I live relatively live close by to the CVS on Cass Ave Woonsocket. I have never had an issue here as all the people I have dealt with are friendly and knowledgeable. They have made concessions if an item I was looking for was out of stock and have offered a replacement item of similar value. Plus, you can use mfg coupons alongside CVS coupons and really get items at a great savings.

Not happy with my recent visit to the pharmacy. I previously had a script with walgreens pharmacy for metformin. When walgreens closed all scripts were sent to CVS at Apple Valley. I was getting my scripts from optum rx..no problem. At some point optum delayed sending my scripts.....to this day I am having a problem getting my scripts transferred to CVS.

Come to this store with an observant eye! If you are interested in how corporate planning and market testing is from an outsider's eye, this should one of three locations within a square mile to visit.Of course, these are all observations from an outsider's eye, but it is cool to notice all the qualities of this store!The store parking lot is next to what looks to be a hip restaurant ready to serve customers in a seasonal accommodation. The parking lot is clean, and upon entering the store, is the same. Employees seem to be well taken care of because they seem happy.There is a cool technology on the drink cooler doors that act as smart screens. It displays advertisements from a distance, but once you come close, it shows pictures of the drinks available so you can open the covered cooler and take it out. There is no way to tell if the drink is in there until the door is opened. This seems to be an interesting tech that is being tested close to CVS headquarters.Another fascinating observation is that the Tide Pods that are located on the other side of the candy aisle. While the Tide Pod Challenge is a few years old, the visual representation does make them look like candy. They are located high enough that a child would not be able to reach for them, mistaking them for candy. The store's proximity to CVS headquarters makes for a unique story to tell, though.What makes this store part of a larger, grander tour is how close this store is to another CVS and their headquarters. CVS is one of the country's largest companies, with their headquarters located down the road in a sprawling office park. You can see electrical grid infrastructure in the office park and it has safe walkability for pedestrians during off-peak commuter times.This store, and headquarters, are 2/3 of the grand tour. For the last 1/3, I recommend heading to a CVS a mile to the west and in the city of Woonsocket, Rhode Island.Observe the difference in the two stores, as Woonsocket is a city that is struggling to reach it's full potential, due to a number of economic and demographic factors. Look at the way the store is organized and planned out. Does there seem to be a difference in the energy of the employees and the cleanliness of the store?Remember that a single store is not a significant impact in the dynamics of a potential city. However, to get a good picture of how money, and power, may flow through corporate structures is to see all 3 of these things in close proximity.I would love to hear your analysis and critique in a response below! They Completely messed up my lastPrescription and they take FOREVER.It is a nightmare trying to talk to a person in the pharmacy. In every CVS you have to wrestle with a computer generated voice that misunderstands everything you say and tries to sell you stuff especially immunizations for a dozen viral diseases.TODAY 6/5/23, THEY WERE WONDERFUL AT THE PHARMACY.GLAD TO SEE THEY MADE SOME CHANGES.

Rating is regarding the pharmacy. Tried to pick up my prescription and apparently it there lunch time. Exactly 130 and rather than taking the few minutes to take care of my prescriptions then going to lunch I was rudely asked to come back after there break. Very unprofessional. I will definitely be switching pharmacy and suggest others to use a different location!

Whent to this store this morning. Krista who works in the pharmacy is truly an asset to the CVS corporation. She definitely went above and beyond today and I can't thank her enough. She deserves a big raise. The entire pharmacy staff this morning all had a smile on there face and were definitely working as a team. A rarity at most retail stores that are all understaffed. Thank you again!

I really love CVS. Is my go-to pharmacy and I am loyal to it. However, there should always be someone available in the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. It should never be closed during business hours.

I frequently(2-3 x/week) run to the Woonsocket CVS on my way to visit my grandchildren.I’ve always been impressed with the people working there and how quickly I get checked out at the register. My local (Milford, MA) CVS seems to always have a long line and more often than not, there’s some kind of problem at the register when you finally reach the counter.

I do not even want to rate CVS with 1 star. My husband and I got the first dose of the vaccine. He got a vaccination card, lanyard, etc. I got my first dose and I got nothing. No record of my first dose or being vaccinated or anything. I am unemployed and was treated like a scumbag, even though I lost my job having to homeschool my daughter during the pandemic. DO NOT GET THE VACCINE UNLESS THEY GIVE YOU A VACCINATION CARD. Know your rights!

I'm a senior homebound disabled .i pay for medication delivery .my meds were called in Sunday its Wednesday I still don't have them .i called to ask about my meds .was called too lazy to go look in a mail box not even in the building I live .i have vertigo severely .suffering severe dizziness and also I suffer osteoarthritis over 20 years . there's a difference between not being able to because of disabled .and being too lazy I'm nearly 65 years old .

i went this morning to get my flue shot for 10 am i was surpose to call from my phone to say i was there it wasnt working and im not that good with the phone i went inside and ask the girl where to go she said to go to the counter and give my paper and i did and the girl put it in the computer i was waiting in chair for a while then another nurse that was giving the shots starting calling everyone in but me so i went over to her and asked how come she wasnt calling me she yelled at me you have to go to the counter i said i did she was rude and not someone you want dealing with people very fresh another kid gave me my shot so i went to make an appoment for my covid shot and told the girl any where but here i will never come back

Called to find info about something I purchased this lady was nasty,rude,and tried to lie saying she was the manager. HORRIBLE customer service! This lady refused to give me her name. Her college who was just as rude says he name is butlina but I highly beleive that was also a lie!

Mr.Falkowski & stakeholdersFormal complaint on store 3573I filed a complaint thorough your website and also with state board of pharmacy. I am very concern about a mishap with my medication on June 6,2021. Had several problem with this location for a year but due to my insurance was only able to fill with CVS . Was extremely Ill and bruising on my legs, arms and eyes. Had to call my family doctor due to the medication burning around eyes. Have been on my medication for six years this has started a huge medicalFile . Was not sure if I had to file a complaint to HUMAN HEALTH SERVICES XAVIER BECERRA

Every time I call and talk to someone the machine doesn’t give any options to speak with the pharmacy.. just keeps repeating itself. I’ve called multiple times and still no options to talk to anyone.
