Spoke to an employee over the phone. They said if my vet sent over the prescription for my dogs food, Even if the pharmacy area closed. They would honor it. My vet sent over the script and we get there to be told no they will not honor it. For kibble. They withheld kibble that we were promised they would honor. Which by the way is twice if not three times the price of getting it from my vet, but my vet ran out and had to order some for us.

Don't bother going if you tried calling for assistance first, employees don't understand how the store is run and don't communicate between each other. Assured us over the phone that they would honor a script sent to the pharmacy, I show up and the manager told me completely opposite information. Training definitely needed. Cashier kept wiping nose without sanitizer as well, nasty.

I go here for occasional bird toys, and pellets for my budgies. I got my first budgie here and he [she, I got a female but didn't quite realize it.] is a wonderful little guy. Pretty healthy and after his flight feathers came in quite a amazing little personality, he did take some time to train but I mostly chose to buy from here because they did have playful, lively birds unlike petco's birds which are often very cold/seemingly sick, considering how there feathers are puffed. The only reason I give 3 stars is this: Petsmart and petco rarely if EVER provide actual real information about pets and they don't always take proper care of there birds or exotic pets at all, even if I took home a healthy bird I was rather lucky in that. And, I bought a cage from here (quarentine cage) and it was 55$, and its very cheaply made. I found other, more high-quality ones elsewhere. Overall, good for quick runs to get food or toys, but overall its kinda a 50/50 shot, good from things, bad for others. Depends on how aware you are in regards to your animals needs and what you should/shouldnt give them.That said, I won't deny this store gave me my best friend. I will give them credit for that, even if they aren't always the most knowledgeable.

Very bad! Store! I called to get me dog and cat microchipoed. I spoke with a woman who was very rude on the phone. This was March 13th, at 5:50pm. I didn't get to ask for her name. She was very rude I called back again to ask for the phone number of the in-store vet and a woman named ana answered it took a second to register, so immediately I asked again, "What her name was" and she said Tammy to lie. So, the initial woman I spoke to who was most rude was definitely black (I am black and our voices are deeper) or she was Spanish. But, I promise you she was not white. [I say this for store identification purposes]Very rude, no in way helpful. She said her manger name was Ray or Jay

Went in the store for one thing I keep seeing on people's tick Tok or Facebook reels the brown couch for small animals. IAM on a bunch of Bearded Dragon pages and a bunch of people have it and I wanted it as well for when Luna has floor time. I walk into the store and it was right there in the first isle. Also got product for our 60 gallon tank for fish.

Good prices for what I need, however, it's always freezing in this store. I feel bad because they have all the exotic beta fish and small animals by the entrance. I also shop at Petco and never noticed a temperature problem.

Got some fish from them, they ended up having ick and dying one by one. Went in to see if I could get new fish and they need the body in order to give you new fish.. so you expect me to let these dead fish rot for the week when I can’t come in during the week being a single mom and working two jobs? No. I’m sorry but those poor things already died. I’m not going to just let their bodies rot in a cup or bag for that long. I will never be shopping at pet smart again. Went to petco right down the street and the lady who helped me was so informative and they don’t require the body for a refund or exchange if this happens. Be aware. Waste of money and time going to petsmart.

Always had a good experience here until recently. The young lady checking people out in the evening on the weekend very rude and she was picking her lips constantly and touching the money and items. Maybe she was just having a bad day but every single person that came to that line she had some sort of issue with. She gave the lady in front of me a hard time about her tons of prescription food that involved a manager while we waited as there was no other line open. She even rolled her eyes at my pup that got a little excited when it was our turn. Very disappointed in our visit this time.

PetSmart in Warwick is very conveniently located. The store is always clean and maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Oftentimes, things like pet food have decent sales. The only issue: some items are out of stock a lot. When looking for a few specific brands of food and kitten litter, I've popped in 3 separate times throughout the week and didn't find what we needed. The plus is that you can order and have your order shipped. But in store, there are sometimes the shelves have lots of empty space, and nothing in the back. Otherwise, I find PetSmart affordable and easy to shop at.

I bring my little dog to Petsmart for her grooming on Bald Hill Rd in Warwick, Rhode Island. The groomers there are super friendly and do a great job! I have been bringing my little Aussieton there for 4 years and I am very happy!

We shop here for all our pet needs. They offer multiple options, especially with the Nutro doog food. We buy our bunny her natural toys here as well as her bedding and hay. The rewards program is worth the few minutes it takes to sign up, especially when you frequent here as much as we do.

This place used to have an amazing selection of actually healthy fish. They recently renovated the tanks out of nowhere and now there is never many fish, and they are all sick and dying. I saw a lot of dead fish and many with ich. One goldfish had it's tail bitten off.

Called ahead to see if they had a specific reptile light in stock but they told me they no longer do stock checks so I had to drive down there to find out if they even have it. There were more than enough employees in the store where they could have helped me. The prices for lights skyrocketed as well. I never go to Petsmart and now I know why. Terrible experience.

The shop is great. The hospital is great. The grooming services are ridiculously bad. I asked for my puppy to be styled for summer, and I selected the cut and all. But the stylist decided to cut him 2 inches lower... such a disappointment. We are not taking him back to this groomer.

Our new puppy is teething. So we wanted to get her some things to chew on and a food station. Most of the things were up front with the dog stuff but had to go on a bit of a safari for the food station. Still, I git everything I had gone there for, so overall, if your pet needs something, it's a good place to go.

I went in today looking for door bells to train my puppy. I had no idea where they would be. A woman on staff was very helpful and took me right to them. She also kept interacting with my dog which made me happy as well.

We recently took our Westie here for his first grooming and Dennis did a fantastic job!! We've had Westies for 16 years and have tried several groomers. Dennis did the best Westie cut I've ever seen! Most was hand clipped and to perfection. Our new Westie, Buddy now has found the perfect place. Thanks, Dennis.

It’s the worst experience. They cut my Poopye hair short and look him like an X-ray image and also my puppy is very quiet . Not responding to anything. They hurt my puppy for sure I can tell that. Please be aware of sending your pets over there.
