I'm so happy with this pupI wouldn't go anywhere else for a puppy you even get your first vet appointment for free and warranty with the pup 🐶. All these other negative reviews are false. You can go amd look up the while family background going back generation's.

People are very rude the poor dogs are in little tiny things barking a couple had blood on them want to get them all but to expensive some where biting each other while most of them where sleeping and barely moving because what else is their to do in a 2x4 box with a bunch of other dogs on top of you and such and some where older and may never get bought what happens to them do they get put down breaks my heart literally in tears I want them all pee and poop in the little areas some diarrhea here and their with some of them could be from nerves but overall who who’s what they give to them I think they where giving shots or something when I went in who knows if they know how to do that or if they are giving them bad stuff or what I’ve talked to others who have got dogs from their some have said that they died soon after and some said they are amazing and lasted for years so I guess it depends but no matter what no money back they just grab the puppy shove the needle in it and throw it back the pups where attacking each other bloody!!! As soon as we walked in the said “look at the puppies do not touch them and do not let them lick you” and that’s it not to friendly then they say with their AirPods in doing what ever these poor puppies we need someone to save them all!!!!!! Animal services or whatever it’s called or something I guess different workers do different things but I would expect them to let you bring them in the little play pen they have set up or try to help you if they really want your money not to talk about how much they cost but that’s not really a problem because it’s average these days but yeah also they need less puppies in the tiny little thing and bigger areas for them too I don’t think they ever get out or probably never go outside should go in their that can’t be legal breaks my heart thanks for reading god bless you and the puppies their! ❤️😭

I stopped at this store on the way home from a birthday weekend away in December 2018. I peeked in the window (the young man that was working that day was a few minutes late to open, no big deal) and saw this tiny little baby across the room, and she actually raised one paw and waved!Once the store was open, we went in and respectfully browsed. Everything was very clean, which surprised me a little since they had just opened (makes it very clear that the pups are meticulously cared for), and other than just a general smell of dog (even that was less intense than expected, considering that there were at least twenty pups in total), there were no smells in the air and no messes to be seen.I made sure to check out all the pups (without touching-- it's so hard not to touch all of them, but it keeps them safe!) before I came back to the lone chihuahua puppy that waved. The employee was very nice and helpful, and let me play with her in a little pen they have set up, and I was in love. It was my first time purchasing a pet instead of rescuing, but she was worth every single penny! She'll be 2 years old this October, and is the happiest, sweetest, most well-behaved dog I have ever known! They even provided papers for her to show proof of her lineage, and I don't have one negative thing to say about this place.I'm SO happy I stopped that day and found my Daisy-- she is my world! She's never had a single health issue, behavioral issue, or overall concern the entire time I've had her, so I'm happy to share this review so people know that the puppies are happy and healthy, and come from reputable breeders! And thank you for this wonderful animal; she has made my life so much better!

I dealt with Alex and he is an exceptional young man! We took home a beautiful King Charles Cavalier, he was so well behaved and sweet! We were a little afraid that he may have had kennel cough (which is not the end of the world or uncommon) and Alex warmly took him back and said they would have him looked at by a vet and that they would call me to let me know how the puppy is.Exceptional service and beautiful dogs!

Thank god for places like this!I tried to adopt but when your looking for a toy breed it’s almost impossible and if you do find one you’ll have to jump through hoops to be considered.I walked in the Perfect Puppy and knew instantly I wanted him. I left a deposit to hold and visited him regularly while he was vetted. Everyone was really nice and accommodating.All the dogs are well taken care of and they get excited to see the help. That says a lot.It’s been 9 months now and he’s healthy smart and well natured. I’m lucky!In defense of bad reviews Nothing is guaranteed healthy at birth in life. Nothing!!

I bought my little Eskipom from the Warwick branch. His name is Bandit. When I made my appointment with Perfect Puppy, the people that worked there were super nice and welcoming. All the puppies were very happy and healthy. I'd probably buy another pup from Perfect Puppy. (pics are in order from when I got him to now♡)

STOP BUYING FROM BREEDERS. The shelters are FULL of healthy adoptable dogs who've been done wrong by humans. Everytime you buy one, another doesn't make it out alive. Cmon people it's 2024.

