I look forward to going to this Dollar Tree. I already have a favorite employee there. She is always smiling, and definitely has people pleaser built in her, from the customer service viewpoint. When her register has no waiting, she keeps herself busy by helping out the front end straightening out shelves around her register, but always keeping an eye out for people who approach her register while she is busy doing other things, and acknowledges people who go to her register while she is not physically there, at the time. People are always asking where's something is, and this employee has a positive answer for everyone. I myself have been a fan of a Dollar Tree for a very long time, and happy to know the closest Dollar Tree to me is definitely worth checking out at least once...

I walked in about 8 pm 07-17-21 and immediately a person approached me and said. If I could leave my backpack at the front of the store. I asked her if she asks a woman to leave her purse? She said no, that's different! I said how and I didn't see any signs on the way in. She said it's company policy. With a severe attitude! Raising her voice acting as if she was going to continue abusing me verbally. I just walked out and felt stigmatized. I carry my bag everywhere. All my personal belongings are in it. If it goes missing. Will she replace the items? She needs god in her life. I was soaking wet and I just wanted to purchase a pack of razors. So, I could look presentable for work tomorrow.

I go to this store all the time, there is one employee there in particular name Oceanna who is always very rude with a bad attitude. My opinion is if you do not like your job then you should find one more suitable instead of being ignorant towards your customers and taking it out on them. I do not think she belongs working there. I will no longer be shopping at this location due to her bad attitude. I am all set with being treated disrespectful.

I found this Dollar store there was no products on a the truck was supposed to be there Wednesday and today is Monday so I will go to another dollar store and never go back to this one I have nothing on the shelf

Business customer here. Called and the lady hung up on me. Call placed at 11.38 am 23/08/2022 disrespectful and rude. If u can't handle the call get a manager. I will be making a corporate complaint

They literally only have 1 shopping cart for the whole cart for the whole store. Made shopping with a toddler so much harder. If I could rate a zero I would.

It's 8:53, they close at 9. Just left one dollar tree (didn't have enough if the item in stock) to go to this one real quick....and they locked the doors 10min early. The Open sign is even still up. 🤔🤔
