DRL Carpet is nothing short of amazing. I had stains in my rugs and an awful makeup stain on my brand new $5k WHITE couch. I was referred to them by a friend and I couldn’t be happier with the pricing, service and outcome. My rugs are so clean and all the stains have been removed. And when I lost all hope about the makeup stain coming out of my new couch, Daryl over delivered and made it look good as new. He is a miracle worker and I am so appreciative of his expertise. I will forever be a loyal customer.

DRL carpet company is great. Great customer service. Very prompt and thorough. Isiah in the office is awesome. Very professional, courteous and respectful. The carpet cleaning service is absolutely by far the best around. I have older rugs in my apartment and had them cleaned by Andre who is awesome as well, along with loveseat and reclining chair and he did a great job. They came out great and look so much better. Great service along with very reasonable pricing. Daryl the owner is very nice to work with. Great guy. I highly recommend DRL carpet for all your flooring needs. 5 Stars!!!!

Best experience I’ve had in any flooring store. Super helpful and knowledgeable, I think their names were Isiah and Shane in the showroom. Both made the process a breeze while choosing styles, and both my vinyl floor and carpet came out perfect. The owner Darrel came himself to do my quote, and he was very helpful and personable. They even left a gift bag with candy and carpet stain remover after installing !

Staff was polite and knowledgeable but it ends there. Had carpet installed and it wasn't Darrel or anyone we dealt with at the showroom. Whoever they sent or contracted didn't install properly at all. Carpet began buckling within 6 months. This wasn't a high traffic area and no kids and no shoes were in the carpet. Tried contacting several times via phone and email without response. after a year the carpet looks like it is 15 years old. finally chose to replace it all with vinyl and another company. didn't find out until we went to install it that the carpet put on our hardwood stairs were nailed into with about a hundred staples in each of the stair backs, sides and tread part. Ruining the hardwood stairs as they drove huge amounts of staples into the tread parts of all the stairs. We had NO idea they had done this at the time and they removed the original carpet so they saw how it was previously installed so they KNEW better than to damage wood flooring with hundreds of large staples! Never again! Not happy to find this was done and that when we tried to get a response with the carpet they ignored our contacting them. They never came out to see the work when it was done to check up n who they sent if they would have seen the carpet alone wasn't done right!

My mom, 101 years old tomorrow, wanted her couch, recliner and rugs cleaned for her birthday. All it took was one phone call to DRL carpet and everything was handled. I’m in FL and she’s in RI. No problems with scheduling or payment or wirk done. She’s happy, said they did a great job. Good birthday present choice. Thanks DRL.

We bought a house and needed everything including carpet repair in 3 rooms, carpet cleaning everywhere, and carpet installation in 2 other rooms. We wanted everything done on the same day and within a pretty tight 3 day window between closing and moving. DRL worked with us to get everything done exactly how we wanted it. DRL bound several new area rugs for us. The rugs have come back and they look amazing! The seam work and new binding are perfect, we're very pleased with the attention to detail. I'm fussy and details DO count. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DRL Carpet to anyone who needs rug binding done. Their prices are really good, we feel we got a good deal. Everyone we've dealt with at DRL has answered any questions we had and did so with a pleasant manner so you know customer service is important to the company. That's important to us. I will come back and review again after they come in to clean my carpets.

I called with an small emergency job. They were there in 90 minutes and finished in 45 minutes. This was the second time for me. They did such a great job for me the first time and reasonably priced so I called them again.

Carpets look great! Everything from estimate to installation was smooth and efficient. The install crew was very helpful with relocating furniture and returning it back to its place. Before the install crew left they did a great job with cleaning up after the job. Overall very satisfied.