Best decision that I ever made. This is my first GSD. I got him in 2019 and never looked back. The place was clean, the puppies all looked happy, and the staff was super helpful. He is a gentle giant (literally, he's much bigger than I had read he would be :) plays with my grandkids and my kitten! Just not a fan of my UPS man, lol!

This facility has alot of dogs. The odor in the facility made me have to leave a few times while waiting to see a pup of interest.The dog had runny eyes, underweight and clearly sick.Despite that obvious signs of sickness, my fiancé wanted to purchase to get the puppy out of those conditions.Puppy displayed signs of sickness from the first night home. Excessive coughing to where it was throwing up, wheezing, not able to sleep and upset stomach.Took the pup to the vet and confirmed it was sick. Was given cough medicine, anti-nausea pills and antibiotics, along with a recheck in 10 days.My other dog who was perfectly healthy until bringing home this puppy is now sick as well and awaiting a vet visit tomorrow.Symptoms of coughing to the point she’s throwing up, harsh breathing and unable to sleep.Do not recommend buying a dog here!!My original dog came directly from a licensed breeder in MA with certified health and accredited and was always in perfect health until this new addition came home from this facility.

It's like a puppy mill in there! Many are kept in giant metal boxes where they cannot even see out!!! I felt bad for all of them. 8/5/23... i have a neighbor who bought a puppy here that DIED within 2 months. They refused to give her the money back!!!! None of it!!! If you buy from here....... be prepared for the worst!!!!

Just make sure you double check your contract when it comes to financing because my daughter got a 170% interest on hers. She was too excited to actually read the contract her fault i know but still. also the puppy was sick she had worms and something else and they did nothing.

Please don't get your animals from here. They are from the Amish puppy mills and they sell you dogs that arnt even the correct breed you want and over charge. Go to a reputable breeder. With every puppy you buy from they the puppy mills produce more. I have so many customers of mine that bring dogs in from this place and are misinformed about what actual breed they purchased and the care/grooming they need. One of my clients was charged for a Standard Doodle....her dog is a Pure Bred Mini Poodle. I've seen dogs come from here that are sick with kennel couch and many other sicknesses. Do your research and again buy from a breeder if you want a puppy.

Friendly assistants, healthy puppies and are well socialized.When inquiring about pet prices, add about $70 for microchip fee and about $40 for a bag of puppy food, to total cost, of pet.Went here for a pet, because, for 2+ years, I keep applying to shelters and groups, to adopt a small breed dog and for some reason, I kept being denied.Thank you Perfect Puppy. I couldn't be happier. Love our new puppy.<3 :-) <3

I would not recommend this place especially with family or children - although very clean and well staffed the dogs are of questionable origin and pedigree, at breeder prices. The staff seems to be floating and not at all knowledgeable on what is there. Our experience was falling in love with a puppy, spending time with it etc, starting the process to buy only to be told it has been already “sold” and undergoing deworming so was not available. If we had my daughter with us this would have been crushing, especially given our 16 yr old dogs passing in the early spring. Would suggest going alone; verifying availability and info; and negotiating price considerably as you will be taking a gamble on health. Strongly advise pet insurance as well with buying in the blind. Or better yet stick with a breeder or adopt.

I brought my sister here this past summer to buy her own puppy. With covid they only take appointments so we met my parents there where she fell in love with her puppy and I fell in love with mine. The price was steep but we got the best dogs and are so blessed that we found them. We were treated so well by all employees and I joked several times about wanting to work there because those animals were SO well cared for. They clearly loved their jobs and it was good to see. I was nervous about buying instead of rescuing but they made me feel so comfortable with my decision. We named my dog Fig and he is the perfect dog for me. He has been following me around since I got him! Loves long walks but sometimes sleeps later than I do. Highly recommend here and if you’re worried about buying I promise it’s worth it when it comes to these beautiful pups!

