variety of household, beauty, food, pet and other products here. The coolers are in the back with dairy products and other frozen food and juices. The day I was there a gallon of milk was $2.60.They have an extensive health and beauty section with some name brand makeup and skincare - shampoo, toothpaste, and cold and flu products as well.You’ll find several aisles of snacks and processed food like macaroni and cheese.Other products include dishes, socks, pajamas, pens, pencils, water bottles and more.My shopping tip? Check out the electronics section... I have found a few good buys here. It’s worth checking.All in all? Great Family Dollar store. Check early and check often. They are bringing in new product every day.

When to shop briefly, the cashier was very rude and disrespectful and when I asked her for her name, she said she didn’t have one when I asked to speak to her manager her manager identified her as Melissa, and wanted To the threaten with calling the cops because I have a complaint! Will never shop there again

It's been 3-4 years since the last time I've been to the Family Dollar store in Woonsocket. Dollar Tree is a few walking minutes away. Changes have occured - the cart poles now do not allow a cart to go past the registers. There seemed to be an overflow of merchandise every aisle I went down. I was there just for a quick trip in hoping to find a hoodie cheap enough for my budget. I found one for $10, size men's medium. Their cheapest packed cigarette is cheaper than 2 other stores I've been to in that same neck of the woods. The parking lot was surprisingly cleaner than I remember. I would definitely go back when I regain financial stability...

Today was my first time here. Store was very clean. The issue I had, the coupons didn't seem to work from the family dollar app. The Mgr on duty was rude and as if it was my fault. She manually entered a discount. Complained continously about it. I got to my car, the coupons didn't all go thru. I will not be shopping at the Woonsocket location. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and try another location.

Staff is very nice but the store itself smells like dead mice. The store is completely trashed its the messiest store ive been to. Thank God a newer cleaner one is on diamond hill. This store is absolutely disgusting 🤮

They could not cram any more stuff into this store if they tried. The store is well stocked to the point where the shelves are over flowing. This makes for quite the mess of merchandise all over the store. Some parts of the store were organized other looked like a tornado went through. However the staff was super extra nice and cheerful. It's obvious this Family Dollar is frequented by many customers to the point where the staff cant keep up with the customers.

This Family Dollar on Clinton Street has very friendly and helpful workers. They recognize their customers one by one, by greeting each person that walks in with a welcoming hello. Ty 🌺

Every time I enter this sad excuse for a store, the shelves arent stocked and most of the employees are rude. The manager acts like he has a problem with everyone. If you dont like people then work somewhere else! Simple as that.

The manager is not a people person at all. The way he talks to his customers and his employees is disgusting. He makes your shopping experience extremely uncomfortable. It's not a good feeling when you're standing in line watching a manager disrespect or belittle their customers and employees.

Family Dollar's App was not working. I went there to use the digital coupons. Manager could not even help me nor give me any discount.One employee told me she could not even clock out due to computer issues.Why they were not working on the problem to satisy their customers is beyong me.Very unsatisfied customer.If i could of gave them zero stare i would have.

I walked in was there for 10 minutes the manager started following me and he slammed his hands on the shelf over my head and started accusing me of stealing and of being drunk I was not stealing! He through me out the store screaming at me this is my store it was embarrassing and totally unjustified and I was afraid he seemed out of control he looked as if he might actually hit me his name is cliff he is the manager there I am going to see a lawyer tomorrow

Very dirty, unorganized, and unprofessional. I was just publicly and wrongfully accused of stealing razors a few weeks ago as I was checking out today by the crackhead manager there!! What a psycho..says its on video tells me he's calling cops so I waited and of course they didn't come, meanwhile he tells me to get out of his store but they waited for me to make my purchase, guess they really needed that $40.. Not first incident with this guy I just can't believe the gull of this creep and his staff!! Then as we left he proceeded to take my licence plate tell my boyfriend to suck his duck and runs inside screaming he just made a death threat against him..lol. Like Whaattt in the hell are you smoking dude?! Definitely need to clean house get rid of that manager. What's funnier when asked to see the videothey supposedly have..its conviently frozen, um try again idiot! Rant over!

overpriced products (esp. food) that is often stale like the crackers I bought yesterday..... expiration date 6/10/18 but they're stale now..... I have to watch to make sure they don't overcharge me as well as make sure food not expired.... place often a mess
