Outstanding service in both Pharmacy & Front Store. I've been customer for 10+ years, through multiple serious health issues and appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of all of Pharmacy staff I've worked. The front store is always well stocked and staffed w friendly team members. My favorite CVS store! Thank you.

OK, I am from out of town, but I wanted a gallon of milk. As you can see I couldn't even get one. You'd think CVS would have a strong game in the same city their corporate headquarters is in - Woonsocket is a CVS town for sure - but no. Oh well, it's not the world's worst CVS. That honor goes to the CVS in Oxon Hill, Maryland.

I went to the minute clinic and Courtney was off the chart perfect, pleasant, nice and knowledgeable. I had my treatment with the second young lady and she told me what medication I need to administer with confidence but there was one thing missing. At check in there was no young or older lady person tell anyone to go to to computer to check in I had to tell people to do this I know it's vacation time. But you might want to create a card board hand or a big cutout that says hey come this way click here I will guide you guys that way people won't just walk away confused as people were ok

The main store is very nice and the staff is nice as well but the pharmacy is a different story. It is not even my Pharmacy but I went there one time because it's close to my home and I was dealing with a medical emergency and I was treated HORRIBLY by a middle-aged woman that works there. She was beyond rude to me. So rude that I left in tears. I luv shopping at that particular CVS but I haven't been able to bring myself back there since.

I can only speak for my own experiences in the Woonsocket Store. Both pharmacists, Alexa and Stephanie have ALWAYS been very professional and caring. The staff always friendly and courteous as well. I’ve been going to this store for over 3 years, but my experiences have been very pleasant unlike other people’s. Like many business, sometimes there’s a shipping or product problem.Way too much hate mail on here so I felt the need to speak, not to mention the current virus pandemic which is causing all types of shortages and other related problems.Thank you Woonsocket, R. I. Store for having 2 Phenomenal pharmacists and great staff as well.

Not a bad CVS, sometimes I have to call more than 1x though to refill my prescriptions.The pharmacist there are very nice if you have a problem with something she or (he) will try her/his hardest to straighten it out. The other employees are also very nice, everytime I walk in I get a friendly greating. The store is always neat clean and well stocked.

After having many many problems with my prescriptions through this pharmacy. I can say that the main store is usually pretty good. The staff in the main store are usually very helpful and easy to find. They are usually very efficient at checking you out and calling more people to ring up if necessary. However the pharmacy lacks communication between employees and what policies are. I am usually told one thing by one pharmacy employee and told something else by another. I am getting very sick of this and I'm thinking seriously about switching my Scripps to another pharmacy.. not CVS!

I went to the minute clinic on Tuesday because I could tell I was getting sick with a sore throat. I rarely get sick. I left with the advice of buying pharmaceutical Sudafed and gargling salt water. Which I did for 2 days, religiously. I woke up this morning unable to breathe, my throat was almost swollen shut! So I went to urgent care. I have a throat and ear infection and was extremely dehydrated. Despite my drinking water continuously. My throat infection is so painful that I haven’t been able to swallow my own spit. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. Which is why I went to a clinic at the first sign. I thought I was going to an easy access clinic. Not to an individual who doesn’t know what they’re doing? Unbelievable. Don’t waste your time. Pay a real doctor or a more experienced nurse. *No offense to the girl who helped me. She was lovely.*

Just called the store to check if they had the asthma medicine I really needed. The girl who answered didn’t even bother to check and said “nah we don’t have that kind” ...desperate, my boyfriend went to the store anyways.. and found the medication I needed right there on the shelf. Corporate CVS should be more careful when they hire individuals. I’ll use Walgreens from now on.

I am 10 weeks pregnant and went to get meds my midwife sent for nausea and thank God my husband decided to read the paperwork with the medication we picked up because they handed us a bottle of antidepressants (which is not recommended for pregnant women to take) instead of B6 vitamins! So upsetting to think I could've possibly miscarried due to somebody not doing their job correctly.

I've never written a review for a Pharmacy before, but was so impressed with the service I received at the Cass Ave. location I felt the need to do so. The pharmacists that work there went above and beyond to help me with an issue with a prescription after 4 other pharmacies in the area would not. If I could remember her name I would give her a shout out, but just know that they wen't out of their way to assist me.

I was just in this store and they shouldn't of let some broad hold up the line cuz she couldn't get her coupons in order. And then she got store coupons and she's trying to use them as they print out as she holding up the rest of the line! Like get your coupons and get back in line, don't hold everyone up cuz you want to use your coupons here and now!👎👎

Went for an Interview here and was told about a few days later i had the job, I put everything down on my application and such, Anyways I filled out all of the paperwork they needed and such the Manager women told me that she would be calling me about a week later when she got back from her vacation to let me know when I start, I never heard from her everytime I called I got excuses from other people anyways the day after I got an Email telling me that they had to basically take away my job offer and that I would not be starting there. Too me this is VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! If they would have called and talked too me about things that I had already talked about and explained too me then, then maybe I would have been a little bit more Understanding. I can honestly say that CVS is one of the worst places I've ever had to deal with in my life work wise. Other then that anyone that i know that have either worked for CVS or are have told me That they are the worst place to work for and there just friggen AWFUL! If your trying to get a job through them or are working for them all I have too say is good luck and God Bless you! Because your gonna need all the luck you can get! Hope everyone has a wonderful day!Btw i wouldn't have even given them 1star if i could have just left it blank but you have to press something in order too comment on this! Good luck and God Bless!

Every single time I come to this pharmacy, I wait for my scripts for AT LEAST 20 min. Either my scripts weren't ready at the time promised, or I'm sitting in the drive thru forever, it doesnt matter if there's 10 cars in line, or 2...it is SO AGGRAVATING!

Drove all the way from ice cream machine to here with 5 minutes to spare to get something for my sick kid but yeah they was standing at from with doors locked counting down the last 5 mins to run out I am disappointed in the service it says 10 not 9:55 o and as soon at it hit 10 they ran out thank you I go travel to another cvs or store to get meds for my daughter who is not feeling ok I would put no stars if I could hire people who care .........

Their pharmacy staff is very inefficient. I got a text message from them telling me that my scripts were ready to be picked up, I get there and they told me that they weren't ready and I would have to wait an hour, and they are rude.

Never had a issue with the store it always has stock and is super clean.The pharmacy always fills my meds on time.reason for not giving 5 stars is because There is 1 person in the pharmacy that has been rude even hung up on me .all the other employees are professional .I see others have had the same problem with this person.other then that I love Cvs and will continue to due business with this location

these people actually told me before that they didnt have any 800mg Ibprophen in store at all when I had filled a script of it the same day and got pickup confirmation call. All of a sudden when I made a stink about it they found some and had to bottle it up fast. Truly a fishy pharmacy. Use N. Smithfield location if you can.

The worst pharmacy period scripts never ready tried giving me someone else's meds took me three visits to get blood sugar meter and now that I've got it the last 7 visits they keep saying I didnt get it and spend 30 minutes looking for it and they keep trying to give me meds that I told them I don't want or have been discontinued by my doctor and many more issues like a doctor very rude pharmacist ect ect I could go on for hours about the issues and problems I've had CVS is definitely loosing there good name with this particular pharmacy

This store is slow and they mess up all the time. Only place I have a hard time filling a prescription. They are terrible. Stay away!!! If I could have given it no stars I would have.