I purchased my American Eskimo-Pomeranian here almost a year ago in August 2018 I just randomly decided to look at there website again and see what dogs they had right now. I read the reviews a lot of them are very fabricated. The staff was really great to me and my girlfriend we came from Connecticut not a big drive but I called the day before and said ill come get her tomorrow and then I called on the way and made sure she wouldn’t be sold on my way there. I ended up doing the my pet funding which is expensive you end up paying a lot more than how much the dog is being sold for but that’s how it works. No one can complain as I read in one of the reviews “read the fine print”!! Anyways I paid my buyout price after 6 monthly payments of 169.26 and called it a day. I didn’t mind. Everyone who calls these “puppy mills” this place is not puppy mill there pet stores. I understand going to a shelter and all that but how are you going to be able to find the specific breed you want at a shelter like French Bulldog or a Pomeranian? They do take care of there dogs there the only thing I thought they could maybe do was put some bedding in some of the cages that’s all and I know it’s hard because they’d just pee and poop all over them that’s all I saw as a small issue. The other thing is I’m sure a lot of these people who are writing negative reviews aren’t being totally honest and probably were rude or started something first to get these employees upset with what they were doing. Give respect to get it! otherwise we loved the service we got from this store. She’s a great dog and would easily go back again! Please let me know if you ever get any French bulldogs in!!

I honestly never thought I'd get a puppy from a breeder and never even considered the idea of getting one from a pet store. I adopted my other dog about 10 years ago when Petfinder and the like were actually good sources to find a puppy and the people fostering them seemed motivated to get them adopted. Unfortunately, that's simply not the case anymore. Honestly, after submitting countless applications for puppies at shelters and rescues and not receiving a response, I got frustrated and figured I'd take a look in this place. The people at The Perfect Puppy were all very friendly and attentive to me and all of the puppies, asking that I don't touch them to ensure they can remain healthy. I immediately asked about where the puppies come from since I would never support a puppy mill and the man working explained that his father goes to breeders himself to check the conditions and bring them back to the stores. I looked at all of the puppies and all of them were healthy and alert without any indicators of neglect or illness and all of their spaces were very clean. I ended up playing with one of the puppies for a while and putting a deposit down because I noticed that while I was there, the workers were very attentive and cleaned up immediately after a puppy had used the bathroom, a little girl who was presumably a family member of one of the workers was playing with the puppies as well, and that the puppy I was playing with was very clean and healthy. I was even more thrilled this morning when I telling a coworker about my purchase and he indicated that my perception about the business is 100% accurate and he knows ones of the family members who works there and he knows 1st hand that the father and brother go out to pick up the puppies from the breeders themselves. This is a family-run business and the puppies are clearly cared for very well. The prices are about the same as you'd pay from a breeder because the puppies are from breeders. Beautiful puppies and a very nice, ethical, local, family-oriented business.

Alex and the rest of the perfect puppy staff was awesome 👌🏾 all the puppies available were well taken care of. I personally bought a male Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Not only was the puppy fairly priced but they took care of everything he needed as far as the shots microchip, and a 30 lbs bag of some really good puppy food. I also opted in and paid the extra 130 dollars which was a bundle deal that came with the crate a toy dog treats harness and leash and pee wee pads. They really took care of my wife and I as customers and the process of obtaining credit to finance the puppy was easy and fast. I would recommend everybody I know to buy a puppy from the theperfectpuppyri.com you won't be disappointed and if there's nothing here you don't want then they have 2 other locations you can go to. All in all the experience was unforgettable and when I purchase another puppy inwill go thru the perfect puppy again. Thank you Alex and the perfect puppy crew for my fur baby and all the memories my family and I will have with our new addition.

Don't listen to the ridiculous 1 star reviews. We have purchased two beautiful pups from them, one from Scituate and one from Plainville. My Mom's Bichon Brady has been an amazing dog as our Bailey has been, a Yorkiechon. The staff are friendly and caring as are the owners.

