We did a walmart pick-up up order, and the grapes we got had mold on them. Also, the zucchini was pockmarked. This is not the first time we've gotten pick-up where produce has been less than acceptable. I keep wanting to think it was just a careless error on the packer's part, but at this rate it seems pretty intentional to me. If you plan on making a pick-up order I'd suggest either not adding produce to your order, or you need to inspect each item when they load it into your car.

You have awesome employees here. I had to ask for help three times, from three separate employees, and each time each person was so pleasant, friendly, and helpful. They went beyond to help me. I wish I could remember their names.

Im from Central CT, visiting Stonington. I needed to go to Walmart, and this was the closest since I was only 2 miles away from the Rhode Island line, I came here and man it was so quiet at night. It was raining so no one was in the store. Then, they had great sales going on. Employees were soo nice!!

Great store with lot of parking spaces and different sections for grocery, regular entrance and the pick up section. There is also a lawn and garden section so you can choose what you want to go for. There is a subway sandwich shop in side at the entrance in case you are hungry. Very clean and organized inside which was great to have.

No where enough CK .out locations in store especially self checkout, they need to modernize the place big time 15 people deep when it's busy customers holding product waiting,, in acceptable totally,,double the amount of self CK outs wake up . Westerly

Like most Walmarts, this one was busy during my visit. I was having difficulty with the Walmart app as I was only visiting the area and I was trying to find the store map. Logging onto the Walmart wall wi-Fi was no assistance and helping the app. Identify what store I was in. I did find when I was looking for and still left a happy customer.

This is pretty much an average Wal-Mart. The biggest drawback is the produce. I have had several experiences of finding spoiled products including actual rot.

What can you say? It’s Walmart. Found everything I needed - which wasn’t much.The only problem was the checkout lines were ridiculous. Self checkout was worse than waiting behind the women with 45-50 items in their carriages. If they had more than one register open than it might have been better and everyone wouldn’t think they have to “self checkout” with 30 things.

Scheduled delivery for 3. It's now 8. After repeated attempts to call about this I got through about 630. They said they would get delivery out at 7. It's after 8 and still no delivery. No answers on the phone either. No accountability whatsoever. Not the first time either.

When you're stuck at self check out with paint and ask for assistance and are ignored and say excuse me and someone snaps back I'M BUSY!!! Realize that your customers keep you in a job!! I will never set foot in another Walmart!!! A lot to be said for Amazon!!! I went to another line to get away from Mr. Moody!!

Walmart is terrible. No lanes ever open yet employees everywhere. The self check out employees grill you like you're stealing. Makes it very uncomfortable. God forbid you have any issue there. Most employees are incapable of rectifying the issue.

This store has good prices . The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was well maintained and clean . The restroom was clean. It was well stocked . There were clothes on sale . Everyone was nice . There was plenty of parking . Kiya who worked at self checkout was very helpful and kind . She was very helpful and made our visit pleasant. We are from out of state. She made feel welcome.

A typical Walmart nothing special although it was located in an area that was a bit outside of town. I didn't see anything here that indicated that the shelves were not stocked in a regular basis. I saw no indications of shortages at this location based upon shopping both the dry good side and the grocery side. Still no shortages seen. Carts being picked up regularly it appears.

Ummm it's Walmart. I gave it three stars. Five because they have all you need in one stop. And one because the lines are always backed up with grouchy people trying to check themselves out. Kudos to the staff for always being so positive and helpful with the cards you are being dealt.

We are visitors from South Florida. We are in disbelief of this store. Clean, organized and the friendliest Walmart staff ever. The super nice cashier thanked me for my donation, the other employee actually greeted us, no 20 minutes lines to check out. How I wished our local Walmarts were like this one. Good jobs guys!

One of the cashiers tried short changing us to skim money off the top of the register at a later time... definitely not a fan of this store...(NEW REVIEW - 4 STARS)Well. This location definitely got a reality check! The entire store has had a lot of cleaning and overall new stock. Workers for the most part were very kind and helpful! I will return again.

Not sure why they offer grocery delivery after 4/5PM because it never comes. Always delayed, until the next day. Also, you have to call the store to reschedule your delivery. Absurd. Called the store, over and over again. Tried every extension for the past hour, just rings and rings, no answer. Absolutely awful customer service experience.
