They even carry cruelty-free and vegan makeup, shampoos and conditioners, and lotions ect....There are lots of perks and coupons being a member which is free!

Great store with a very wide variety of items. Clothes, rugs, pool chemicals. Shoes, food items (dry goods, not produce or refrigerated / frozen). Bird seed, nail polish, personal care items. All of your summer essentials. Really affordable prices. Friendly and helpful staff.

One of THE BEST Job Lot locations in the country. My family and I have been going to Job Lot for YEARS now. (Literally we shopped at the first location ever all the time when it first opened.) This job lot is special. Its bit, has a great amount of inventory and really has a stocked variety of great stuff. Every time I've shopped at this location its been great. The ONLY thing I would like to comment about is the cashier's. I have had 4 separate occasions where the cashiers have either made weird comments or act a bit strange during checkout. Once again, that's not a deal breaker, people will be people, but still I wanted to point it out. They are always pretty nice, and I can't wait to visit again soon!Overall Rating: 10/10

I love Job Lot ! Always a great selection of new items , seasonal and useful. I will always go to Job Lot instead of Walmart . They are community conscious and donate to many causes that affect us all. Good people good values, morals and merchandise.

This store has a wide variety of things for the home, a limited supply of clothing, plus a nice selection of dry foods. They have sheets, towels, things for the yard and garden, cosmetics, toiletries, stationery, toys, beach accessories, lots of chips, popcorn, cookies, crackers, dried fruits and nuts. There is a limited selection of bottled soft drinks, and they always have pallets of Polar brand soda and flavored seltzers. The best thing about this store is the way everything is kept neat and clean. Just remember that the business model for this chain is that they stock closeouts, overruns, and salvaged items, so don't expect to find your favorite brands every time. It is hit or miss. I give it five stars because of the savings and cleanliness.

Convenient for certain foods that are otherwise hard to find at reasonable prices, basic supply items and original and useful things many times. There's a little bit of chaos in the store, and that is part of its charm.

If I could give this location a negative star rating, I would.The store itself is like any other Job Lot that I have been to, but with it being a quick stop to use the restroom and grab a snack, I was absolutely DISGUSTED by the way that the women's bathroom looked. The outside of the stall doors were filthy, as were the insides of them. With me being handicapped, I had to use the appropriate stall... Thank GOD that I bring gloves and a travel pack of Lysol wipes with me into EVERY public restroom, because the toilet had feces on the rim, under the seat and on the wall. YOU'RE WELCOME WESTERLY, RI OCEAN STATE... I DID the staff person's job who signed off for first shift today!P. S. It might make a better atmosphere if your cashier's actually smiled and weren't leaned all over their area, looking as if they were bothered by me wanting to make a one item purchase!

Most of here is of medium quality I wouldn't consider it long-lasting it's enough for a quick job if needed for the tools and most of the stuff I wouldn't expect the last more than maybe a year or two. Overall I like to store layout it's a larger one than most The staff is decent and it's not a bad place overall

It's Ocean State Job Lot, what else is there to say. They have some great things at great prices and they have some junk at great prices too. You have to pick out the good stuff and leave the junk behind. The location is very good, there's plenty of parking and the staff is usually pleasant enough. It can be a good place to save a couple of bucks.

One of the best Ocean State job lots I've been to. The selection of merchandise was by far the best we've seen in years. Other Ocean State stores should take notice of the lay out and how clean it was. Plus they had a mobility scooter. Big thumbs up!

You never know what you're going to find here which is good and bad I guess. They always have certain staples though. Best place to buy nuts like almonds and peanuts, you cant beat the price. The people who work there are great

I do my best not to bother employees for directions or whereabouts of items because I understand they all have jobs to complete. But, this afternoon when I walked in I didn't think it would be to much of a inconvenience due to the fact that they didn't look busy, they were all huddled in a circle chatting, and there were no lines that I decided I could ask them where or if there was fall decorations . They looked at me with all puzzled and disgusted looks, asked me 3 times what i meant by decorations and then rudely said "No , why would we have that ?". I felt embarrassed and walked out immediately . Shame on employees that treat there custumers like that.I have always loved job lot but I won't be going back to this specific store.

This is were I go for most of my pool supplies! They have all the needed items for pool maintenance. The rest of the store is something like a treasure chest, always finding something unexpected and unique! ( And well priced!)

You are a cluttered discount store. I do shop there, it is not one of my favorite places. And at times sales help not so friendly. Though I will say the Middletown store has improved. Hence 3 stars.

Love this place! Once you sign up for a card, all sales items are automatically given to you at the sale price. No cutting coupons!The employees are very personable and helpful as well.

I can always find what I'm looking here. I prefer the OSJL in Westerly,RI because they have a huge kayak section here. There are some really good entry level fishing kayaks here that are hundreds of dollars less than the big boy stores & competitive kayak shops. My friend has one that is green and is identical to the tall tan kayak in the photo - a Future Beach Angler 160 (13' 4" long). She paid $400 for the kayak and $25 for the paddle (it retails for $900 from the manufacturer!).

Always has more than your looking for... summertime needs garden pool etc. Prices are always priced better than box stores etc. You go in for an item but come out with 3 bags full.