They offer predatory loans that if not paid by 3 months come with a 300+% interest rate; they'll lie and say if you pay it all back there's no interest that's a bold face lie the lending company took approximately $200 of interest when I paid it off THE SAME MONTH so just beware I could've paid it in full but my girlfriend couldn't leave without the puppy be careful guys these guys have no morals I would not recommend this place to anyone... oh yeah ALSO they say they're giving you free dog food yet they charge you for the food I'm confused which part of the free dog is free the bag? BEWARE FOLKS

I was never a fan of "pet stores" that just have a bunch of puppies in crates. However perfect puppy is far from just a "pet store" They were informative of all sorts of breeds and deal with reputable breeders. In this case I bought a cockapoo who has been nothing short of a "perfect puppy." Great bread for those who want to have a dog for the first time and have children. Perfect puppy gave great guidance on crate training and it worked to a T. I then began clicker training and at 4 months old he has responded splendidly. The vet states that indeed the breeder is of quality. If you are looking for an inexpensive pup however, this isn't the place for you and perhaps shelters might be a viable option. Nowadays you have to pay for a quality dog. So far well worth the money. Keep up the great work Perfect Puppy!

Do not buy the puppy from here, my friend paid dearly for a sick dog. And their dogs are more expensive than other. To buy a puppy, you need to pay extra for dog food and microchip. That is very expensive too.

The puppies at Perfect Puppy, and the staff, have never been less than amazing each time I've visited. I received a dog from them, and she truly was perfect! Each time I go there now the staff is more than willing to let me interact with the puppies, so long as I clean my hands in between interactions. They care for and love their puppies so well, and it's the best place to get a puppy, hands down!!

Staff was friendly and approachable. They answered my questions without hesitation. Dog touching is not allowed, which protects these young pups from transmittable diseases. I think if you are interested in a particular pup they'd let you sanitize your hands and play with one. They had quite a few pups to choose from. However, having done extensive research beforehand I recognized many of the breeder names from the PA Amish community of puppy mills. I also recognized that Puppy World tripled the prices compared to if you drove to PA yourself and picked a pup. They do offer financing if needed. But if you need to finance a pup then you probably shouldn't get a dog. Pups are great but they grow into dogs and sometimes can become costly especially if there is an unexpected health issue or accident. This puppy store reminds me of Rent a Center or Fingerhut. You get the same product as other stores offer but you pay 3x as much so you have to "finance" it. I hope you find your forever fur family friend ❤

The store is well taken care off, the staff is great and helpful. I purchased a German Shepherd and they take great care of them, they were grooming a puppy while we were there and they took great care of them. They cleaned the areas where the puppies stay and checked their water frequently. They also made sure after you held a puppy, and put them back, you sanitize your hands so if you touch another there is no possible transfer of anything. Thank you so much for your service, I can not wait to take my pup home!

So I recently purchased a perfect French Bulldog on Jan 22, 2022 from the West Warwick office ($6820 after fees). He is an amazing puppy with a great disposition. His records said he had been positive for giardia, but no treatment info. At his first vet visit at NK animal hospital his stool sample confirmed he did have it still and a bad ear infection. That being said, here is my review on all aspects. I had no problem with the staff that others mentioned. They were all younger, but helpful. My concern was with the 5 Frenchies they had available. 1 had a heart murmur and discounted price, 1 a knee patella issue same price and all 5 had hernias and we're fixed at the same time around 8 weeks. Pre existing conditions make it difficult to get pet insurance and any conditions they disclose are not covered by insurance or the store. Also, the contract says it covers congential and heridetary conditions but excludes breed specific conditions. So if you are on a limited budget be careful. That means they pretty much don't cover anything except the rare conditions. It didn't smell great but that is expected with lots of puppies. They had a few dogs in the cages which was not good and should transition them all to the pens on the floor overall my new puppy is wonderful but treating him for giardia and an ear infection. It has only been a week.
