I’m in LOVE with the self-service dog bathing station. It’s amazing. $16 for members or $25 non-members. Super easy to be a member just give them your phone number and name. They give you shampoo/conditioner of your choice, you get to use a small/big tub, high velocity blow dryer, and you have access to any brushes, cleaners, towels, and deodorizers at the station. My fluff ball was so clean when I left! A thousand times better than I could do at home. 100% recommend

Glad they moved to a new location still in Warwick. Also super excited for the self wash stations. No longer have to drive to Kingston or East Providence from Warwick for their wash stations. I know a native ri complaint. Intrigued by the open air stalls though. Definitely will try the wash station one day. They still carry all of varieties of treats and frozen dog foods.

My favorite store to get everything I need for my dogs including their food. Thanks to the manager I was educated on a better brand than I was feeding them which ultimately helped with some health issues. Great staff and great store. Thank you so much!!

I used to work at the east providence location in sales and then became a medical supervisor. This store changed my life. I was very young at the time and it taught me so many valuable lessons. The owner the staff and the quality pets they receive are unmatchable to any pet place in New England. They will continue to thrive due to their intentions of respecting and their passion for customers and their animals. Would work for them again if I wasn’t raising three babies at the moment. Such a wonderful place! This is a place that i reflect on when I think of my childhood and for that I’m so grateful.

I started shopping there years ago for my many rescued cats. One day I met the owner and began discussing the many cat and kitten colonies I was feeding and taking care of. He then gave me 8 huge bags of high quality cat food for $5 dollars apiece. He is an extremely nice and compassionate man. I live far from there now but I always recommend it. And I always tell people what he did for the homeless cats.

They have so many things for your fur babies. What I like the most is the special attention the have for your fur baby like having a water fountain with fresh water. And the workers are very attractive and are very willing to help you find what your looking for. Great store.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable about pet food. It’s nice to find a store that sells quality foods, not just the food that is advertised on tv. The staff that was scheduled today are professional and friendly. Helped with harness selection and best toys for puppies. With all the recalls on the big name food companies, it’s nice to feel confident that you are getting the best food for your pet.

The employees are nice but they don't have a good selection at all. The shelves are barren and for a pet store they barely carry that much stuff and the only animals they have are beta fish. I see more pet supplies at Target or Walmart.

This seems to be a smaller location, but they always have exactly what I'm looking for. The staff always answer my questions, and they are always willing to help me find an item if I seem to be having a difficult time finding it myself. I appreciate that this place is never very crowded, and I appreciate the care and personal attention I receive from their lovely employees.

I thought I'd give them another chance since they stopped selling dogs. Still unimpressed. We went in looking for a bunny and they had several. The workers couldn't tell me anything about them. Didnt know if they were mini's, what breed they were, or how big they were going to get. They really were clueless

Incredible knowledge and service. Would not shop anywhere else. Clean products for animals. Difference between shopping at Stop and Shop and Whole foods. No comparison 😊❤️

The employees can be very rude. My experience has been either the workers totally ignore you, or speak to you with attitude for interrupting them by needing assistance. I stopped buying anything from them.
